I have been to Sylvania Auto Restyling & Glass twice this year and both times they have been awesome! They took excellent care of my car and are very pleasant to work with. This last visit, a metal piece detached from the net which enabled the sunroof from closing; Sylvania Auto got me in the very same day and repaired it right on the spot while I waited and got me back on the road in no time at all.

They scratched my truck and used parts that do not look original. The worst customer service ever! I had them replace the front glass on my 2012 Tacoma. I was after a factory look windshield replacement. They ended up using an aftermarket molding on the glass that sticks out from the windshield on the sides without ever showing me the difference or asking me if it was an acceptable replacement from the original. The new replacement Toyota molding was available for purchase from the dealer, but the odd looking molding was used on my truck without regard. The installer also scratched my truck. I discussed these matters with Mike (owners son) and Les (owner). Neither one of them made one smidge of effort to make it right. They just ignored me and did not answer my phone calls. I ended up taking them to Toledo Municipal Court. Their Ohio business name is SARS, Inc. (Sylvania Auto Re Styling). The picture attached shows the scratch in my truck along the top passenger side of the windshield. The 6 ruler is there to show length of the scratch. I have updated this review since posting it, because the repair settlement was received months after the dispute. Now that it is over -my honest review describing my first encounter with the business will stay parked here.

I called because I thought I needed a new seal for my drivers side window.. Mike told me to come by so he could look at it. He came out and discovered that the seal did not need to be replaced. He then pushed the seal back in at no charge!! There are still good people in the world ! Thanks for being so honest!!!!

Needed to replace the rear glass on my Ford Escape. The repair was delayed due to an ordering errorThe problem was explained and the new glass was ordered. Once the repair was completed you would never know that they did a replacement. The cargo area of my car wash clean and there was not sign that anything disassembled. They did an excellent job of completing the install and I couldnt be any happier.

It seems like a nice business but they were unable to help me with my sunroof. I have a 2015 Mercedes GLA and I was told they couldnt do anything for me. Maybe they do not work on foreign vehicles.

Customer service was good at getting me in without any hassle which is what I look for when calling into a business. The quality of the work was good as well as Ive had no issues. Im wife used them first and she liked them so I gave them a try and I had no problems either. They can do the work at their shop or come out to you. They do good work.

Needed a windshield on our family vehicle replaced and I called around to a few places and Sylvania Auto Restyling & Glass was cheapest of them by almost $100 or more. They also have great customer service and were friendly when I called for a quote, when I called to set up the appointment and when I came for the service. I was quoted it would take 2-2 1/2 hours and it took less than 2! I would recommend 10/10. Very happy with everything.

This process was coordinated through SunRoof Express so I cannot speak to how they dealt with setting this process up initially however I can speak to dealing with the office staff during the pickup process. I felt I was treated like a nuisance instead of a valued customer. This was the last day before a holiday and they were closing early however I arrived shortly before my scheduled pickup time in attempts to keep them from having to work over and they did not seem to be very organized to help me get on my way on time.In addition, the roof glass is not setting in the same position as it was originally so parts of it stick up higher then before. There were dirt smudges left on headliner and there was some damage on some of my trim molding.

Also worked with me on some other concerns, took ownership of it and went above and beyond to make me happy. Im glad that I used them.

Had my windshield and sunroof replaced after they cracked and shattered, respectively. They did a flawless job with great customer service! I had duct taped a waterproof bag over the sunroof and they were kind enough to remove the tape residue after too. Really appreciated their timeliness and hard work- will recommend them in the future!

Went here to get my windshield fixed and they did a great job, Kate was great very helpful and attentive on the phone and even helped me out with scheduling to fix the stone chips in my windshield as well. These guys are fantastic! I hit a deer and needed a windshield first I called safe lite they came out and said sorry we can’t do anything. My boss suggested I call her and it was the right choice! The lady I felt with was so kind and guaranteed they could fix my windshield. They came to my house which was 45 from there building and got the job done. The resealing of the windshield was perfect and it hasn’t leaked. This will be my go to auto glass place from now on!

They saved me! I had just left a meeting in Cleveland when the glass from my sunroof flew off my car! I called them from my car and told them what happened and said I could get to their place in about an hour. I arrived (in the pouring rain), they took my car directly into the shop. Then they informed me that the manufacturer had a recall for the exact issue. They replaced the glass while I waited. Now I can take my own car to a customer meeting in Columbus tomorrow morning! I purchased a new (lightly used) car and a few days later got a complicated windshield chip from a rock. I looked at multiple places in Toledo and attempted calling 3 other companies after searching online. At each one, I was placed on hold, transferred and eventually sent to a voicemail. After seeing Sylvania Auto Restyling & Glass while driving by, looking for glass repair businesses I had seen online, I called them. They were open earlier than the other businesses and despite having bookings, worked me into their schedule immediately, since I was already there in person.Additionally, they charged me a price over 50% lower than any other online quote I had seen for a repair. Their staff was extremely personable and fully explained the repair procedure and inspected the repair with me after the work was done. I was in and out extremely fast, which was very helpful as I was on a time constraint.Based upon my experience, I would definitely recommend here for any auto glass issues you have and will be back for any of my own in the future. I had a tiny chip in my windshield, so I made an appointment to come in to the shop. When I arrived, I was helped right away, the woman at the counter was super nice, and she took a look. The chip was too small to fix, it didnt actually cause any structural damage, but they put a bit of resin on it to try to make it a little less visible for me. Everyone there was pleasant, and it went very quickly. Ill definitely come back if something more egregious happens!

I called in the morning when I cracked my windshield. Even though they didnt have my windshield in stock, they were still able to acquire it and get me a same day appointment. The lifetime guarantee is great, but the small touches really made the experience that much better. Like replacing the adhesive strips on the Ezpass.

The front desk women are awesome, if they were the only people I dealt with I would have given 5 stars. However they were busy when I went to pick my car up. When Mike came out of his office to help me. No customer service skills at all. He should probably stay in his office and leave the customers to people who are not degrading. He argued with me about something when all he needed to say was Im sorry, we will make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else. I was not upset that they did not clean up any of my broken glass even when they said they would, however I let him know that it did not get cleaned because the next person might not be so understanding. And he argued with me that it must have gotten clean. Um, I know my car, it did not get cleaned. He should probably go to some customer service classes and next time I will not be so nice.
