Honestly after reading the negative comments on here I am very disturbed with how inconsiderate people are. Lorena has done everything in her power to get me a low price and I genuinely feel like she has my best interest. I work for a large business that is insured by her and we also have our own personal home and auto from her just because how much we respect her work ethic. I am very content with my service, anytime I have a question or concern regarding my policy I can tell she is trying her best to understand and help me any way she is able to. I have had to call and remind her of a question I had however I feel like that’s the worst thing that’s happened that she could being considered accountable for and that’s understandable because I know I’m not her only customer. She is awesome on trying to make sure we take advantage of whatever discounts apply to us, I did miss out on a discount once but it was because I didn’t do my part to actually get the discount. I feel my personal information is safe and not being misused. I have had my personal information misused by other people who are supposed to be trusted with it and I feel completely safe and at ease with her and her team that I am not being cheated in any way. I truly feel she is a very honest and hardworking woman with great work ethic and pure intentions. Genuinely good crowd of people, very hard to find now days.

Terrible insurance agent. From the beginning to the end. To start she couldn’t get my name right on the policy which required multiple changes. Also no change in my policy since I’ve been working from home due to the pandemic. Had to pay the same amount as if I was driving an hour to work everyday. She would never respond to an email and make promises over the phone of looking into lowering your rate (never happened it actually went up). I was grossly over paying for my car insurance and there is nothing she could do. The following is what put the cherry on the cake for me. After canceling I get a letter in the mail that I owe $14 after I already payed. It’s because my lovely insurance agent did not cancel my policy when I asked and waited until the last minute. Luckily I had an email trace of when I canceled the policy. Terrible insurance agent and will look for anyway to get a dollar from you. Please beware!

Lorena has been great in helping me find the best policies for both my personal and business accounts. I honestly feel for the first time that I am well insured and understand my policies.

Lorena is no help when you need her!!! Instead she states to have you email her which she never responds. I have called corporate 3 times in order to get anything done regarding my policy. Then, her employee Nancy is the worst calls you tries to get you a bundle and then she doesnt give you the correct information. Do not consider this agent!!!

Having Lorena as my agent was at best useless, and at worst an obstruction to getting things done. Every interaction caused additional work, and claims and account changes were only successfully processed by calling the national support line. I can recommend Farmers and phone support, but pick a different agent.

The process of purchasing home insurance with Lorena was quick and easy! She spoke directly with my mortgage lender and took care of everything. If my mortgage lender ever needed paperwork, Lorena was fast to deliver it to her.
