I had severe tooth ache..I called the office and they gave me an appointment ,same day!! Every one was so friendly and helpful..Justin the dentist assistant listened to me with so much empathy..I felt really comfortable.Dr Khan is so lovely,he explained to me what needed to be done .He even went an extra mile and booked me with the oral surgeon..same day to have my tooth extraction. I was so happy.The oral surgeon Dr Patrick McCabe was so good too..he did the extraction same day, I was comfortable, he explained the procedure as he was performing so I was not scared with the many sounds( I was under Local anesthesia).His assistant Brittney was very friendly and helped me calm down all thru the procedure.Am so glad I found a great team!!My whole family will definitely be coming here for checkups!

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly...best dentist office I have ever been to...We were told by a local orthodontist office that invisalign and braces would cost the same at over $6000 and thankfully we found Great Smiles! When we found out they had a special on invisalign that saved us thousands compared to braces for two teenagers, I knew it was a Godsend and huge blessing! My first impression was of the facility. An attractive building with the interior having a very healthy concern for covid19. The receptionist and all other employees were extremely friendly. My technician was Darlene who made my visit welcoming and enjoyable. She gave me a very useful tip on flossing. And Dr. Khan was personable and sincere as he spoke with me. A real gentleman. Clearly, a five star experience.

The BILLING DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE! Especially Holly. Everyone is a liar! And they screw everything up with insurance companies, will be reporting this business because of this constant neglect if I don’t get my money back. All they ever do is “apologize” for their lies. And I’m out hundreds of dollars because they lied to me.

Dr. Khan and his staff are absolutely amazing! I was greeted with the upmost enthusiasm and it continues through out the process. Justin the dental assistant was very punctual and made sure the practice was completely transparent about every aspect of the visit (cost, options and procedures). The dental hygienist,. i believe her name was Lisa carried on with small talk and i felt she made the visit really personal and she was super nice! All in all great initial visit, decently priced, very transparent, lot of options, great staff, clean office, basically an amazing well oiled machine :)

Went elsewhere for a 2nd opinion after getting quoted for a cavity and cleaning prices were insane even after insurance. At my new dentist the “cavity” is a stain! Avoid this office! They are out for your money, and will over diagnose accordingly.

I havent been to the dentist in way longer than Id like to admit but Great Smiles took wonderful care of me, made me feel extremely comfortable & never once judged me for my lack of dental visits. Dr. Khan himself is talented, he and his crew are adept at what they do, and do it without constantly expecting you to speak with three hands in your mouth.The whole crew was noticeably compassionate and responsive when I called the first time, in urgent pain, and in need of help. I have since returned twice, and scheduled more work for the future, having consistently experienced the same level of satisfaction throughout each visit and interaction. I’ve been going here for a while now. I love the place very great atmosphere and great people. Today i went in to have my Invisalign buttons removed, they told me last time i was in that there was no cost. I called last week to make sure and they said it was free as well. I sat in the room for an HOUR!!! To be told it will be $160.00 to have them removed. Very unprofessional. And the lady was very cocky when i told her that it was wrong. Not sure if they all were having a bad day or what. But I’m so unsatisfied that I’m considering changing offices. It’s almost as if they just want money money money.

I began looking for good dentists in the Toledo, OH area as soon as my dental coverage kicked in. While I was waiting for it to process, I decided to visit Dr. Nadeem Khan at Great Smiles for a basic cleaning and x-rays. First things first, it was remarkable how fast they were able to schedule me for an appointment. Ive called other offices around the Toledo area and on average, each office had approx. a month wait. Dr. Khan and his staff devised a plan of treatment for me following my cleaning, and within a week and a half I was back in their office. I had trouble understanding what my insurance would and would not cover - rest assured, they made sure my care plan was financially transparent. Their registration coordinator really took the time to dig up my plan details, and turns out my coverage was even better than I thought! It was nothing but good news the moment I sat in the chair. They answered all my questions. Their advice was genuine and clearly in my best interest. Most importantly, they took the time to listen. Extremely skillful with their clinical approach and technique. Overall, I just want to say that I will definitely be recommending anyone who is looking for a dentist to this office. The staff is always so welcoming when I arrive for my appointment. The wait to see someone (dentist or dental hygienist) is minimal. I once had a chipped tooth and they got me in to see the dentist that day. My family loves Dr Khan and his staff, we have been patients there for years.
