I just got done with a root canal, I was very nervous but the staff did an excellent job in reassuring me through the procedure. Dr.Dara was very sweet and professional and her assistant Elsie was also very attentive to me the whole time. I would definitely recommend this location! Thank you so much.

I went to this Western Dental for my braces. I had them put on in October of 2019 and was told it would be 18-24 months of treatment. It’s September 2021 and I had them taken off today. My teeth look beautiful! The staff was always so kind and helpful. They were gentle and encouraging. I had a great experience.

Great service, my 8 year old had some fillings and 1 extraction done. Staff kept her relaxed, dentist explained everything clearly. It was great they offered payment plan, my child’s previous dentist didn’t. She said she liked everyone and that she wants to go back. We had a little wait but once she was taken back it was quick! It’s a pleasure taking my children to this location. The staff is really nice and pelite. Entering the door you always have someone helping you. The staff is Amazing I really love how nice and gentle Dr.Knapp is. My Daughter was nervous but thanks to the staff Arti and Joene for making her feel comfortable and excited instead of being scared was a all time win for me. I recommend this place

I had a excruciating pain in my tooth so I booked an appointment this last Saturday with Western dental. Upon my appointment I sat for over an hour and a half in pain. They told me I needed a root canal due to a filling that was leaning on a nerve because of a chip in the tooth. As I went to schedule my immediate root canal because I was in severe pain. The office told me I could book my appointment in SEPTEMBER. I’m sitting in severe pain and I can only schedule for September. Not only did they not refer to any other dentist and/or specialist. But they gave me a script to stop the pain for a short time and sent me on my way. If I could mark this as a zero I would. My experience was horrible with Western Dental.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!I would love to give this place 0 stars but it wont allow me my son made an appointment he had bad pain With a toothache he called they gave him an appointment an hour later they rescheduled him for the next day he went the next day in double the pain he was in there for about an hour he comes out with only a prescription for a painkiller they told him he need ed a root canal and no specialist was available until September would he like to make an appointment I dont even know why this place is opened & why call it a dentist office. So I went home and called their emergency number And I got a response as theres nothing we could do about this maybe he should go to the ER I am disgusted this place should be shut down you dont even give a person a referral whos in pain to another dentist who might be able to help him is this how you run a business????

I Absolutely Love this office!! They take care of My Entire Family and they are like a Second Family. The Doctors here are Amazing!! Today I had an appointment at 12:30, so I didnt go to work and I was there by 12:30 and guess what? they told me your appointment was at 11:30! I even showed them their own text message confirming my appointment at 12:30 and they just kept making excuses at my face. It is so easy for them to lie in your face and think that we dont understand it!! I lost my day at work just because of their lack of communication, because their doctor had decided to go to lunch when he had a patient scheduled and that is not acceptable. Their next available time is 45 days later!! and I have to wait although it was their fault and I had their text and email as proof.

Great experience! I have always hated going to the dentist because I have had some very bad experiences with other dentists and therefore kept me away from regular check ups for a long time. However, now that I started coming to Western Dental in Temecula I look forward to going.Dr. Shadi is very patient, nice and attentive. I feel he really cares about my comfort level and has done great work with my dental care. Arti the Floor Supervise is always so nice. The moment she sees me she always greets me and always has a friendly smile on her face. She is just absolutely wonderful. Yolanda the Office Manager is also very friendly and lets me know right away what the procedures are going to cost and gives me the break down; which I really appreciate. I highly recommend coming here.

If I could put a negative star I would. I had an appointment scheduled for 130. I received a confirmation text. I get there right at 130 and the doors are locked. I had to leave work this appointment and ask for the time off. One of the workers walks out and tells me they are at lunch they will be back soon. Soon doesnt work for me. Why did they go to lunch when they have a scheduled appointment. So ridiculously un professional. Will not go back for a different appointment. How do they run their business like this? Extremely disappointed.

Western Dental is an amazing, structured establishment that allows you to WANT to make your appointments at the appointed time. Often you would hate going to the dentist but my experience there over the last year has been exceptional from the receptionist to the specialist and their assistants as well!The confidence they hold makes me feel like they know what they are doing every step of the way; because of that I will continue to go to Western Dental in Temecula for all my dental needs! :)

This western dental has usually had great service with me. I go in for ortho and I have just got my braces off and wear a retainer. My retainer was lost 2 months ago and I’ve been trying to contact the dental office because I’m out of town for some while now. Each time I call no one answers and it’s been happening for months. I’ve even gone as far to call corporate and have them try to contact WD but even they can not get through. They’ve either changed their number from online or choose not to answer. As someone that wore braces for 4 years this is a big priority of mine to keep them straight. I have no way of contacting them. Western Dental if you see this please give me a way to contact you because I can’t just drive down the street to come see you.

Love coming to this office. All the girls in the front are always sweet, Valeria was helpful sweet girl. The assistant arti was kind and made my exam fast!

I’ve never written a review before but I had to because of Arti. She’s the best staff member there. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and have been very sick, and I had two front teeth fall out from vomiting. She did everything she could to help me and help me quickly. I was so emotional about it and she was so kind and helpful to keep me calm. She went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more thankful for her! Arti is the absolute BEST!!

I had apoinment at 10 am for my 2 kids and they call me for only check up one of my kids at 11:05 and then after that I have to wait 30 min more... for check up my other son in the mean time they call some one else was waiting for his turn too, I saw the people work there, so disorganized and they not even know whos next, people running side to side asking whos the next patient and the lady in the front desk look kind of confused like, she dont have idea about it. We check in at 9:50 and wait one hour to till they call me and wait 30 min. My kids are tired and bored. Im looking for a better service and someone do not play and waist my time like that. Horrible service and disorganized.

I have visited Temecula California office three times now. Ive had nothing but the best dental experience you could possibly have the employees are very very nice theyre carrying my teeth are ridiculous and embarrassing Im starting to get them fixed now but they didnt make me feel uncomfortable in any way shape or form theyre very sweet the dennis very gentle did not hurt me at all just a great experience thought I would share

So I made an emergency appointment for today at 2 pm. I specifically asked for the endodontist when I called and they said the Temecula office has an Endodontist available today. As soon as I checked in the front desk, the front desk reconfirmed that the endodentist was there, but could do only some retreatments. I waited from 2 pm to 3 pm only to get in the X-ray room and to be told to reschedule for next week since the endodentist wasn’t there.I have been 5 days in terrible pain and that is not okay to play with people like that! Do not recommend!

Temecula office: Today I had an appointment at 4:00, I arrived at 3:45. At 5:40 pm they called my nephew in, yes I had to wait for 1 hour and 45 min.....awful!

This is a very late review, Had an appointment, just want my teeth cleaned but offered me more services than I need, I asked if they could just clean my teeth but people are very persistent about their products. I keep telling them I just want my teeth clean. I end leaving without being cleaned.

All staff are very amazing and very pleasant. Dr Shadi is amazing and so as his entire teams are great. Andrea RDA she is very nice and very helpful. Yolanda the manager she is very marvelous very sweet. Front staffs are very nice. Office is nice and clean.

Visiting this establishment was probably the most pleasant experience Ive ever had when dealing with a dentist office. The Dr. definitely walks you through the entire process, answering all questions possible and dedicates time to the treatment. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the patient care coordinator, Carmen who does an exceptional job working with you on financing options. She really worked with me on the entire process explaining every detail. Will definitely be recommending anyone looking for a dentist to go here!

The Dr. Is the best only fixes what you want with no add ons.I have looked for over 30 years for a dentist of this caliber, injection were painless. Wonder experience.

Gives you the clarity and information too make the best informed decision as to what I have done for my pain. And since i started going here. I am now PAIN FREE!!! Very nice and caring people. Acceptable wait times and great location. But they are very pushy with sales and they claim that my teeth are not “bad enough” to get covered for braces and the dentist gave me one point away on purpose so I can pay $6000 dollars. I asked what was your justification for grading my teeth only one point away but, him and the assistant both dodged the question. Stupid me didn’t have any confidence at the moment, and ASKED if they can help me and make sure, so they took advantage of that and made it look like I’m trying to do fraud. So I told them “thanks for your time, I’m not coming here anymore” they also don’t clean my teeth very well anyways and that was coming from another dentistry who is my personal friend and won’t lie to me. They are just like a dealership, they will keep doing a ‘fair’ job to lead you to more and more services and try to vacuum your pockets. Why sell me a $200 toothbrush and calcium ointment when my doctor is saying my calcium levels are great and the ointment won’t add more nutrients to my teeth? It’s just a fad. Lastly, if different dentists make my periodontal measurements and check the gum pockets, each one has their own measurements, it’s very weird, I noticed the more sales’y a dentist is the deeper the gum measurements are. After not going to dentist for a year and a half now my gums and teeth feel way better. Because that’s what I went for, it was pain. So now I will go to a different dentist at the two year mark now that I feel way better.

I ended up leaving before being seen. The place looked clean and the front desk lady was super friendly and kind, but as I was signing the new patient packet, they wanted me to sign an arbitration agreement, which stated that if they were accused of malpractice by me, I would not be able to take them to a court of law. I literally would be giving up my constitutional right to take them to court with a jury if they do something wrong. I looked this up and the site I went to states that if a medical office wants you to sign an arbitration agreement, that this is not a good sign. If you do decide to go here, please know that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN the arbitration agreement to still have dental work done. I would assume that if you dont sign it, they may do a better job on your teeth because you could take them to a court of law if something goes wrong. Please be careful the things you sign; do your research. You dont have to sign certain things if youre not comfortable. An arbitration agreement is actually quite serious.

The girls here are very professional and kind. I have been taking my son here for about 4 years and have never been dissatisfied with our experience! Arte is the best!

Our appointment was scheduled for 10:15 and 10:45 for 2 kids. We werent seen until about 12:15 and the time with the ortho was barely 10 minutes and that was because I asked questions. The office was super crowded. At least 20 people seated at a time. Not worth our time or efforts. Waste of a Saturday morning. Go to a different office whether it be for ortho consults or dental services.

All staff was pleasant, it did take two hours to see dentist. The dentist was quick but efficient, it wasnt a social visit so that was fine. Very helpful with financial issues. It was my first visit and i do have another appt.

She was very pleasant and always smiling but very serious in teaching me on how I need to clean my teeth and gums right after she did my treatment. I still have a few treatments with her and she is the best dentist I have ever been too. I would refer her anytime.

Its okay here, some are nice here. Its just the waiting that takes forever and its happened a lot and I feel that they could be faster especially when no one is here we still wait and its just never really that busy when Im here but other than they waiting its an okay dentist

I had an appt on 01/22/20. I noticed it seems that the doctor never change out the old gloves for a new pair. The next day I started feeling weak and nauseous which followed by a cough and cold. I caught the Flu. I believe the doctors dont change out cause theyre lazy.

So I went to this place after an issue with my last dentist and they were amazing. Saw me on Thursday scheduled surgery for Saturday and the surgeon and dental assistant were both the best I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately I have a high tolerance for numbing agents and they couldn’t get me numb all the way and I knew I would have to bear through a few minutes of excruciating pain. The assistant held my hand while I’m pretty sure I almost broke hers and the surgeon pep talked me through it all the way so he could finally get my nerve numb to pull my tooth. We talked about our kids and they made me feel really comfortable. I will be continue to go here from now on and if I need another procedure I will definitely request the surgeon I had! Thank you guys for everything!
