I called before I came in and asked if they do fingerprint cards and Livescan. They replied Yes. I came in the next day and was able to get my fingerprints done, documents notarized, all my supplies which included sending my packages via certified mail. The owners were very polite and accommodating. Customer service was refreshing. He communicated to customers while in line, that he will be right with them as they came in the door and even offered them a seat. This is very refreshing especially during these times of a global pandemic. I appreciate the service and will be back again. Thank you!

Poor Customer service and rude over the phone. I was told that they do more live scans than other Live Scan Companies and hang up on after attempting to confirm the cost of service. Attitude and communication could of been much better.
