These folks are Great! They looked for the reason of a slow leak and determined the cause was a nail. (Not visible with a physical examination)The tire was repaired and they quickly got is back on the road.While there, I ordered a set of tires for another vehicle. They were able to custom order exactly what I wanted and have them ready to install in less than a week. And a a very competitive price.What a great experience!

My wife took her car there and I decided to join as you always think if youre both customers you get treated right. On one occasion they told me they fitted a new part and they didnt, theyd fitted a used part and charged me for a new one. Then they left a bolt out of the new part they fitted when I took it back a 2nd time. Then finally right the 3rd time. Recently my vehicle had problems,I took it there and they ran a diagnostic,told me what the problem was,I paid for the diagnostic and fitted over $700 in parts for it to not be the problem and a complete mis-diagnosis. I took the vehicle to autozone and they ran a diagnostic and they looked at theirs and just said they loaded up all sorts of other jobs on the estimate and doubled the labor charges ($200 per hour) that the main dealers charge at their going rate ($100-125 per hour)DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE,THEYRE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF DAILY.

Well they are knowledgeable they lack any form of customer service and at times were flat out rude. Would not recommend going here unless it was absolutely needed.

These are your guys!! I stopped in to get a low tire checked out. Come to find out I had a nail in the tire. They had the keys back to me before I could finish my story. Super cool guys, excellent customer service, and would recommend stopping in to see for yourself.

Great Toyo tire dealer, good guys, clean shop, work done right.Edit, just took my wifes car there and same perfect service, ordered in the exact tired I wanted, beat the competitors price, and had them installed in under 30min.I like the fact that their shop is clean, might seem weird but I dont like a nasty shop.

Im a US Armed Force Veteran Retired, and I got way better things to do with my time than writing negative reviews but I would not like for someone else to have a terrible experience like mine, and also taken for his hard earned money.This is the worst auto service in Tavares, a most likely in the entire Lake County area.I took my car for simple regular wheel alignment and tire balancing, simple think, right?Wrong! Raine Tire & Auto of Tavares manage to damage my cars inner rod(driver side) and they also managed to scratch the heck out of my brand new chrome wheels.You see what MR. Rick( the auto shop owner) did not know is that Im also a ASE Certified mechanic.Shame on you sir and shame on businesses like yours that preys on the veterans and elderly people of this country.

Called in asked if they did a service, went in waited over an hour for them to tell me they were to busy to service me. Took off work to bring my tires in and then was informed that they cant actually do anything for me. Big waste of my valuable time.
