I love supporting local. I have worked with Athletic Republic for three years now. I honestly say they are very concerned with everyones best interest. I have really enjoyed working with them because they are pushing me to be my best by giving strategies on how I can improve. Besides the trainers the community is a great place to meet people. I can honestly say there is not an age limit to get some strength training!

Athletic Republic has helped me the past few years stay in shape for semi-professional volleyball after college. Jeff and Josh are great to train under and really know what they are talking about. Jeff, Josh and staff are extremely knowledgable. They established an individual plan for my son, based on his goals. They encouraged him and pushed him. They taught him the importance of recovery. He has really enjoyed working out there and has shown improvements in quickness, speed, and strength.

I absolutely love this place. As a swimmer, I trained at AR all through high school and saw significant improvement in my performance in the pool. They keep track of your progress so it is easy to see where needs more attention so that you can become a better overall athlete. Josh and Jeff are not only great trainers who truly care about your improvement, but have become great friends as well.
