I thought is was a very nice experience!! Very big compared to other Dollar Trees Ive been too,lots of products on shelf. I found what I was looking for as well!! Check out was fast and friendly!! Nice and cool 😎 as far as air conditioning!!! Ill definitely go back next time Im in the Thornton area!!!

They didnt have what I wanted. The one in old Thornton is terrible, dirty, messy, short handed. I only go there if I really have to. The store has a new manager at this time and has cleaned it up. Now I go there, its so much better. 9/2021

No longer everything is a dollar.

The older lady that looks like Mrs. Clause was really rude and stressed out. She yelled (seriously yelled) at a delivery driver for asking if she could check him in. She was the only employee in the store and very overwhelmed.Other then that, the store is out of stock on a huge variety of items but if you need junk food, youll be good.

Customer service is some of the worst. I gave it three stars bc I actually like the store, it’s the workers that make it bad. Their posted hours say they are open until 8pm, but don’t count on it. I was actually shopping it was 7:55pm and the girl working approached me in the isle and said I had to check out now if I was going to buy anything. I just left the store that time. Another time I wanted to run in and grab a quick item at 7:50pm, the doors were locked. So much for helping people out during this difficult time!Went back the next day at 7:45pm and the doors were locked. There were 2 associates working, a male and female, looking at what appeared to be computer screen laughing and carrying on while ignoring me.

Ive told about 10000 people in the last 4 years that this is the worst dollar tree in Colorado with the worst employees

Horrible. My daughter went here today to buy some markers for a school project. They treated her horribly and accused her of stealing. They did not have what she needed so she did not buy anything. Just because you don’t buy something does not mean you are stealing. And when they don’t have what you want that does not mean you should be forced to buy something just to prove your “not stealing”. Maybe they should hire some more personable people or people with a little common sense. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Good selection and everythings a buck! Line was long but went fast which was a plus. Great place to buy everyday items and save money. They always stock seasonal items so I got some small gardening pots at a great price. Great place for teachers and parents, many child items and seasonal holiday stuff.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. A fat old lady humiliated me for not showing her the inside of my victoria secret purse. Of course, I said NO. So then, she called the store manager and the store manager said, I needed to leave and never come back. This store is rude and the so called manager will one day perish in hell for making false accusations.

This is a very big and bright dollar tree! Clean and well laid out inside. Staff is helpful and kind. Well definitely be returning!!

Always friendly service, found most of what I needed and a few things I had forgotten I needed.

Wonderful $$$$$$ HOWEVER ATTITUDES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. ONE CHECK OUT STAND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE WHEN THE LINE HAS 12~15 PEOPLE WAITING TO CHECK OUT! ALWAYS ASK FOR A CHECKER TO OPEN IF WE PUT UP WITH IT WHY SHOULDNT THE MNGMT. SIT BACK DO NOTHING YET COLLECT THEIR PAY CHECK!

This location is definitely above average.. as far as the variety of items to choose from... I have another location that is closer to me , this being the second closest yet I like this one better again because they have twice as much to choose from...It kinda makes me feel bad though .. especially if I go towards the end of day.. to see how bad this store gets “trashed out” .. I have been to Dollar Trees in many different neighborhoods of all demographics .. and I’m not going to point fingers or call anyone out.. but just imagine yourself as an employee of this company who is trying to like your job.. and every day having to close those doors and almost adopt an “I don’t care” attitude just to be alright with the mess... this location is generally packed.. I have never worked for Dollar Tree and am not affiliated with Dollar Tree nor a competitor of Dollar Tree .. but I’m guessing this location is probably staffed like a location with way less traffic.. I’m guessing that the idea that staff members can do projects in-between time is the idea.. my suggestion is pretty simple.. just be mindful as you shop .. maybe keep an eye on little ones a bit better.. I know my job as a customer is not to unload boxes or do any work.. but If I see something like a few bags of candy that got knocked off a shelf and it’s obvious where it should have been .. it never hurts to take a few moments and just put them back . . If anything for your own self.. as if we all did little things like that .. the presentation of a store we all like , in our neighborhoods , would be that much better...All in all ..I really like this location...

Descent dollar tree. Theres always a mess around the store of boxes and being in a bariatric wheelchair I do not appreciate this. However the staff is very helpful and extremely accommodating. The only problem is I dont want someone following me around, helping me. Id like a clean store. Its not that hard

I came early on a Saturday and I needed gloves and beanie for my sons football game since it was raining, even though the guy had just put everything away he brought it all out for us to go through. I was also super happy that after 3 dollar store trips this one was well organized and had the decorations I needed for my sons graduation.

I tell one of the cashiers please do not mix up bathroom chemicals, soap, detergent with my candies, cookies, she tells me, well we never get it complain we do this all the time and nobody tells us anything I said yes but if it spills it ruins the food, I told cashier, sometimes we dont come back because it only cost a dollar but Im tired of it, one lady cashier PUT fingernail polish with my food and it was spilling all over when I got home taste horrible smells horrible and you cant eat the food.. they need to teach every cashier that you do not mix chemicals, there poisonous with food or candy or anything that a person eats..

Everything is pretty much a dollar, true to their name. Customer service was good and the store is clean and orderly!

Terrible Dollar Tree. Its always messy, never stocked, and the employees are incredibly rude.I will not go here, Ill stick to the smaller one in Federal Heights.Last time I went I asked for a key for my small child (4) to use the bathroom and the first two people ROLLED their eyes at me and vaguely pointed towards the front of the store. The cashier was having a heated conversation with another employee and I politely said, Excuse me, can we please get the bathroom key.She rolls her eyes too and points to the guy she was talking to. Without a word, smile or anything he starts walking towards the bathroom then stops halfway through and angrily signals to hurry up.Then as I was leaving the cashier YELLS at me that if I want to take the cart (which was loaded with a lot of merchandise and my one year old daughter) that I have to bring it back to the store. I guess the cart deposits in the lot are for show?I seriously cant believe how rude all the employees are here. We will never go back and my family and friends agree that this location is horrible.

Great customer service

The employees were all very kind. BUT...This location is filthy. The first time I went I thought they must have been in the middle of stocking and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Went in a second time and the shelves were bare. Full boxes everywhere, just stacked up. We asked to use the bathroom and one of the employees said we shouldnt use it right now because it was a mess. Like, really?

Probably one of the cleanest Dollar Trees I have been in. Friendly staff and the cashier seemed to genuinely care for my safety in regard to my travel home in the snow. ☺

Awful customers service. Theres no merchandise put up there is always boxes in the way. The toy isle is always a mess you literally have to walk on items if you want to check that isle out. Employees talking bad about each other infront of customers. I was in line didnt get no acknowledgment from the cashier i said hello good afternoon she was talking to a co-worker and didnt pay no mind i wasnt even told how much the total was. I have came here for over 5 years and this location just keeps getting worst.

I just literally left this store its now 6:10pm on Oct 28th 2017 I had a employee tell my .daughter not to touch that Dammit my daughter is 4 years old and when I proceeded to tell the employee not to talk to my daughter like that she gave me a big problem she had a attitude so I told her even if my daughter was wrong you dont talk to your customers like that and I told her good customer service is when customers are right you dont argue with a customer and she just told me this isnt fast food and she walked away from me I followed and asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me at first but eventually told me it was Michelle I should of recorded this whole situation considering im a daily customer in this store. How she treated us was very uncalled for never coming back to this one and I will contact corp.

This store is a joke. The last three times I went my 2 year old needed to use the restroom and couldnt. Their excuses? It was broken and someone took the key home. Really?!? LIARS! Anything to not let people use the bathroom.

That store has totally lost my business. The last two times Ive been in the store the place is a disaster. You cant even get down the isles because of boxes, trash, and stuff just thrown all over the place. It doesnt even deserve one star.

Every time I have been in this store it appears to be dirty and understocked. It is silly that they will not let you use the shopping cart to take your purchases out to your car after you pay for them.
