This is a management fad, mostly plagiarizing Simon Sinek or pop-psychology personality quizzes and YouTube videos about empty analogies that have nothing to do with the work. The rest of the program was spent filling out long pointless charts and obsessing about values and buzz words. They make things sound meaningful but its really just baloney and wasted time. They gave bad advise such as telling staff they should wrestle on the floor with the children and went to senior leadership to intimidate employees who werent into it. They treat it like its a cult.
