The car wash was out of order. I came back a week later on 4/28/21 at 9:50am and again it didnt work. I called the store and they told me it doesnt register your code if there is another car in line ahead of you! She said I had to come in and get another code. Inside she wasnt wearing a mask. The cashiers there never wear a mask. She asked for my receipt and when I informed them the machine outside didnt give me a car wash receipt. She said I had to prove to her that I had ordered a car wash by going on my phone and logging in to my credit card account and showing her the transaction. She could have simply asked for my card so she could have done her job and looked it up. When I told her I dont do banking on my phone she said, Well how do I know you really paid for a car wash?. I said, OK, when I get home Ill dispute the credit card charge and never come here again. Her reply was Sounds good! Have a nice day. To sum up the car wash is faulty and the staff is passive aggressive, breaks the pandemic laws and is unhelpful.

Nice enough Gas Station, but not sure how they have 6 trash, washer fluid, paper towel stations, and not a single one had any paper unless it’s by design.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager Trish Bennet was extremely rude. Won’t be going back here

I wish I could give negative stars! Shell lost a customer today. The card readers did not work if I entered The fuel rewards code. Went inside for assistance but the attendant was too busy on the phone to greet or assist me for well over 10 minutes. So, I left and will not be back.Worst service of any gas station in the area.

Always quick, and professional when I go there.

I went in yesterday to get a scratcher and a fountain drink. When i walk in I see a sign for a sale, any size drink for 69 cents. I said great! Before i get two steps in the door i see most of the soda options are covered up and say something to the tune of sold out. Theres maybe 8-9 choices and three of them are up and running. I go over to the bottles and its $1.99 per bottle, yea right no thanks. I decide ok whatever, one of the choices was Sprite and I like Sprite so Ill grab one. After going back to the machine I see the only cup holder that is full is the small one. What a ripoff! Hey Mr. Owner, we arent stupid, if you dont want to participate in the deal then dont put the sign up. I wouldve gladly paid full price for a large drink, but you are too greedy for that. On to the next store.

Carwash is crsp. No foam, no soap, just plain pisswater.

I purchased a tea that was sour and they refused to trade with a different tea simply because I opened it and smelled it. Rock solid.

Good store. Decent gas prices especially for a Shell station (which tend to normally have higher gas prices).

Do NOT use their car wash!!!the left side expells NO water at all and WILL scratch your vehicle!Then when you go in to the store the employee says“oh yeah different customers have complained about the same issue it happens sometimes”Are you serious???? So instead of fixing it they just leave it as it is and keep selling car washes!!!

Not cheapest but not most expensive either. Terrible windshield squeegees. Good convenience store.

Worse place to go, warm drinks I go there and the staff don’t do their job, I rather go across street to the mini mart bigger selection and better service

The last time I was here it was locked up in the middle of the morning nobody was there no signs to say it was closed this time the pumps take about two minutes between putting your card in to be asked to be put your ZIP code in and then another 2 minutes to be asked what type of fuel. I left I dont have time Im done with the station, and they charge you for air for tires even if you are fillng your your tank up. Another example of corporate America no value-added.

No more flavored coffee machine.... Only regular brewed coffee and 2 of them were empty.Guess Ill be going to another gas station in the morning!
