GUY SHOWS UP OVER AN HOUR AFTER HE CALLED AND GAVE ME A 30 MINUTE WINDOW ON A FRIDAY. I CALLED LATER FRIDAY AFTENOON AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE A QUOTE BY MONDAY. SEEMED STRANGE SINCE THE OTHER GUY I HAD COME OUT GAVE ME A QUOTE ON SITE. I CALL MONDAY TO SEE IF THE QUOTE WAS READY AND WAS TOLD THE OWNER WAS WORKING ON IT. NO CALL BACK OR QUOTE MONDAY. CALLED TUESDAY AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE WORKING ON IT NOW AND WILL BE EMAILED TO ME SHORTLY. I CALL BACK AFTER 2 HOURS TO MAKE SURE SHE HAS THE RIGH EMAIL ADDRESS AND THEN I AM TOLD THE QUOTE IS NOT READY AND THE OWNER IS OUT AT ANOTHER JOB SITE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WASTE OF MY TIME. I WOULD HATE TO SEE THE TIME FRAME FOR INSTALL IF IT TAKES THIS LONG FOR A QUOTE. WILL UPDATE THE REVIEW WHEN QUOTE IS GIVEN TO SHOW ACTUAL TIME FRAME FROM DATE OF MEASURE TO DATE OF QUOTE.
