This review is almost a year late, but I wanted to say that this store is fantastic. I was in limbo for a year on one specific ring for my fiance. While I was going through things in life they continued working with me, finally in Sept 20, I paid it off. They brought everything curbside, which doesnt sound like much.. You have to take into account that it was a very long walk for these ladies.. Specifically I want to say thank you to Maria and Sarah (hopefully I remembered the correct name).. They helped me out a lot will definitely bring any future business to this store

A really great experience! I was helped by Maria May who was very welcoming and helpful! She was informative and took the pressure off of having to make our choices quickly. She really took the time to explain the details of the rings that we were looking at and let me try on many of the choices. Eventually my fiancé and I picked our rings and we are so happy with them! Also, a thank you to Diana as well who stayed after hours while we were finishing up the sale! Thank you so much to the both of you! We will be back!

I cant even begin to explain how helpful they were in getting my 20 year anniversary gift for my beautiful wife. They were able to complete my order and rush the sizing just in time for us to move to Okinawa Japan. You are awesome and I will shop with you again when I return in three years!

Maria was outstanding, got there 10 before close and she stayed open long enough to drop my rings off for repair. They definitely know about customer service at this zales. I will be a life long repeat customer.

Last year my husband and I wanted to upgrade our rings for our 10 year anniversary so we went in traded in my ring, bought a beautiful Vera Wang ring, well we also bought a band to go with it, they needed to be resized so it was sent out, received it back from the jeweler and it was missing the blue sapphire in the inner part of the ring, I took it back it was fixed and the store manager was amazing, Well fast forward to 2 weeks ago, we went in to to buy another band same Vera Wang band, same thing happened, the blue sapphire was missing again! I didn’t think it could happen again, but it did. I let them know when we made the purchase that it was for our anniversary, well they informed me that it wouldn’t be ready for another week so they can fix their mistake; Not only was the order late on this last ring by a few days, but they were missing a stone. I know it has nothing to do with the people at zales they didn’t forget the stone, but they also didn’t catch the mistake and handed me a ring with a missing stone not once but twice! When I went in after I noticed the stone missing, of course they offered to have it fixed, but it would take a week, in which the whole point of me ordering early was to have it in time for our anniversary. They didn’t offer anything for their mistakes, which would’ve at least took the sour taste out of my mouth. So just a buyer beware, they don’t really examine well.

The store manager of this location is genuine and caring. She helped us find my dream wedding ring. She deserves an award for kindness and customer service. Thank You

My husband and I have been shopping at Zales as a company for 3 years & our families have been shopping here for over 10 years. I always feel comfortable shopping here knowing the company & employees always help us no matter the issue. We shop from basic pendants for family & friends to our wedding rings. Store manager is so nice & helpful as well. I love this location in particular because they remember us and little details about our items as well. I lost my Vera Wang engagement ring a year ago, it was a retired ring but the ladies here helped me find a quick replacement while I find another perfect Vera wang (they’re all perfect in their own way! Lol) ring again.

Website reads opens at 11am, went to store, 2 employees in store helping a couple at counter, told me they dont open until noon. Website needs to be updated, I wasnt going to sit around 40 minutes.

Amazing! Wonderful people. Ill never go anywhere else to buy jewelry again. Ive been there multiple times over the course of a couple years and every time I come in they run over and give me a hug and ask how Ive been and how my family is doing. Ive recommended them to family and friends and they all have nothing but great things to say about them.

Is it normal for them to pry into your personal life? I have never felt more judged and uncomfortable by a sales person until yesterday by the older lady with short hair and glasses and she kept prying even though it was clear I was uncomfortable and trying not to be rude.. are all these kids yours? And his? (Which no but thats not her business and its something I dont talk about let alone in front of my kids) And youre finally getting married? Even asking if I knew the weight requirements for my kids carseats....? Annnd kept asking things along those lines and usually I wouldnt mind but after so long theres more then just simple asking..then my favorite part was how she showed me a wedding band for $699 while my fiance was applying for the credit line. Asked me if we were having a big wedding and I said no as my mom offered to pay the venue for us however I dont want a wedding and I dont want to spend that kind of money for a one day event.. nor do I want the stress..a personal preference. she then saw the price tag of that ring and then put the ring back and grabbed a ring for $199........ said it was cheaper especially with the kids. I said I wanted to wait for my fiance but when I went back over to him to see what was going on, She brought the ring and was like she likes this one. Which I had to say no I want to keep looking. If that was the ring I wanted then he wouldnt have been applying for a credit line and we would have paid it off then like we did with his ring... way to make your customer feel welcomed and not judged. I ended up texting my fiance to tell him I wanted to leave so he just said he couldnt log into the bank app to get the info they needed so we would come back later plus I had to feed the baby..paid for his ring and left.. Not going back. The other ladies were nice but this lady was too much and followed me around when I tried to avoid her.
