I asked what the requirements were, brought in all my required documents the lady proceeded to look at me and tell me I didn’t have a car note so I couldn’t move in. A car note? Is this discrimination because I never heard of that. Extremely rude customer services. I’ve been to many nicer apartments, how is having a car payment a requirement? I can’t own my car now?

Apartment complex breaks contract and doesnt care what the lease says that you signed. The head office has terrible customer service, regardless of explaining I wasnt on the phone to argue, just to clear this situation up the lady was extremely rude, defensive and didnt care what I had to say. She will also gladly hang up on you mid conversation.

Slumlords with unprofessional staff. Do not trust them! After you move out theyll make up a ridiculous price on damages that they claim you did. Knowing they dont ever fix anything in the 1st place. They let things fall apart. The place looks neglected and has been neglected.

I have lived here 2 years. I have not had any problems. I have always lived in a small town and I’m happy here because it is quite. I’m glad that I found a nice place to live in Toledo. I was worried at first because I have not lived in a apartment before.

Would like to know the monthly rent so I could get an apartment asap.

You guys need to have a company salt the walkway and shovel the ice on the parking lot.This always happens after every snow fall, we just have to wait for the snow to melt then for the ice to magically disappear. I had to miss work today because the concrete was ice.. I slid down the STEP of the apartment entrance not even walking to my car.Its nice that people that live here try to shovel the snow but you kinda need salt to prevent the wet concrete to turn into ice. I really hope you guys pay attention to this review and do something for the complex for once . Thank you

Was a great place to stay .. until they sent me and my boyfriend a notice to be removed from the apartment three days before our lease ended and we informed them we were going to be doing month to month. The landlord basically told us ... well we have the right to do this so sucks to suck get out even though you cant move out find a new place to stay in just three days. Also didnt handle the rodent problem that we had for months, just set up traps and said well hope it works as the still stayed in the apartment. Didnt finally get rid of them until we bugged them everyday. Otherwise great place to live if you like hearing neighbors from below you, having a rodent infestation , and being put out you apartment to become homeless. :)

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived at in my life. Maintenance sucks , you wait weeks til somebody can finally come fix a problem even though the maintenance lives on site. The property has horrible upkeep and my friend who lives there currently has mice. Avoid at all costs! They are not truthful at all. I would not trust them with my deposit. They raise the rent every year. Neighbors are a nightmare and so is management. You get what you pay for. Steer CLEAR ‼️

Ive lived here for a year with no problems. The staff are polite, Ive seen no drug activity (zero), the rent is ultra reasonable, maintenance comes after hours, and the apartments and building are clean. The other reviews are surprising

Rather unprofessional experience. I was unable to move in because I supposedly didnt have a long enough credit history. (Though I wasnt able to get any better details than that.) Though everything else was fine and my roommate could have easily afforded the place by himself. So they have rather high standards for something not in the best neighborhood. Ive been accepted into more expensive apartments, in better condition, in better neighborhoods and with bigger spaces before.But thats not why Ive rated so low. I paid 35 dollars for a week worth of apartment holding. But because my family member made an unsolicited phone call, that apparently upset the management enough to screw our agreement and steal my 35 and cancel the holding without giving either person on the lease a phone call. My family member said she was incredibly rude. (Though Im unaware of what exactly took place.) It is very unprofessional to cancel our holding fee outright because of something not done by either of us.The most expensive apartment was just remodeled and looked nice enough. Though another one we looked at (which wasnt even the cheapest apartments) had very cheap carpet with no padding and cable wires laying about haphazardly connected through all the walls. It was an eyesore. So very inconsistent quality. Dont have much else to add, but perhaps youd be better served going elsewhere.

I have lived here for years and have had nothing but excellent experiences with the staff and the apts as a whole. The staff is very caring and willing to do what they can to meet your needs. Maintenance is highly reliable, prompt, and always gets the job done right. The units are in great condition and they will always fix any problems if there are any. I dont think any other apt complex in the area has a better price and value of service.

When I asked about goin month to month they said no I asked about resigning for another year they said no then Jim pounded his fist on the desk and said you need to get out we have the right and we don’t want you there. I also never had any problems before this or complaints. It’s believe it’s because I pay $380 for rent and they want it back to up the price and rent it to someone else. They don’t care about there tenants. I had mice in my apartment on the second floor and I’m clean and they said it’s cold outside what do you expect mice need warmth too. Jim is an evil money hungry man. The office is selfish and never helped. I have no where else to go now and can’t find an apartment that is convenient for me to go to school and work that’s affordable. I loved this place in the beginning but in the end they didn’t care at all about me

This place sucks first you must have amazing credit to live in these outdated smells like mold apartments. Second they accused me of smoking weed in my home when it was the other tenants around me i dont even smoke. My bf at the time wasnt even allowed to come visit or stay the night because they watched my place as if i was some threat to this place claimed he was living in my home when in fact he was not he was only helping me move in and settle in because i have anxiety and a new place is hard to get use to the first couple of nights. The ppl around me was selling drugs yet i was the 1 being watched i left majority of the time because i was not comfortable living in their place and couldnt wait for my lease to be up.

Just now drove over to see about getting a tour. Came with my SUPPORT DOG and was very rudely told to leave as I was getting out of the car, before I even walked over to the office. She yelled at me saying that my dog was not allowed on the premises, and when I tried stating that my dog was a support animal, she rudely yelled that it didnt matter and that I must leave. I didnt have this issue at the other Oak Hill location, where we went on a tour of a two bedroom, but this encounter truly discouraged and angered me from ever wanting to return.

Horrible!!! Ive been with the company for 4 years never had a problem until this year. They charge me fees for having rent late when rent was never late. Ive had mice for 4 months nothing is done. Its nothing but a fight with this company you cannot live in peace. Dont choose any location with this company they get whatever they can out of you!

I think yal need to have a sit down with the evil, heartless, money hungry owner before yall move in here. These people are not nice. These apartments is not worth moving into. James Cornell is a money hungry devil, he is beyond heartless, but you real what you sow, your not getting away with one evil deed.

Pretty nice place to live. All of my neighbors were cool and quiet, until a family of like 12 moved in upstairs to a 2 bed. Yes. Literally 12. So thats a nightmare. The management is pretty cool and Ive had no problems with them. We never needed anything fixed but people who did usually were happy with service. We werent promised anything we didnt receive so thats always a good thing. If you do happen to have douchebag neighbors, then youre out of luck because the walls are pretty thin and of youre quiet youll hear alot.

Please put new large, easy to read number signs on the buildings for visitors

The washer and dryers always broke and you had to go somewhere else to do laundry. The outlets all need replaced the plugs just fall out. The buildings are dirty and all the people there smoke weed so it stinks. Wont rent from them if i had to again.

Constant bug problems. Open my windows and clouds of marijuana billow in from outside. The neighbors are rude, and the leasing office people are generally uncaring of any concerns you have. Do not apply to live here.

We made the mistake of living here for 3 years. Office staff (aside from those on site-Rebecca is very helpful and lovely) were absolutely rude and unprofessional. They are the most unhelpful and incompetent people I have ever come across. Its amazing that they still have a job, and the fact that they do really speaks to the quality (or lack thereof) of this place. Drugs are constantly being sold in the back of the complex, we call the police and nothing gets done. The line they feed you at the signing of the lease about an officer patrolling the complex is nothing short of laughable, considering that the one person they do have here for security purposes naps in his car for his entire shift, when hes not busy chatting and joking of the shifty people who sit in the back handing out drugs all day. Weve caught maintenance men trying to look through our windows, and on at least one occasion Ive had one come into my apartment with no warning or reason, while I was half-dressed and just out of the shower (Im a 24 year old woman, Im sure you can imagine how unsettling that is!) I urge you not to live here, unless you absolutely have to.
