Best day ever! My handsome, wonderful man asked me to marry him. He worked with Ray to get my ring made and they worked so fast on it. My stones are an Alexandrite and two Ceylon Sapphires. The Alexandrite is said to be an emerald by day and Ruby by night. The stone is one of my most favorites!!!! This is a very rare find and an amazing ring. Ray had this ring custom made for me. This is a one of a kind and no one has one like this. Thank you Ray for your hard work and helping my love create a very special memory.

Sold me a Gucci hat and said the hat would fit me it was a Large. I did tell him to measure it before confirming the purchase. It was to small and didnt fit and refused a refund. No empathy or professionalism in the selling world of higher end goods BUYERS BEWARE!

The staff and jeweler at this store are professional and very friendly!! I went in to have a ring re shaped that I had crushed and they fixed it for me no charge in good faith !! My husband and I purchased an engagement ring to replace one that I had to keep replacing the prongs on . I finally had enough . We were at the mall and the woman who helped me was so professionall I tried on several rings but I kept going back to one imparticular because it just sparkled. It truly was perfect. I was so excited that it was the right size and I would be taking home. We made the purchase and when I got the ring insured, Raymond was on it in seconds. Raymond faxed the receipt and the appraisal to my insurance company within 5 minutes of me speaking to him. I highly recommend this establishment to all, who want to be waited on like a customer. Excellent customer service from the minute I stepped foot in their store. Not to mention that the appraisal was much higher than I realized. I am truly blessed to have given them my business. My husband and I absolutely loved this jewelry store until I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting the sister that works for the brother who actually owns/runs this store.She was so rude and nasty! Not sure if she was having a bad day or life, but the one thing I do know.... is that I will NEVER shop there again!Great customer service should be the cornerstone of every business!!! In fairness, the brother who owns/runs this location is great. Very warm and friendly, but that sister 😞! Yikes!

I went to Alexanders today to get my engagement ring repaired. It was bent and misshapen. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Raymond very kindly would not accept payment. I was very appreciative as a competitor of his in the mall wanted a lot of money and said it would be an hour!I highly recommend Alexander Jewelers and I will return there to buy new jewelry or for repairs!

Ive been to this store several times. Havent purchased anything quite yet, however, I get all my jewelry and watches serviced here. They seem to be the only onsite jewelry repair center in the mall. Very friendly service and informative. Prices can be negotiated. I went in on a day that the jeweler was there and got a great deal. I recommend Alexander Jewelers to anyone that is considering to have an experienced goldsmith work on their goods or purchase a high-end piece of jewelry.

Great selection of quality watches at great prices, however their rings are CRAP! Ive had stones fall out of my ring 4 times now. On the same ring! One stone came out 3 times. Not good quality craftsmanship at all. :(

Recently, my young grandson got a hold of my Breitling Aerospace and made a few adjustments on it. Of course, he was just trying to be helpful.I thanked him of course, and went about trying to restore the settings, albeit without the owners manual being readily available. As many owners know, it can be a little daunting if youre not intimately familiar with the process.Not having a good deal of time (no pun intended) to figure out all of the intricacies, I decided to bring it to Alexander Jewelers at the Promenade Mall in Temecula.There, I was greeted by Raymond Tekin, who graciously took the time to restore my Breitling to my preferred settings. Highly Recommend.! I was on the market for a diamond crucifix. I think I visited every single jewelry store in the Inland Empire and no luck. The moment I stepped into Alexanders I was blown away. The store appeal, salesman product knowledge, quality custom jewelry, and overall experience was unlike any other. Even though my budget was under 1k, the lady that assisted me was very soft spoken and did NOT pressure me in an upsell in any way. I just had my 2nd anniversary and even though I did not purchase my engagement ring there, I will go back for any future purchases. They also cleaned and inspected my wifes jewerly at no charge. This was the first pleasant jewelry experience I had since moving to California. Look forward to seeing an Alexanders in Orange County one day.!..
