This is the second time that I have used Sparkling Clean. And it turned out to be the same guys that came to my house a year ago. They are professional and fast. They moved all of my furniture with no problem no complaining and their attitudes are great.

Decided to schedule an upholstery cleaning late Friday evening and was able to have someone out Saturday morning. The man that came was on time, professional and did a great job. I had a couch and chair cleaned, both look amazing and smell great too! The pricing was also very reasonable and less than other places I checked, which did make me skeptical about going with Sparking Clean. Ultimately after reading all the reviews I decided to take a chance and hire them, I am very glad I did! I would definitely recommend them and plan to have them come back out to clean our carpets!

Sparkling Clean did our carpets and our kitchen and bath tile. All were quite dirty, I will admit. However,they did a wonderful job. Arrived promptly, explained thoroughly, answered all questions well, were careful with all our belongings and with the walls etc., finished promptly and made us feel very pleased that we made the right choice in selecting them! Highly recommend them!

My carpet was saturated with water from a leaky pipe in my apartment. Leonard from Sparkling Clean came over after the plumber had left, late in the afternoon and removed the excess water from my carpet plus pulled it up and set up a dehumidifier and fans that night. He was extremely friendly and informative and was there every day checking on things until the equipment was not needed. Calling the office, I was responded to in a very prompt manner. I highly recommend them based on the brief encounter I had with them.

Sparkling clean has been cleaning my carpeted home for almost 15 years now! They are always on time, very detail oriented, patient, and they make sure I am always satisfied. They began cleaning my home when I lived in a smaller condo and now continue to clean for me in my current home. TERRIBLE experience. Came out to the house, was here a total of 20-30 minutes. The floors were SOAKED and so we couldnt even go upstairs to check to see if the job was done properly. None of the stains came up that he told us would nor did he get the dirt along the edges of the stairway. His prices were higher then stated online. TERRIBLE customer service. Wouldnt return my calls or come back out to take a look at his horrible work. Dont waste your time or money.
