Got my card emailed to me as soon as I finished the class; the instructor was informative and nice. This is a very good place to take BLS classes.

I recertified my BLS and ACLS via Dr. Rendons Revive Education out of the Temecula, Ca location under Dr. Suzanne Said. Even though this was my 4th recertification process I found Dr. Saids course very relaxing, easy to follow, and clearly understood. I even learned new things and had clarity on things I already knew. Dr. Said breaks things down and explains it all in easy steps; getting to the most important parts. For her it is not about memorizing steps as much as recalling the most important aspects of saving a life. The overall atmosphere of the class is relaxed, calm, and generous with snacks and drinks. Dr. Said offers a unique combination of making sure you do not leave until she knows you understand the core of life saving all the while drawing out confidence and proficiency. I plan to return to this location for future certifications. I also highly recommend this program for new nurses or other medical professionals seeking to have a positive experience what is otherwise normally a boring task.

Worst service ever. Almost two weeks and they still have not emailed me my card. I keep calling and getting the run-around.

Miguel C, I know what you are dealing with. They finally emailed my cards to me, but its a link to my cards on the AHA website that doesnt work and keeps giving me an error message saying contact your instructor but when I call Rendon, no one answers and i dont get a call back.
