I cant recommend Kids Dental Care enough! My son is 6 years old and had two fillings and they were so extremely patient with him and they know exactly how to make young kids feel comfortable and listened to. They also took less than 30 minutes for the whole thing. I was impressed with the whole experience.

I love this dentist. Been coming since 2013. Back office staff is always great. Front office not so much, but i love Dr. Baker. Moved away from the area but still drive 1.5 hrs for the peace of mind knowing my kids are in good hands.

I recently changed dentist for my 2 girls and could not be any happier. Dr. Baker is amazing kind and gentle with my smallest girl who was nervous about going to dentist. My daughter left smiling and wanted to come back 😀😀😀. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend

My daughter has been coming here since her first teeth. They are very patient with children and have a child friendly waiting room! Definitely recommend them to other parents!

I will FOREVER be willing to drive the 40 minutes to get to this dental office; I was so impressed! Ive been struggling to find a dentist for my 3 year old for the past year due to terrors. Unfortunately, I didnt get the X-Ray technicians name, but she was a doll and had no problems in getting a full x-Ray! I was very heartbroken with the news on my childs teeth, but the dentist remained very professional, as well as all the women in the front. Wish I found them years ago!

We have been coming to Kids Dental Care for 7 years and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist in the area. Both the Bakers are great doctors and all the assistants are good with kids especially if they are a little nervous. Keep up the great work guys!

My son needed crowns and theyve come loose after only a year and a half. They should stay for at least 5 years. They wont cover replacements if it falls off the tooth.. Then the tooth gets infected from a loose one, and the dentist insisted that my son raise his hand if he was in any pain when pulling at the tooth. He was yanking with all his might at the tooth to pull it out and my son raised his hand and was writhing and screaming in pain, (crying, screaming OW OW OW) and the dentist just says, please dont do that. to my son. Then he and the nurse tried to CONVINCE ME that he felt no pain, just pressure. He would have been totally chill if it was just pressure. Hes a tough kid and NEVER cries like that unless hes seriously hurting. The Menifee office has much more patient dentist and professional assistants. Im nervous to take him back to the Temecula office again.

These people will waste your time! They had a referral for my daughter for 2 months, they never called me for an appointment, and when I called them, the woman kept me on the for for 30 minutes running around to find it because she didnt want me to call my dentist to let them know that she had lost the referral. When I became impatient that she was wasting my time, she told me that MY dentist had a reputation for not cooperating with patients that they had referred out, so I shouldnt bother. Really, you have some nerve to trash talk the people who gives your office referrals! Then on the actual day of the appointment, nobody in their office had bothered to verify that they accept our insurance until we got there. I had to miss half a day of work and take my kid out of school for nothing! They have no appreciation for other peoples time and instead of admitting she made a mistake (both times) she made up excuses and told me goodbye. To make it worse, there were children in the exam rooms just screaming bloody murder! One boy, about 9 years old was just in pain asking them to stop. My daughter was sent here because she is afraid of the dentist and after going there and hearing all the children crying, she is now even more afraid!

The staff is very friendly and awesome with the children. My kids love the waiting room, filled with games, toys and popular movies playing on the TV.

This place is Great! Staff is very nice and makes my daughter very comfortable.

If I could give this doctor (Bruce baker) zero stars I would. The office staff and dental assistant were wonderful. They are a pleasure to do business with. The actual dentist is rude, has terrible bedside manner, and has absolutely NO patience. I took my 4 year old in and because she was crying and scared he took the gas mask off after only about 30 seconds of trying and said nevermind Ill just have to give you an injection. Of course that hurt and caused her to cry more so he left the room frustrated. He came back once she was calm and once she started crying again he turned to his assistant and said send them home! He could have easily talked to me(the mother) but instead he treated us as just a number. I will never go back and ensure none of my friends or family ever has to experience what my daughter and I did. What a terrible doctor!!

I really wish I had a better experience but after going to another office for my 3 year old it was like day and night.First the dental assitant taking x-rays really struggled with my daughter. My daughter was very fearful and the gal would put the cookie in, tell her dont move and then run the other way, which my daughter followed with her eyes. They really need digital/portable x-ray to make it easier for the kids.Once we were in there we just sat and waited for 45minutes for the doctor to look at her for 2 minutes. Adults get aggitated by waiting imagine a 3 year old. The delay was because the front office squeezed in dental work on another patient at the same time as our appointment which made him late. I guess getting money for fillings was more important then making a first time patient experience enjoyable.There was a family that came in after us, their appointment was after us and the doctor saw them BEFORE us!My daughter was very fearful, and he really didnt have any patience with her. He had us hold her and pin her down in order to look at her. She saw another dentist yesterday at another office and this was not needed. The dentist and staff just spoke to her and she followed directions. At the end of the appointment at check out the ladies in the front manually calculated our benefits and told us the upgraded dental work is not covered by my insurance. I called my insurance and asked them about these procedures and they ARE a covered benefit. Be sure to ask for the dental codes for the procedures and verify YOURSELF if something is not covered. They wanted an extra $200 a tooth for this and my ins said they cover it. Of course EVERY insurance plan is different but just confirm with your plan FIRST.I dont recommend this office if you have kids that are fearful of the dentist.

This is absolutely the worst office Imaginable! Lisa the office manager is useless. I requested xrays to be forwarded to new dental office numerous times. The xrays were never forwarded. After numerous calls and emails, I ended up having to pay out of pocket for new xrays. As of yet they still haven’t send the xrays to the new dentist office. Staff are completely lazy and incompetent!

Very Great exoeriene with this Childrens dentist, the staff are very friendly towards the children, and the Dr. Himself was very helpful and honest with his recommendations. Highly recommended. Clean office, clean bathroom, toys for kids to play with while waiting. A+

I really wanted to take my children to this dentist. I read the reviews, I really liked the website, and the fact that they had Saturday appointments, which is extremely helpful because of my work schedule. I called to schedule an appointment, stating it was for a new patient, after asking what type of insurance I had, she asked what time I would like to schedule my appointment for and that they stop scheduling patients at 4pm. So I said, Saturdays would actually be better so I dont have to take off work. She said Im sure it would but it aint gonna happen cause we dont work Saturdays. I told her its on the website that youre open every other Saturday. Well, we dont anymore cause people werent showing up. I said ok, Ill call you back. I then called the Menifee office and got an appointment for this Saturday. The clerk was super polite and asked if I had any other children that needed appointments while I was on the line. The staff at the Menifee office seem much more professional and I havent even stepped into the office yet. I am not even going to waste my time with the Temecula office, even though it is much closer.

The Doctor is very rude with the little patients. He should not treat children at all. He must be a good dentist but for older kids or adults.

My son fell into a pole at his self defense class and almost knocked his front teeth out. They were permanent teeth chipped so badly they looked like vampire teeth. He was bleeding profusely and in a lot of pain. My children have been patients of Dr. Bakers for 6 years, I immediately called him. He came in on a Friday, and I was met by a couple of staff members on their day off to help take care of my son. The doc and his staff are wonderful and my kids love them. His costs are reasonable, I dont have dental insurance so I was very happy with the charges.

Staff is great at working with kids in a fun and interactive way. All the ways the office and staff make the kids feel comfortable is great. Staff is kind and family who work well with kids. Loved the tvs and office décor.

This place is clean and the staff are very nice the dentist dr. Baker seams a bit mean to the kids and careless with the parents BUT hes not his personality just comes across that way when you get to know him a bit more Dr. Baker and his son are anbsolutly phonominal they are very kind and gentle with all 4 of my kids they truely care about them and they are very patient with my questions and make sure I understand everything that is going on with my kids teeth I would deffinatly recomend this dr. The other location is the same too but the parking is a bit limited

Terrible!! Do not take your kids there! They only did a visual check on my baby and they charge my insurance for XRays and some treatment that never did. ALSO.. they want it to sleep my baby for 8 to 10 hours to work on my 2 year old kid.. that is so wrong!!!!

Daughter was brought in for some spacer work. Good experience even my 2 year old was happy

My son needed to get X-rays for teeth coming in the lower jaw. They took great care of him even though he was nervous.

The nurses were great, efficient and nice Dr. Ghaudi was thorough and patient.
