Reached out and I was ignored, I had only one experience and it wasnt pleasant. I Was refused a refund to an event that my kids didnt even attend due to the unsafe environment when I walked in.Noone had masks on at this sleep over event and it was extremely overcrowded. I decided to leave after 5 min when I heard and seen this women coughing uncontrollably with no mask. There was no way i was leaving my kids there Covid is very real!!!

This is the worst gym in the area! They seem good at first but eventually you’ll see they aren’t. Most of the good reviews here are from staff not parents, check the names on their site!! They don’t care about the kids. They have a shop full of junk food and let little kids put money on your account without permission. You’ll get hit with a big bill each month. Also, the coaches aren’t careful with covid and still haven’t figured out how to wear a mask a year later. Plus, Communication with telling parents stuff or to reply to questions use to be better but it’s been worse since they re-opened with pandemic.We left. Don’t waste your time or money, go somewhere else!

My boys have enjoyed a couple birthday parties here and have thoroughly enjoyed themselves every time. The venue was clean and the associates were polite and friendly!

Don’t listen to Theresa! This place has everything you and your child can dream of! The staff never fails to welcome my daughter with open arms, especially the wonderfully helpful, short haired, ANGELIC staff member (barista). I am beyond appreciative for their cleanliness and consciousness towards Covid protocol. Their classes are always engaging, active, and interactive—not to mention led by such a talented coaching staff. Their family oriented roots truly speak to me and motivate my daughter’s continued registration! You don’t want to miss out!

This is my daughters 4th year at EGC and she absolutely loves it! The coaches are incredible & teach by repetition, fun, & positive reinforcement; which has been wonderful for my daughters confidence. The gym is always clean, the equipment is top-notch, and your child will never want to leave the Jungle Gym area! Birthday parties held at EGC are so much fun & easy on parents too. They handle everything!

We’ve been going to this gym for 2 yrs now and we love the staff, and classes, everything.😀One thing that I’m always been so impressed with is how clean the entire place is. And with all that is going on in the world today it’s even more important, and this gym has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and sanitized! As a parent I feel 100% comfortable bring my family here and have all the confidence in the world in the staff members that work with my kids.😀

Clean, very family friendly, with a super friendly and professional staff. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in gymnastics. Birthday parties are also a ton of fun!!

Our family recently attended a birthday party at this facility. Upon first entering, we were impressed and the staff was amazing(especially when handling the chaotic zip line). We were interested in potentially signing up our 3 daughters in various programs until we saw their ‘snack bar’. An “athletic facility” with a nourishment center that offered such utter garbage was nothing less than appalling. Slushees, candy, ice cream, pop...movie theaters have healthier foods with less preservatives, dyes and animal products. What a poor example for children that are serious about this sport and taking care of their health. EVERYTHING else was top notch, please consider replacing your candy store with a healthy smoothie/juice bar.

Staff makes you feel like family, very clean, organized, and prepared during this time. Very impressed!!

I haven’t taken classes here but I rated it to ask a question, I’m 13. I used to do gymnastics but quit at level 3 when I was 10. I still have all my skills on floor (but my forms not as good) but I don’t have anything left on bars or vault. Is it to late to start again? And is there any way I can have privates and move up fast? Or should I not start again

My daughter has been really happy at Exceleration for the past year in the recreational program. We love the coaching, small class sizes and the way the classes are organized by ability level. This definitely isn’t the closest gym to home for us, but we’ve stayed there because we like it so much!

Both of my children (3 and 6 years old) attend classes here. They love going to class each week and we have seen progression in their skills. The classes help them learn skills but the instructors also make it fun.

My daughter loves this gym and has been going to exceleration for two years now. I can’t thank the coaching staff and owners enough. Thank you for taking time to improve there abilities and qualities. They have went out of there way for my daughter in her skills from the one to onetime and improving daily! She started open gym and then one of the coaches realized her natural ability of gymnastics so she took couple classes, then ended in 1 year on excel silver program and now is Competing optional of a level 7. just in two years time!. With the amazing coaches that they have for these girls they are improving and setting goals that are achievable. I’m very proud to have my daughter here and the have a kids gym that is awesome. Thank you to the owners and coaches and staff.

We had an awesome experience with our daughters birthday party. They set up, clean up and keep the kids entertained, there is nothing for you the parent to do but watch your child having the best of time with their friends. The coaches are very friendly and I would recommen Exceleration Gymnastics for parties and classes!! Deborah

Exceleration is the place where my son broke his arm trying to backflip unsupervised and untrained into the foam pit (he landed on his neck/shoulder on the pits edge and could have broken his spine instead). The instructor knew he was over there attempting it and didnt intervene and make him join the class on the floor. After the injury they didnt call me and let me know. When I picked him up he was huddled in the entryway doubled over his broken arm sobbing - no icepack, no coach in sight. He said the coach had urged him to get out of the foam pit and stop crying so loudly because it was distracting to the other kids. We had an expensive hospital visit that night and missed work and school the next day. Thank God it was only his arm and not his spine or skull.The gym went on to keep the money Id paid for membership that month and refused to stop billing me for several more months subsequently. When I complained they offered me a credit for another class. They also never produced an incident report for what happened, and the coach later lied to management about the story he recounted to me the same night it happened.I wouldnt send an enemys child here.

Great atmosphere the kids love it

This gym has come sooo far! If you havent been to this gym within the last year then you need to. We have an awesome coaching staff and an amazing facility. We host birthday parties for anyone, we host 3 gymnastics meets a year, we have a camp that we do in the summer and we also do competitions for our littler gymnasts (League) so please come in and enjoy this place with us!

Loved this place for my toddlers classes. They have a dedicated little kid gym with all the real equipment. Coach Tabi is wonderful with the little kids, and we did have a few different coaches but she by far is my favorite! Wish the gym was closer because wed still be taking classes, but its quite a drive from us.

I love it. Ive been looking for a place for my daughter to do gymnastics for about a year. This place couldnt be better. She loves the coaches, and even after about a month, she still has this big smile on her face when she walks in.

This gym offers a VARIETY of gymnastic classes with coaches whom are qualified and very professional. The office personnel are extremely welcoming and helpful. Your kids will never want to leave!

We started my daughter at this gym because she was having speech issues and we were recommended we put her in a gross motor activity. After a few months, my son became fascinated with watching the older boys. My son started in the small gym and is now in the big gym. He is working on skills to eventually be able to do all of the mens events. My daughter is still in the little gym and loves it. Never a fight on gymnastics night. The center also offers sleep overs and free public events. We love this gym and Coach Nikki as well as Coach Tabi. I dont know my sons coaches as I dont get to spend time there on his nights but he seems to love them.

When I was younger I went in the smaller gym and I stopped for several years but came back and the parkour was fairly easy for me and they made it so I didnt feel bad about not knowing as much as the other kids. Also what days and times are open gym I looked it up but I cant find it.

Coaches very patient and attentive and unlike most other places they allow you to do make it classes!

Used to take parkour classes here, learned a lot but theyre fairly expensive

Me and my friends got kicked out for calling the gymnasts retarted which we never did and we did something we werent aloud to do and didnt know about it and then they kicked us out with no refund I got a trampoline and ten bucks thats it I decided to spend my ten bucks here but they would not give us a refund
