Paid 1200 a week from an owner. Dont accept any less or theyre taking advantage of you. Owners dont make out all that well basically same as any other. This company has a serious issue with the staff being complete jerks. Also you can go anywhere and not have to worry about logs and get paid the same. This safety department will call you constantly all day everyday asking why you forgot a check mark or just some petty ridiculous stuff. They are extremely rude and make gigantic deals out of things that dont matter and act as if theyre in high school still. Most of them are uneducated office women and probably enjoy it because they have nothing better to do.There are a couple decent dispatchers and Johnny the manager being one of them. Head boss also a jerk. They will make you wait hours out at a plant sometimes instead of just giving you an empty trailer and sending you back (Im talking 4 hours not just like 20 minutes) They dont care about your time at all just about their company making money. Some owners claim they like the company because of the low weight but some have caught them multiple times lying saying a trailer may way 10,000 when it actually is 30,000.If you can stand all of that and dont realize in the trucking industry you can have a job anywhere within 5 minutes then this job is for you!

Worked for them a few years ago. They pile you with more work than you can handle and when you ask for a raise they say no. The management team has something to be desired. There are good people that work here, but that is far and few between.

No respect for their neighbors. Get woke up all hours of the night because theyre yards across the street and theres always some sort of banging going on. Use your garage instead of the parking lot to do tires and whatever. Parking lot is a dustbowl so you cant enjoy cooking out, opening your windows, a clean exterior on your home and the wife cant dry the clothes on the clothes line without everything being covered in dirt. Way to go b&w. Thanks for respecting your neighbors homes.

The company strategy is oriented towards economy of scale so making money by having large numbers of trucks on the road is their main algorithm. But dont be surprised to get hit for Medical Card fees that you will not be able to deduct for your taxes. I would rather pay that damn fee upfront instead of coming out of my paycheck which does not itemize the deductibles. The Drop & Hook operation takes its toll on trailers accessories so be ready to spend time fixing things even on fairly new trailers. For the time you dedicate to your regional route you get that wired feeling that you are a OTR driver indeed with a luxurious time frame. Now, the people behind the business. I would say is positive if I take into consideration dispatchers and payroll. I loved their dispatchers. Always good on the phone and willing to help out. Of course there are tart apples like everywhere but on this company they work on weekends only so if your are unlucky enough, like me, you get to deal with their substandard crew. Oh the parking by their main site is a nightmare, especially on weekends. Dont even think on pulling into yard and finding a free spot to park the truck right away. Nuh. You got to work your patience on that skill. By the way, be warned!!! Make sure you really do a Pre-trip inspection before you pull out. Its outrageous the level of thievery inside their yard. Its just crazy how many light bulbs go missing from your trucks. And lastly, dont, ever miss a detail on your logbooks since their scanning contractor will really start to bite you on the ... with Safety Violations. What makes sense for a humans does not make sense for a scanning computer. Overall its a good company for someone that wants to have a steady tempo. Not the greatest but there are a lot worst companies out there.

To all owner operators, this company is not recommanded they will let you hear what you want to hear and give you nothing but empty promises and lies, plus they dont pay good. Take your truck else where you save your self alot of headache and time besides you make more else where anyway

This place is a joke. There drivers are rude, 99% of them dont speak english, they are dangerous I dont know how many times Ive seen them speeding or texting while driving. The dispatchers are ignorant and will use threats and try and place blame elsewhere to keep from taking responsibility for the fact that their company sucks. DOT should shut them down.

They are the most rude people I v ever met in my 15 years trucking I had to leave the office the first 10 mins of the orientation even though I noticed that the day I turned in my application but I thought its ok let it go you will see one weird person wherever you go , it turned out to be all worker in the office are the same you say hi they reply what you want , if they wanna talk to you they say heyy you , well I do have a name , on top of the the tone and voice takes you back to your childhood when you was in your elementary school the worst is if you try to demand some respect they tell you you dont like it you can leave , it was my fault I dont listen to friend of my who worked with them for only 2 trips and he left of course for additional issue beside the disrespect was problem with deductions , be aware of you wanna work for them that you will be treated like anything but human ,

After going and passing all of the requirements, having IFTA sticker put on my truck and their computer system put in my truck and signing the contract. They call me to tell me they cannot hire me as an owner operator. This has been the most disorganized management Ive ever seen.I do not advise anyone to work for this company.
