I have been working on a Racing Simulator for my stepdad and I had been given many different opinions online about my computer and what to upgrade. I called into Computer Discount and they inspected my computer for free, the same day. Instead of upselling me on the many items the internet recommended they educated me on my own computer and what I could do to make it work for me without spending any additional money. It was a really positive experience and I will definitely go back there for future purchases given the helpfulness and integrity of the staff here. A pleasant experience

I couldnt be happier with their work!I brought in an expensive pile of parts and asked them to assemble it, install windows, and just generally get it ready to be used.I brought it in pretty late in the day, and got it back the next day, completely finished.It was done shortly before they closed, and when I got there, I find out there was a miscommunication (totally my fault), and he fixed it right there, no problems. (HDD was installed in the hot-swap bay in the front, and not on the inside. I misunderstood his question about it the day prior *facepalm*)The few times I called about updates, they were very kind and professional, even though I was obviously very impatient because I was so excited!He knew I was a gamer, and I told him I have, lets say, slightly above average computer knowledge, not enough to trust myself with the parts I had, but I can get around. I feel like my PC was made for me. I dont really know how to explain it... but things were just setup in a way that was perfect in every way. He even installed Steam and a few other clients for me!I wish I knew the guys name so I could give him credit, but either way, all around great service! I have and will continue to recommend this place to my friends.(Inside view isnt a great photo, you cant see the RGB lights synced up, theyre synced to my M+K too!)

Had my gaming computer in for repair I got from a big box store and it was a bad Board that I only got 6 months ago they let me know what the issue was so I tried to send it back to the company since it was a 250 dollar board that I had ordered and I could not get anywhere with the manufacture so computer discount jumped through all the hoops for me and got my board replaced best 75 dollars I spent after all the crazy info the manufacture wanted trying to get the board replaced.

Repaired my xBox HDMI port and got back in 2 days. Amazing quality work!

They special ordered my Samsung Chrome Book power cord. No one else can get it for me in town.

I bought all the parts for a gaming pc here last week. I got great parts, and the staff was kind enough to answer my questions and help me find parts that were compatible. When I built the computer that evening, one of the parts purchased (through no fault of this store) came packaged without the right parts. I called back, and the store immediately swapped the piece for a correct one, even though I had already opened the part.Helpful staff, fun store!

Very friendly and helpful. Went in looking for a part to repair my old pc and ended up learning quite a bit about how tech has changed in four years and now I’m probably going to upgrade. Good prices on the gaming rigs that are for sale, will probably end up going with one. Thanks for taking the time to help me out with all my questions!

Staff knows what theyre talking about and very friendly to customers. Not a bad selection at all considering the size of it but thats about all I can say that is good about this place. The real reason I rate so low is due to the incredible over pricing on everything from parts to even the mouse pads. I went in today looking for a headset as a lot of places local were sold out of a pair I was wanting. I found them here for 80 dollars, 30 more than best buy and amazon and no budging to match them. I want to give the local guys more business but I cannot justify spending that much more on anything. Im sorry but until this policy changes I cant see myself coming back.

I have been a customer a long time at this store and was shocked when I came in and saw it is now a gaming store with all gaming pc’s even though it’s not one that is stocked there Jeremy got one built and set up for me in 2 days to what I was looking for and got me going again with all my data back in the places in had it.

I brought my cell phone in for screen repair. The replacement looks the same as factory. The turn around time was excellent and the price was what they quoted over the phone.Overall a great experience and Ill definitely come back if I need to in the future.

The Gentleman working here helped me out with so much info and couldve let me buy something that was more expensive but educated me on the products and gauged my need and i got something a bit cheaper and it made me feel like i got a great deal on paying the full price for the item. I will be going back here for as much as my wallet allows me to. Very honest and hardworking guy. I wish i knew his name!!

Oh boy, where to begin. First off, please please dont buy from them/do business with them in any way. They are one of the typical hometown PC stores that are completely designed to rip off people that dont know anything about computers. I just stopped by to see what their prices were for an nvme m.2 drive, they were vastly overpriced. Looking around the store you can see that everything is overpriced, and it is very predatory. I literally get sick thinking about it, its incredibly immoral to lie to people and tell them they are getting a high end PC for 1500 dollars when its literally a mid range computer you can build for about 800-1000 bucks. It sucks cause I simply cant stand outside the door every day and warn people how badly they are going to price gouge your lack of PC knowledge. However, maybe just maybe I can leave this review to save one person from wasting money. For the less tech savvy that are looking for PC stuff, I recommend tigerdirect, Newegg, or Amazon. You can find every part they have in store for much cheaper. If you need help building a PC YouTube has excellent guides on what to do, and how to do it. I would gladly help most of you for free, or if I had a business I would charge a small fee to assemble parts for you. It really is just like Lego, and the people at scummy stores like this really are not tech nerds. No advanced knowledge is required, and they are just taking advantage of you. I hope this helps some one, and please dont be afraid to google PC stuff. No matter how little computer knowledge you have, I guarantee that with just a little effort you can get anything this store offers for much cheaper. Im Mr. Capitalism, but immoral businesses like this deserve to fail. PC stores like this are the used car lots of the computer world.
