Pathetic. Arrived at 12 and found it closed for lunch hr. Should have atleast open the waiting area to let people sit while they lunch instead of closing the door and having everyone waiting outside in the hallway.

I travel 35 minutes to this location because the people are nice, quick, the place is clean, organized. They practice social distancing. You may have to stand out in the lobby due to occupied seats, you may want to peek your head in the door to see if any are available.

The blonde woman who works in the front is so kind and polite and has great customer service! Unfortunately the younger Indian man who drew my blood has the personality of a hotdog. The woman in the room next to me was trying to be friendly and make conversation with this man and boy he was not feeling it. Then he comes in my room and I’m being friendly and short and he gives off a horrible attitude. Just wanted to say what I’m sure other have noticed!

Ben checked me in and provided my services. I have already told my mother about him and that this was the best experience I have ever had in needing labs done. I was not expecting such a great experience, as I have used LabCorp in the past in Orange County and was not very pleased with the condition of the location or the experience of the technicians. Ben listen to my specific needs with my previous medical difficulty drawing blood and did not make me feel like my request was insulting him or causing him any inconvenience. He also made me laugh and I was completely at ease. The facility was immaculately clean and organized. This is my new choice for labs going forward and I will be requesting Ben every time!

This lab is my favorite. I get blood drawn a lot and I have never been hurt here. Never never ever. Everyone knows how to draw blood really good. No pain 😃

I have going to this lab for over a year now and the Martha is always a gem 5o me. She is good at what she does.As one phlebotomist to another I commend her on her skills and efficiency. The wait it always what is expected and not bad.Thank you Labcorp

I have chosen this Lab Corp location 4 times to have my blood work done as requested by my primary doctor & oncologist. I have been pleased with the employees helpful and professional style toward me. I recommend this location to my family.

I used this location March 2018. It is open. I had anxiety getting blood taken. The lab guy put on some country music, got me talking a bit about my kids to help me relax. He used a smaller needle. Three outstanding ways to help with anxiety. I felt well taken care of. I just received new bloodwork orders and Im going back to this location.

They need to have people sign in and then wait outside or in there cars until being called to go for blood work they have way to many people in the office and hallway waiting for blood work, while this coronavirus is going on this is not good —-way to many people waitingIn Fallbrook they have people wait in there cars for a text before coming into the office

Very good and fast service and very helpful

Consistent bad service. Long wait times, even with only one other patient. Rotating door of discarded/under-skilled phlebotomists who seem to have no idea what they are doing regarding the paperwork/forms, etc. Dont seem to be able to keep their paperwork organized at all. My Doctor had to fax my standing order in each of the first 3 times I visited and, because they lost it each time after they showed me it was received, so had to call my doctor to make sure my order was valid. Was even told one time to have the doctor add an expiration date to my standing order or they wouldnt accept it - they auto-expire every 6-months and the start date was on it...Completely inept. Doctors office got a good laugh off of that one though. As of April 2019, the best of the worst seems to have gotten fired and only left with completely inept phlebotomists that are fine taking blood, but need help running the clinic - revolving door as well, so one day you may get a really bad one and one day you may get even worse. Wish my INS supported Quest and/or the other Labcorp wasnt always so crowded. I just dont have 3 hours to get a simple blood draw.

After, I checked in I waited 15 minutes for the Phlebotomist to come from the back room and she was rude and disrespectful. Know one else was waiting and I called out for assistance.

Very professional experience.
