No more waiting around for Hank to come from aisle whatever to make a key for you when you are in the store. Minute key was simple, fast and effective. It took a little more than a minute to make 3 spare keys and the keys were cut and worked perfectly. I hope to see more of these at store locations. Great idea.

The machine refused further service after it had made the first key. We then had two more keys made by a Lowes employee. Those two worked when we got home, while the one key cut by the self-serve machine did not work. Now we have to return to the store and convince Lowes to replace the faulty key without charge. A hassle!

If you dont want to look for an assistant in the store these keys are expensive, takes more time than having a professional do your keys and cost more money

The key machine didnt work

Just go to the hardware counter theyll copy keys there. This machine is hit or miss. Mostly miss.

Bought 2 - 1st was $3 & the 2nd was an additional $1.50 - they both came out uncut
