Excellent service. They kept in touch with us and delivery was when promised. The two men that delivered our products were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

I96 to merriman and turn right Plymouth and right enterprise dr and go straight to guard shack ..with big trucks don’t come from merriman to enterprise they don’t let turn there to guard enterence

Ordered baby furniture through wayfair this company came in to give us white glove service and first of all they drove up on our circle drive (which is illegal without a waiver) in an enterprise rental truck, came in with out shoe protection tracking snow and who knows what else through on my carpet, scraped up the brand new flooring in the babys room and the walls leading up to babys room. When they asked me to inspect both pieces were damaged and they refused to take the furniture back with them and left styrofoam every wear! Now they expect us to let another set of delivery guys in to take the furniture out.

Normally do not write reviews but had to. Received a call 3 days before with a delivery date. Received an email the night before stating delivery window time. Made arrangements to leave work early in order to be there to receive deliver. NO CALL AND NO SHOW. Called the office half way through delivery window and they said the drivers were delayed but I would receive my furniture towards the end of the window. Nothing. Wayfair will lose customers if they continue to use this delivery company.

Place is in Livonia and I live in Highland Park. My order was from Wayfair and my Living room set was scheduled to be delivered THIS DAY, March 20th 2017. Still nothing. This is the worst place ever to have delivering anything.

Also Wayfair receiving at this location. If driving combination vehicle, you MUST turn onto Enterprise from Plymouth. Guard shack staff will not permit right turns into the property from Enterprise (messed up corner geometry and utilities in the way). Wayfair receiving takes about 45 minutes to offload a moderately full trailer. Typically they schedule the arrivals to allow the crew to finish one trailer before starting another. Arriving early wont gain you a whole lot, but with EOBRDs looming, even 15 minutes can make or break. Dont arrive late, theyre scheduled that closely to the clock. Dock staff are friendly, hard working, and dont waste your time or theirs. Big fan of this place as a delivery destination. Have had no interactions with Fidelitone, only Wayfair.

Purchased a loveseat from Wayfair and they arranged delivery through this company. The delivery team damaged several areas of our home when they delivered our love seat. When I contacted the delivery company to explain what had happened they said that they had contracted with a different company to make our delivery and that I would have to deal with them, which I did. All I get is a run around regarding making the repairs. To add injury to insult I made a second purchase from Wayfair and this same company was supposed to deliver the sofa on July 27th between 2 and 6pm. Received confirmations by phone and email confirming the delivery the day before. On the scheduled delivery date they were a no show and failed to even call saying there was a delay. Received a call the next day saying they wanted to set up a delivery date for our sofa. When I asked what happened to the original delivery they responded that they didnt know why it wasnt delivered. Of course they couldnt accommodate us and we have to wait. Terrible company and I have expressed my disappointment to Wayfair about the way this company does business on their behalf.

Horrible experience. Received a call on the day of delivery that it had to be rescheduled. Day of delivery received a call that driver is ill and need to reschedule. Day of delivery received a call that driver did not have 20 dollars in cash to pay for he ferry to my home and need to reschedule. Still no product!
