I found this shop by Google reviews and I am glad I did. The dealer wanted to charge me $5000.00 dollars to fix my Air Conditioning and Brakes and Spencers Auto Group did everything for less than half. Tami in the office is a pleasure to deal with and the technicians in the shop are top notch. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family, and I will return as needed.

Replaced my old transmission with a new one the process was super easy and fast. Tami in the office even got me approved for 90 days same as cash deal I am very grateful for the honesty and integrity. Will definitely be back and will recommend.

They used to be a good and honest business. I took 2 of my cars there and had good experiences. Now after being a faithful customer for years I felt they only wanted to rob me. They wanted to charge 100 just to look at the problem when it was only a simple belt. 100 dollars is even more than they charged for an hour of labor and this was only to look at it. Needless to say I took my vehicle to a shop in leesburg with great reviews were he looked at it for free only taking 1 min of his time to inform me my belt was very bad and only charged me 60 in total for parts and repair. To Spencers shop reviews matter. Loyalty matters. You should treat your customers better. We are more than cash in your pocket. Get some morals and go back to being a hometown shop people can trust now your just another dishonest scammer in my book and I will never send more business to your door.

They got me in quick found the problem and repaired my car fast I really appreciate the great service and the price was way cheaper than I expected. Will definitely use again.

They had my car for 5 days, charged me $108 for an estimate but I never received a written estimate. I took my car out of there. Strange experience. I was lured in by what I thought were customers giving good ratings to find out it was their family members leaving comments. Very unprofessional and tacky ploy.

It has been a true pleasure doing business with the Spencers! they swapped out my old failed transmission with a new used one and the car runs better than it did before! shifts perfect and smooth. Totally honest, friendly, hard working people. Im Glad I was able to find them. I dont think I would have rather done business with anyone else. You can’t judge a book by its cover and you really shouldn’t judge this place ether. This is a mom & pops family owned and operated automobile repair shop. This place is not like the dealership or one of those corporate box repair locations. This place is like bringing your vehicle to a trusted family member because that is the way I felt after my very first experience with them.They were upfront about the diagnostic fee if we chose to take the vehicle somewhere else.I used to take my vehicles to the dealership or a corporate box repair location for everything. Then I smartened up after I learned about how they work. With this vehicle I did what I always do and took it in to the dealership or a corporate box repair location for an issue. They had my vehicle for 2 days and said to start with we will need to replace these parts for $600 approx. and see if this fixes the issue if not we will have to try this next for $xxx amount.Has that ever happened to you or does that sound familiar?During the two days of waiting I searched and asked for an honest reliable mechanic that has ethics. This place here came up over and over on almost every inquiry and question I asked. So I decided to give them a try and let me tell you I am so blessed that I did.They found the issue and had it repaired in a couple of hours with a great price and no games.If you have more money than sense take your vehicle to the dealership or one of those corporate box repair locations and maybe get a dishonest opinion and lose your money over and over again.Now if you have more sense than money then I highly recommend this place if you want to treated with respect dignity and honesty.

I would highly recommend this buisness I recently had repairs done and they are honest and do a great job and during these hard times they really watch out for people there was even a small repair that was taken care of and I wasnt even charged extra for. Rodney has been working on all of mine and my husbands vehicles for years. He is very honest and trust worthy. I am really love this place. I am a high school student and have my own vehicle. i take my vehicle there and am always treated fairly. Rodney is probably the most honest mechanic I have met. Before I found him I hated when something went wrong with my vehicle because it was so expensive for any repair! Rodney is always honest he even told me that it would be better for me to trade in my old car because I was spending too much on repairs. Telling me this was not in his best interest he could of benefited from my piece of junk I was always fixing. Got a new suv and he will be the one I take it too and I will recommend his shop to everyone!
