Really nice facility. Nice locker rooms. Pool is nice especially if activities for parties available. Great area to lounge and watch TV. Nice rooms for yoga, strength train and others. All YMCAs in the greater Toledo area need to be as nice as this location.

We had a good time swimming, the best swimming pool for all ages. Love it.

Ive been a member of the Y for years. They keep the building and machines clean and in good repair. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This facility is one of my favorites. Indoor pool and slice are fantastic all year round. Staff are like family, instructors are fun friendly. However they need to do something about the policy for the family changing rooms, I don’t feel at all comfortable sharing it with man!

Find a gym membership. These organization is not for the community. Just paid to COLLECTIONS a $183 for membership fees charged after my home caught on fire and they wouldnt pause the fees. Contacted corporate and received no help either. Only about profit.

Love this Ymca. Best basketball court as far as size, cleanliness, and competition out of all the Toledo/Perrysburg locations that Ive been going to.

The staff is beyond polite. The facility is clean and they follow all the covid protocols. I recommend this facility to anyone and their family.

Hands-down one of the best GYMs of the Ys in toledo. They also have a great pool and basketball area. Lots of activities take place here as well. Highly reccomend

This Y has the cleanest pool in the system.The branch had a wide selection of classes with a schedule that should accommodate most schedules. The staff is friendly, professional always helpful.

They say their slide is open but its not. They have all these covid rules but they arent noticable on the website. We got their and were told we couldnt enter the pool because it was at capacity.

My family and I moved out of state within a 2 week period of time. I called the Y 2 weeks prior to our move, as soon as I knew we would be moving, to cancel my membership. I completed the required cancelation form and was forced to pay for a membership for 45 days beyond the day I cancelled our membership. We couldnt use our membership at the Y we joined in SC because of COVID; I had to initiate a new membership at the Y in SC, where we moved to in order to be able to use that Y. When I tried to contact the West Toledo Y by phone and email to avoid paying for a membership at both Ys my phone call and email were ignored and I was forced to pay for a membership at 2 different Ys. We were forced to purchase a membership at the West Toledo Y for an entire 6 weeks after we moved out of state and would be unable to use it. The Y is suppose to be a Christian organization but clearly cares more about money than people. We have gotten financial aid and a military discount at the Y and neither of these factors prevented them from squeezing a final $62 from our family after wed already left Ohio. At the very least they could have returned my phone call and email.

Thus place I have to gibe it a five star

Very friendly staff, nice pool area, and two gyms

This is a great community gathering place. I am a Senior and have a Silver Sneakers membership. The programs and classes dedicated to this population are diverse and fun.

Great programs for adults, especially those that are mature and older. More programs for the under 6 are needed. The designated room for this age group had very limited time frames. The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cleanest area ymca. Pool is a little colder than I would like, my childrens teeth chatter when we get it but they are always open, rain or shine!

Best swimming pool of all in the area. Kids pool is excellent with slide and is seamlessly connected to main pool so whole family can be in same area. Staff is wonderful, polite and accommodating. Always available to open slides if asked. Gym area also good. I would love to see stair master added to gym but it has every thing else that one needs. I like that it closes later than the rest of YMCAs on Sunday’s at 6pm.

I go there to drop off & pick up my mom. The staff are amazing!! They are so friendly and always smiling.

This place is great. They have a smaller workout area than I prefer, but they have so many classes that come with your membership. They have a great shower facility and wonderful spinning and TRX studio. They have 2 very large studios for other classes. Its a great place.

There are so many people at night. No social distancing what-so-ever.

Very nice pool accessible for all ages of swimmer. Also appreciate the family locker rooms. I didnt use any other facilities, but it seems like a great place to hang out.

Really nice state of the art facility. The pool is phenominal. Theyre attached to the auditorium from my high school. Start High School. I saw my nieces dance recital there and that too has been nicely updated.

I like it, its definitely family oriented. I like that they have Sunday and Wednesday worship for those who likes church. The kids zone, we all need childcare for something or another to relax our selves and try to stay fit.

We love the YMCA. ESPECIALLY water classes.

I like this YMCA. They have a lot of different programs available for their members. Staff is very friendly and professional. Locker rooms are clean. Pool is great. They have separate locker rooms for families.

Beautiful complex! New pool with slide and large gym. My daughter plays volleyball and this is where her games are. Parking is nice and right out front of the main entrance.

Everyone is so friendly here! Many different classes and programs!

The pool is the best. Has it for little kids to just play on one side.

A great place to work out... when your lucky. Often in the afternoon there are loud kids in the gym, lobby, and work out area that staff does nothing about. Most of the staff is friendly, but some are quite rude (front counter staff usually). Also, they dont second guess kicking you of a machine if they need it for special training. Treadmills are great but they cap the time to 30 minutes, making marathon training during the winter very frustrating for me. I recommend going in the morning before 9, or during the day when the kids are in school.

Staff is very friendly. Dont particularly care for the layout. And soon as you walk in, bombarded with chlorine from the pool. It would be awesome if the children had separate pool. You never aware of whom watching your children inappropriately. I find it to be weird, pool is so close to check in and front doors.

Great staff clean and community based awesome pool

The staff is friendly. The facility is always clean. The indoor pool is nice, my kids love the water slide. The kid zone staff is awesome my kids never want to leave. I prefer this ymca over the others. Its diverse and my kids are treated well. Cant say the same for Holland or the Perrysburg site. Its a shame I have to drive 30mins to the other side of town to ensure my children are being treated fairly.

We did a one day pass for the Y and it was nice. I just wish it wasnt so expensive for those who dont get assistance.

I think that the place is pretty nice, but staff could be improved. Some of the front desk staff, and play zone staff are rude and don’t really interact kindly. In the play zone the older kids section is quite boring and the staff in that one room are also disgustingly rude. My sister and I were in there and they treated us terribly and most kids were miserable. Please take note of this before you go and please fix the staff problem!!! Thank you!
