I’m giving it a 5 star rating because we went in for the first time as a family to just ask a few questions about a jacuzzi and walked out of there with a great jacuzzi and a BBQ island. The place was busy but Enrique was circulating around helping all of us. We had so many questions and got all of them answered. Enrique definitely knows the products and is very knowledgeable. We even had more questions after delivery and he was so helpful and respectful. Talk about going above and beyond in customer service. Thank you for a wonderful experience and products! We will definitely be back!

Failed to deliver the bbq on the promise date, did not communicate in a forthright fashion. I dont think this was an accident. Happy to sell and basically hope that the customer is okay when they fail to deliver as promise. Poor customer service at the Temecula location. Buyer beware, if its not in stock at the store you can not trust these sales persons information!

Absolutely amazing. We purchased a new house with a bull grill but it wasn’t working properly. Carddine spent a great deal of time with us, gave us all kinds of advice and guidance. They even came out to the house to assess the situation. After we figured out the grill had been damaged and wasn’t worth putting new parts on, Carddine helped us get into a great new grill for a great price. This was huge because we just bought the house and really wasn’t expecting this expense. So helpful and so passionate about their products. Thanks for everything.

I would highly recommend purchasing your smoker, BBQ grill, and supplies from Carddine Spas in Temecula. Jorge and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable about all of their products. Jorge took the time to educate me on all of their products and show me videos to find the right smoker for me and my family. I purchased a Traeger Timberline 1300 from them. This smoker is legit! Enrique was great - he greeted us when we came in even though he was helping another customer, checked back in with us a little later to let us know he was almost done, and then helped us. He continued to greet other customers as they came in as well - excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable in all the products and gave us a great deal! We couldnt be happier.

Enrique was absolutely HORRIBLE. I was ready to purchase a spa and a BBQ island last weekend and he was incredibly rude. His wife and kids were running all over the store while we engaged with Enrique. His wife even smirked at us when she realized we were not happy with Enrique. How utterly unprofessional, not how you run a business. My wife was so mad we asked another employee who the owner was and he told us to call the San Diego store to complain about Enrique. I called, I left a voicemail for the owner and a week later he has not called me back. Says all I need to know about this business. I just purchased a spa and BBQ island for $14k today from an excellent sales professional at your competitor on Madison by Best Buy.Message to the owner. Return calls when customers leave you messages about a bad experience. You could have earned my business but you didnt even bother to call me back. Lastly, fire Enrique, he has zero potential in a sales and customer service role.

The service here is great and they have a large selection! Employees are very knowledgeable. We were helped by Enrique. He was very busy on a Saturday but he still made sure to go between groups and answer everyones questions as quickly as possible. Thank you for your amazing service. 16 years ago we moved from San Diego to Menifee CA and purchased a BBQ Island from Bull BBQ in Temecula. We’ve had it professionally cleaned once in those 16 years. The burners, rotisserie and all components still perform to our satisfaction.In October 2020 we went back to Bull BBQ in search of Patio Furniture and met Frank Camarena and Rigo Anguiano. Without any high pressure sales pitch they answered our questions and made us feel welcome and comfortable.Bottom line: we end up not only purchasing Patio Furniture with table and fire pit but also a 500 Series Envie Spa!Thank you Frank and Rigo. Without the knowledge and customer service you provided it would have been difficult for us to move forward with our purchases.

Enrique has worst customer service. My wife and I were planning to buy a BBQ there today. We waited patiently for our turn and finally got to talk to employee. Was cut off several times as he continued to help others while my questions still werent being answered. I felt like because I wasnt buying a spa that he didnt want to continue to help me. I had interest in other products but he was not interested helping. Still standing there he helps others as they were coming in to look at spas and then turns to me and says sorry Im only one here. Rude tone. Why dont you look around but we already looked around. So we turned around walked out, we will spend our money elsewhere. Just wanted to share our experience with Enrique.

My husband and I have been shopping for a hot tub/spa. Enrique was fantastic in helping us decide on which spa was the best for us.We did some price comparisons and we found that they had some great options that fit our budget at Bulls, grills and Spas.Enrique‘s professionalism and helpfulness was what we needed!Steve and Natalie

Bought a tuff spa ts350 octagon shape, the sale part went smooth. The install was to fast for my taste. I like to ask questions and make sure its all operational, but had no water in it. I filled and started up and the led light was not working, only to find out it was missing it. one of the jets not working, only to find out it had debri in it. I called to get the service tech out and was friendly and was putting himself in my shoes, I thank him for that. Great job.

I been here several times first time was okay bought a new grill. Decided to come back the second time for more pellets and seasoning it was an okay visit nothing bad. BUT the last time I was there to just buy some seasoning was horrible and I will never go back there again for anything. I dont care if I am buying a big ticket item or a small thing of seasoning. All customers should be treated with the same respect. I was talking to the guy who is always there and asking questions about the different seasonings and pellets. Then these other customers walk In and said they called in about a spa. The employee straight up told me sorry I have to help them out with their big ticket item. So I just left and took my business else where. I Dont recommend this place just go else where!

Enrique was our salesman and a great one at that. He answered all of our questions while showing us the spas that we were interested in. We are now owners of a new spa thanks to Enrique at Bill Grills & Spas.

So far, so good. Good knowledgeable and friendly staff. Jorge Rochas is the best. They have everything for your backyard. Barbecue ranges, spas etc etc. I stopped shopping for your backyard entertaining

Great experience, Enrique helped us out. He was able to answer all our questions and sold us a great grill for a great price. Obviously the grill is new so time will tell. However, the grill appears to have quality workmanship and is very stout. I would definitely shop at this store again.

Wish I could have gotten some service maybe I could have ratted it higher. Walked around for 10 min, no hi no welcome not a thing...🤷🏽‍♂️

I went in Yesterday to look at Traeger products and Enrique really went above and beyond is helping me make a great choice. He is knowledgeable and very honest. It wasnt just about making a sale to him, and I really appreciate not being pressured etc. Ive been in the store many times to buy pellets and other Traeger accessories, but this was my first big purchase. I give them my highest recommendation!

They take the time to go over everything with you and answer any questions you might have. No one in there is just trying to make a sale. They want you to go home happy even if its without buying anything that day....GREAT service

The spas seem nice but the sales person was very quick to talk bad about other places and even aired personal business about people by name. Really need to to a better job selling your product and not down selling other people.

I went into the temecula store to buy a accessories for my Maax 471 spa and for my BBQ. These guys are truly professional. Always have time to answer my questions and Julian in particular made my previous spa purchase a delight.

They carry our favorite brands, Big Green Egg and Traeger, along with lots of accessories for each. Even during this busy holiday season they are keeping a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Also had long discussion with Taylor, the Traeger rep, and got free bbq too. They also allowed me to return an unused turkey roaster with the sales tag still on it. Ill be shopping here a lot, as I also see a possible pizza oven in our future.
