Absolutely regret bringing my car here. Basically just paid $65.00 for an air freshener to enjoy while I go home and re-wash my car. Not sure if its because I picked the wrong wash to get. Or if they had new guys try cleaning it or what. But definitely wont be coming back. Totally understand now why they only have 3 stars✨ TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! Little side note talked to the owner of this establishment today (the day after my horrible experience), absolutely amazed how hes still in business. 0 integrity, 0 respect for the customer. Couldnt offer any resolutions or suggestions to possibly help the situation. Wasnt told i got the wrong wash for my expectations. Wasnt offered to have all the EXCESS wax and other products wiped off my car. Wasnt told that if I paid to upgrade the wash I would have my expectations meet. But rather was told to enjoy my $65.00 air freshener.

I have been a customer at both the Jefferson and Rancho California locations. The exterior is always nicely done... but the vacuuming and dusting is a gamble. Today I was particularly disappointed. So, if you are considering getting your car detailed at either of these locations... just be prepared that the inside will more than likely still be dusty and have a few small wrappers there after they are finished. :(

They did a really sloppy job cleaning my car. I had to bring it back the next day because they had clearly not wiped down the interior. Not only was there still dust but also the shoe mark was still perfectly on my door panel just like when I brought it in. I give it a 0 star for quality of work and 2 for customer service. When I called to let double check that the Super Shine service includes the interior the women who answered informed me that they lightly wipe down the inside (which they totally skipped in my case) and she didnt apologize for bad service. She did let me know I could have it re done though.The manager provided quality service. He was very kind and he immediately had my entire car re washed with no questions.I really didnnt appreciate sloppy work or having to make an extra trip to have a service redone. I will not be returning.

Havent been here in about 15 years. Though I would try it out again but is definitely the last time. Paid $60 for a wash and wax but not happy. Missed many locations on exterior and also basically just wiped down the interior. Was still dust on the dash and above the glove box. No polish on interior at all. Exterior had no polish on any of the plastic either. Inside door jams were not even wiped off and still had dirt on them. The wash needs somebody for quality control.Will not be returning

I paid for a super wash & asked for a hand wash instead of the drive thru, also asked for the inside to be shampood. I paid a decent amount for the service. But it wasnt to the expectation as i thought. They ran it thru the drive thru & the shampoo i had to ask if yhey can toch up a few spots. I know the detailer was overwelmed with work. I wish he had help to complete the job efficiently.

Worst $40 ever spent. Requested the works car wash didnt realize it meant the worst car wash. Dont even know how this place is still in business. When they tell u, they claim to detail your interior, they really mean a quick vacuum and wipe down. My cup holders are still full of dirt and hair, windows look worse than when I took it in sticky stuff still on my back passenger door. Ive seen teenage kids do better with dawn dish soap. Will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!And while we were there watched a car roll out of the carwash with nobody behind the wheel multiple people had to run and try to stop it from crashing into other cars. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

This is a great place to get your vehicle nice and pretty with all that dirt and grime being cleaned/polish/waxed.

So let me understand this. For $25 they dont wipe your cup holders? The gentleman said we lightly dust over it. 😂. Here is the passenger side vaccum job. $25 they only vaccum half of your truck (zoom in on the picture). The air freshener is a 2-inch card with your flavor sprayed on it. I tipped them $5. For $40 I can stay home and have a mobile detail company come over.

So I went in trying to get a shampoo rug and car detail. Spent $120.00 to have this service done. Came back to find my 4runner pretty dam dirty still. When I can do a better job myself then a professional establishment that says a lot. They have absolutely no pride in what they do. And to top things off I told them I really was not impressed with the results and if they could please run car again and wash it. They literally took in hosed it down and dried it. Lol what a joke of a business. Go some where else I recommend, casino car wash ( in Lake Elsinore) or cal oak car wash in (Murrieta ) way more reasonable, reliable, and great customer service.

I won’t bringing my car back here. They were quick, sloppy, insufficient wiping down water still dripping and wheels cleaning is terrible. I do not recommend this place and definitely won’t coming back employees are rude.

I paid $185 to clean my carpets, my seats and to express wax the outside and clean the whole thing... remove dirt from the vehicle... I got it back with still dirt everywhere after 2.4 hours and I asked the manager if this is what it was supposed to look like, he said no, and has his guys trying to fix it now. Does it look clean to you...

Worst $30 car wash ever. Just went today, got home to notice the front bumper is filthy, the wheel well trim was not even wiped, rubber floor mats were barely vacuumed and not wiped. Had I known I was going to pay $30 for the works I wouldve gotten the same thing at chevron for $6

I recieved the Full Service car was and am not satisfied. I normally wash my car at home but figured I would give this place a try since I have not had time to clean my car recently. Granted, I have had my dog in my car a lot recently so there was dog hair in my car ... but they did not get any of it out!! They vacuumed my car for less than 2 minutes and did a terrible job. Needless to say, I will continue to wash my car at home from now on.

I went to get a car wash and oil change on my vehicle. When they finished washing my car I proceeded to get in my vehicle and notice crumbs and trash on my passenger seat! I went back in the office to show the manager a picture and his response was “oh they must of missed it”I asked for a refund or partial refund he said he can’t do that. Horrible service if you ask me! I do not recommend this place! I rather go to the $5 express car wash in Murrieta instead!

They were quick, but it wasnt busy, so theres that. Sloppy, insufficient wiping down and wheel cleaning, like they really didnt care too much... Doubt Ill be going back!

I have been coming here since the 90s. I typically just get the oil change and take a rain check on the car wash. Sometimes they leave my dash settings on something strange like Transmission Fluid Temperature, but that is my only minor complaint.

I got the works washed and paid almost $34 for it. Outside of the car was decent but they didnt vacuum my third row seating area nor did they clean the windows in the 3rd row. Didnt even wipe down the dash or doors.

Great work and attention to detail. Very honest and hard workers. Super pleased with the service provided.

I just want to say Thank you to everyone who worked on my Black Jeep today. I forgot to put my T tops back on before I dropped it off and didnt realize it until I had come back hours later to pick it up. I was worried that it was overlooked and the interior would be wet but the jeep is in perfect condition and the job was done excellently. Im so sorry for the inconvenience I caused but I appreciate the extra attention to detail. I really really do. I will always be a returning customer.

Been really busy. Havent been able to get my car properly cleaned in 4 months. I pointed out what I want. Expected to pay at least $100+ to get it done the way I wanted. Dude said Ill give you the the super wash....I was blown away. Totally never going any place else.

Cannot believe how horrible this car wash is. How do they even call what they do a detail? They barely wiped anything down inside let alone used any cleaner. It wasn’t even busy when I went. I will absolutely never go back there and will make sure everyone I know takes their business elsewhere.

Overpriced for the poor quality job, I requested a handwashing, to my surprise they use brush to wash my truck, mirrors they were dirty same all over the hood and windshield, never again will stop and gave my business to this place!!

Quick and efficient and served with a smile! Rancho Car Wash has been my favorite for years. They always do a good job and the attendants and staff are always courteous and accommodating.

Giving this place a try and with minimal cars, the front end, the inside of the doors and underneath the windshield wipers we left untouched. And the vacuum job was careless.

Horrible job. I did a basic car wash with an upgraded service for $25.99 and got horrible quality I would value at $5. I have a midsize crossover car... Nothing special about its size or shape. Fortunately for this company I had to leave right away and couldnt inspect their work.The entire back looks like it had not been touched by their washing services or their hand dry services. I say this because it means that a physical person completely did not look at the back side of the car when they were drying.The driver side window still has a big S from when they marked it when I was selecting my service. I saw them clean that window so I was very surprised to see that when I got home.I was hoping to find a new place to frequent that was more local to me and my activities. I read good things about them. But I didnt get anything remotely what I paid for. A gas station wash has done a better job.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!Took my veh for a detail thought they were professional but was in for a disappointment. Picked up veh next day and was not impressed with the detail on veh but worse was the damage done to the tint on the inside of one of my windows. There was a noticable scratch and some tearing not on the tint before dropping off. They refused to take responsibility and to refund some of the money I paid. I was not looking for full refund but just maybe something to help pay for repairs. Do not go here they dont do a good job and will not take responsibility for damage to your veh.

Staff was friendly to me but the crew drying and cleaning the cars after the wash was pretty bad. Streak marks all over my windshield and hood. Dirt and dust still on the grill and both front and rear bumpers when it only takes a little extra time to leave it some what decently presentable for the customer. I just know if these guys took a little more time on the cars they might have the time to actually clean the car and not just dry it off. I don’t say all of this to be rude but for your staff (drying/ cleaning the cars) to realize that they can do a better job to satisfy customers taking into account how much we pay to have a nice clean car.

Paid $116 to get my vehicle hand washed and waxed. I admit I had heavy dirt on my Jeep. However, there is no excuse other than laziness for them to wax in dirt into my paint. That was uncalled for and is ridiculous. They decided to pump my Jeep out by the numbers and not care for what they are doing. I would disregard all of their certs on the wall knowing they do this kind of work. I’m now going to only use mobile detailers that have ownership in their own company as maybe they might be the only people in the industry that actually care about the quality they produce in their labor. Sad to see a company that has been around for decades go down hill. I used to come here regularly. We will no longer use this place. And I do not recommend ever using them. Go ahead and use the self washes and maybe go through the gas station car wash before having them hand wash and wax your vehicle.

I just got a basic wash to get the light dirt and pollen dots off of the outside of the car. When the guy called me over to get my car, the dots were still all over the car. The supervisor that I pointed it out to tried to tell me that it was because my car needed to be waxed. Nice upsell. If thats the case then how do you account for the dots that were still on the GLASS? I could have gone through the $5 car wash down the street and got the same result on the outside. Sorry guys no tip for this one Ill keep the fiver and pay myself with it when I wash the car at home myself tonight. Go somewhere else. This used to be a great car wash.

The car washes were fine and we even signed up for 2 monthly memberships for my husband and myself. Today, my husband brought in his truck and the receptionist asked if he was being charged for an oversize truck. He said no, he has always paid the rate he was originally given for 4 months. This is the same vehicle he has had since starting the membership. After his truck was washed, the receptionist called him and informed him she changed his monthly rate...didnt ask, just changed it. So he cancelled his membership. While he was still talking she hung up on him. He then called back and cancelled our 2nd membership. customer service is key and unfortunately the receptionist proved that the customer is not important. We will take our business elsewhere.

Paid $30 because it’s a Tesla, so apparently they can’t do a little research to properly run it through the car wash, and had to hand wash it. Paying $30 wasn’t even the bad part! They pour some water on it, with a little bit of soap, and dry it off... my windows were streaked, dirt left on the body in various places, and the interior wasn’t at the least wiped down. My car left in worse condition than when I arrived. Sad! ☹️

THEY WILL STEAL ANY MONEY LEFT IN YOUR CAR. I work in pest control, so my office is the front cab of a truck. I often store change in my door from various restaurants. When they were done with my COMPANY VEHICLE, I noticed all my change was gone. Asked the manager about it, all they offered was another free car wash. Neither I or my company will be taking our business here. 0/5 would not recommend to anyone.

Been going here for years. Entire family has gone here for years. Last 3 visits have been terrible. Almost as if they have forgotten how to wash cars. On a positive note the oil change service is always great. Oil change techs are fantastic.

This is the 2nd time I have paid $30.00 for a car wash they left dirt on the seats didn’t wipe down the interior. When I talked to the manager he said that is all they do. I will never go back. I will pay $10 at a drive through and do the rest myself or find a quality car wash. They used to be a great place but not any more.

Been getting my car washes here and the occasional oil change or waxing for over the past 14 years. Have noticed a decline in services over the last few years or so and have finally had enough. Was told my oil change/wash would take 30 minutes. Asked if it would be okay if I went and grabbed lunch, they said no problem and that my vehicle would be waiting for me when I was done. Fast forward an hour later, they have washed my car but no oil change was done. They rush to get my vehicle into the maintenance area and 30 minutes later, my oil change is finished. I irritably go and pay for my services. When I get into my vehicle, I see that there is areas of my car unwashed, unscrubbed, not vacuumed and overall done completely below par. I ask to speak to a manger who basically tells me, the wash I paid for does not include these things and that if I wanted my car cleaned well, I would have to pay for the SUPER WASH. Never returning, never recommending, telling my wife to never go here again and will let my friends and family know to not go to Rancho Car Wash.

We have the unlimited car wash plan. The guys are attentive and fast. Place is clean inside and children like to watch the car go through the machine from the windows inside. If you have an issue, just tell them and they will take care of it.

I have been coming here for years. They are fast and efficient. Its not perfect but for the money and time, its a good value. If you want a more detailed car, they can do that as well.

I left my car in the morning today and asked the guy if it would be ready by 12 since I was going to be at church across the street. He said after one since I wanted it to be detailed I told him that was fine. I went at 12:30 to find it closed. I called a the guy and he said he tried to call me to let me know that due to rain they closed. I asked for the managers number and he said no one has it and there is nothing he could do.

Ok at best.. rush job and production is more there moto. Slam and goAt least I didnt have to wash it. Not enough time in the day!!!

For California, I would say this place is really good. I say for California because Ive seen other car washes that are much more expensive for the same service. I have been here a few times and the staff is always friendly and I get a basic wash vacuum and towel dry for under $20, plus it has always taken under 20 minutes. I would recommend to friends.

Horrible business practices!! They broke my car door handle and would not take responsibility for it. Dave, the manager actually argued with us and told us straight up that we could not prove it was broken by them! Really horrible cleaning job on top of the fact that they caused damage to my car. I absolutely could not believe the way they treated us! Worst experience ever!!

My truck went through the car wash and ripped off my trim bending it and snapping all the clips off. I confronted the people at the car wash and they said not our problem we have a police. Its 168 dollars to buy another trim.

Some issuesI went there before I went to work. I got the 49.99 wax special and got the 10.00 for them to do the inside and shine it nice. Well they left the front passenger fender with wax not rubbed off. The inside of my Jeep Compass smelt like a dirty rag. My front windshield had some kind of wax on it that when the sun hit it when I was going home made it very hard to see. When I got home it took me two hours just to get it off the inside of my windshield. I paid 60.00 bucks for have a** work. Well I learned I will just take it through a drive through and pay 10 bucks max. It was not worth 60 bucks at all. I was very disappointed, I was looking for a car wash I could go to more often while I was at work. I guess I will keep looking.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE -- ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I took a perfectly good vehicle there for a wash and came out with a HUGE crack down the middle of my windshield. General Manager says, Yes, we have liability insurance, but it would not be good business practice or good customer service for us to use it...then they will raise our rates OMG. JUST DONT DO IT - TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS!!!

This is the worst car wash in the area. I would go to Cal Oaks this one does not show any respect for your car. This was the 2nd time in as many weeks. I will never go here again. They did not even touch inside my doors and when I mentioned it to them they said my car was too dirty... too dirty??? If I could do no stars I would...

Used to be a regular I have been going there for well over 2 years after today I will not be back I absolutely got the worst service and the general manager was there and he basically blew me off I highly do not recommend this place anymore cuz they have gone downhill I was there two and a half hours to get my truck washed oil change truck detailed when I was watching them detail my truck they werent even putting wax on it I talked to two different assistant managers and they said dont worry I continue to watch and never once did he put wax on the pad talk to the general manager he told me I should have told him before they were finished I looked at him and said they arent finished and Im still here he then walked away so I cancelled my Monthly prescription with them

Bought the top tier wash. Exterior of car was still covered in dirt, spotted and streaky dripping with water and dirty wheels when finished. Interior looked like it hadnt been vacumed or wiped down. Dust and dirt on surfaces. Ive had better results at a drive through gas station car wash. When I pointed out the unsatisfactory results they just tried to upsell me a detail. Save your time and money go someplace else.

Awesome wash. Didnt take very long. I was supposed to turn breaks off and put it in neutral. Didnt see the sign and it was awkward when my car trying to get attached to the rig. Lol

Cost $100 for a full inside and they didnt even vacuum/clean the entire back of the cab. Asked for a refund, didnt get it, any of it. If the manager wasnt incompetent he would understand how much money he has just lost as I come to this car wash and tip a couple times a month. Definitely will be going out of my way to do business elsewhere from now on, which is unfortunate since ive been coming here for a long time. Wouldnt recommend these guys as they obviously have no loyalty to their customers.

Brought our Honda here on sat. June 30th and the service was super fast and very clean!! We were very pleased and will definitely be back. They were having a sale on their car wash plus full service so we only paid (almost half) price. They vacuumed, cleaned interior, tires, windows, door jams, and we left with a clean, fresh, shiny car! Wait time was only about 10 minutes and it was during a busy weekend rush. Drove up to a line of cars and got pulled thru it very quickly!

Are used to work at this place the people are all great there are some familiar faces and some new faces I give it 4 stars because some of the great people that used to work there are still there and the service is always great specifically the oil changes always get attention looks clean and it looks like they take care of you but the car wash has definitely lost its luster when I used to work there I didnt care about the car wash but now that Im a customer the carwash definitely needs to be more detailed I know its only a $20 Car Wash but will you can go down the street and get a car wash for for $10 and its exactly the same its kind of sad but I give it 4 stars because the people there are always awesome they will take care of you if you tell them that the car wash was poor but thats all it needs a great great car wash

They are awesome at cleaning your vehicle, but I dropped my truck off for a detail at 12:30, 4 and a half hours before they closed and told me it wouldnt be ready until 12 the next day, my truck wasnt ready until 4. Good at cleaning but terrible service. Really annoyed because me and my family have gone to them for years.

Completely mediocre. I paid for the top notch service and they left a giant clump of mud on my bumper along with dust all over the interior of my car.

This business is not thorough when detailing a vehicle. My carpets and floor mats should be gray but are still dirty. Plus the mats were still wet when we left. I spent good money for a very poor job. I will not be back. Very unprofessional.

There is never a time that you dont have to call the people back to do something in your car when they wipe it off from the water they actually through my mat on the seat and didnt put it back.
