Called and scheduled for windshield replacement on two vehicles. I was able to scheduled for the next day. The windshield they got in for one of my vehicles had minor scratches on it. Rather than trying to make it work, they ordered another one that came in a couple hours later. Sonic was honest and up front about it. They replaced the windshield on my other vehicle in an hour (just like they said they would). I decided to leave the first vehicle there and it was done a couple hours later.I am very happy with there work. They both came out looking great.

Called this place early in the morning, they were able to get me in the same day , other places were days away for an appointment. The gentleman even tried to get me in earlier that day and couldnt , no big deal but he did double check for me .Needed my window fixed asap . They were $100 cheaper than anyone else got most of all the glass cleaned up out of my car and window in in less than an hour . When I got there they had said they made a mistake and didnt have my window the gentleman went back out to their stock again and said we have 1! Awesome service and professional. Would definitely recommend

Dont go anywhere else for glass! Broken windshield. Insurance deductible $500. No thanks. Dealership wants $500 (plus its contracted out). No sir. Everyone else around $400 to $600. Nah, no, nope. Sonic was $195 out the door. Fast, friendly, reliable. Had 2 done through them. Only place Ill go now on.

I took my brand new jeep compass to have the windows tinted. The drivers side window had almost an inch from the top that wasnt covered and a chunk missing on the edge. When we returned to have them look at it, their response was well you cant see it when the window is up! The customer service was awful, they were snarky because we didnt like the poor job they did.Seriously????They removed the tint and refunded my money.. HUGE waste of time and a terrible job.ADDITION: The reason it was at no cost is because the money was refunded due to a poor job. As far as tint not going to the edge of the window... my blazer has tinted windows that were done at a different shop in Toledo. There are NO gaps or chunks missing and it covers the windows completely. They have stayed perfect and beautiful for years. I stand by my statement of poor job, poor attitude and poor customer service!

Just had my windshield replaced on a Chevy equinox at sonic. They offer snacks and drinks at a reasonable price while you wait and had an entertaining program on TV. Then when I left, I noticed that they had transferred my oil change sticker and my auto wash strip for my monthly auto wash membership onto the new windshield without us even asking! I never even thought about the car wash strip. Thank you Brad!!

Sonic glass in Toledo did a great windshield replacement. There were there in under 20 minutes and were done installing in 45 minutes. I am going to have them do my 93 escort when I get it on the road. Oh and the price was great for an OEM replacement windshield.thanks guys

Absolute shotty staff member I spoke with quoted me a windshield replacement at $500 without even asking the make or model of my car. Completely unprofessional and rude. I ended up getting it done for $165 at Sams auto glass. These guys at Sonic must not care enough about their business to throw out BS estimates.

Ive never given a review before, but I feel its important to warn people about the company, when my windshield was installed, it didnt look right, the gasket wasnt installed correctly, I pointed out what I thought was wrong, the technician seemed agitated, he became angry, he almost became aggressive, in my face, so I backed off and called the owner, he came to the store and assured me that it looked okay to him, I left unsatisfied, first time driving in the rain, it leaked, I called for an appointment to have it fixed, when I arrived, the technician began verbally insulting me, I again told him the problem, he told me to leave refusing to reinstall the windshield, I would not recommend this company unless you want very bad service!
