This is a partial and ongoing review as the project is still ongoing. So far - so good. Ive been dealing with Frank Harrington and he has been very responsive and professional. Our project is done with the permitting stage and material is on order. Frank has come up with better alternate solutions to the original that made the permitting process move faster. I will keep posting reviews as work progresses. Hopefully production will start soon or has started.

I would like to say the service provided from the sales representative to the project coordinator, to the installers was outstanding. They were clear in explaining the pricing, quality of product, as well as the workmanship of the professional installers. None of my questions or concerns went unanswered and were addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

Armorvue Window & Door ReviewFive years ago, I purchased an older house. One with desirable character and potential, but requiring improvements to make a house a home. Specifically, windows and doors.I interviewed several companies; undoubtedly, none were as professional, knowledgeable, and confident in their product as Armorvue. The representative scheduled to review and estimate my needs had a family emergency so Brandon, the company CEO, called and said he would be coming out instead of attempting to reschedule and push back our estimate. Unlike the other companies that simply handed me a brochure for the window brand they currently contracted with, Brandon presented the actual product. This allowed him to demonstrate the physical characteristics and attributes of the windows we would have installed. I was instantly impressed.Though Brandon quoted a very reasonable price to replace all the windows in my home, plus a glass sliding door, I wanted to think about my options. In truth, I only needed about fifteen minutes to decide I wanted to sign a contract with Armorvue. He turned around, came back to my home, and we signed the contract for 11 windows, plus a picture window with two side windows, and a sliding door. This was a huge financial investment for me, and I needed confidence in my decision; Brandon instilled that confidence. The following week, Jimmy came out and re-measured each window and door, and discussed the particulars I could expect for the finished product. Once the windows were ready, we scheduled for installation. Max, Henry, Vlad, and Alex arrived on time, and discussed the process with me. My daughter and I work remotely and they were incredibly accommodating in working around our schedules to get the job done. It was a big job, and they stayed until the work was completed.From start to finish the process was professional, streamline, and incredibly adaptable to our needs and I am more than satisfied with the finished results. Armorvue just completed installing 8 windows and 1 door in our villa. Beginning with our salesman, Levi, who was very knowledgeable, gave a very professional presentation and answered all our questions, to the installers Max, crew leader, and his assistant Dennis who did excellent work and finished the job in two days. They left our home neat and clean upon completion of the job. Sarah in the office was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Jimmy Johnson, Installation Manager, was very professional and did the final measurements and recommended that we also get a new door which we ended up doing. We are extremely pleased with our new windows and door. We would definitely recommend Armorvue to our friends and neighbors.

Although we havent yet scheduled our actual installation, I wanted to thank Kylie, who was very friendly and professional, for coming to our home to invite us to take part in a free estimate and demo. Scheduling for the demo was flexible and easy, and we got a call the day before to confirm.Today, at 12:59 on the dot, Levi was at our door for the 1pm appointment. He was friendly, courteous, and super knowledgeable. I appreciated how quickly he measured our windows, and gave us a very impressive demonstration of the product. I never felt like I was in a hard sell position. Levi was open and receptive to our questions, and we told him we would discuss it and get back to him by the end of the day.The prices were very reasonable, when compared with the other estimates we had gotten. We were impressed with the product and the demo and everyone we had talked to at Armorvue, so it really was an easy decision. We called Levi to place the order, and we decided to get another window done, besides, so he came right back out and measured the additional window and reworked our quote.I cant wait to see how well they do on the installation, because I know it will be great due to the excellent experience we have had so far. I recently had a presentation from HPA (Home Performance Alliance). Atherward the Sales Rep. called Armorvue and said he was my son. Then proceeded to cancel my appointment with them. Armorvue from the start when our sliding glass doors catastrophically failed and needed fast service from the first call to the hone visit the company made us feel comfortable. The quality of the product windows and sliding door is superior. The install teams second to known. The surgical removal of our 40 year old doors was amazing. The custom install was incredible workmanship.The tiniest details was thought out and finished with the skill of fine carpenters. The end result was a total refresh or Modernization of our home. We first notice that our house felt cooler cause of the energy efficient windows. The install team finished all the details and cleaned up and took away the old door and windows.We had a manager stop in to check on install day. The gave stars for each dept and 5 stars with honest communications. I had choices but made the right choice. I recently had 18 windows plus sliding patio door installed and I am very impressed with all those involved, from salesman, to installation supervisor, installers and mike who replaced windows that were misordered.Based upon past dealings with other construction & service companies in Florida I was cautious as to what to expect. To my delight & surprise the whole experience was surprisingly easy. The items were delivered onetime, workers were professional and they did everything they promised.I would recommend Armorvue to anyone wanting quality doors & windows with great customer service.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. I spoke with three different individuals, one threatening. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior before nor would I recommend them. If this is how they talk to another professional, I certainly do not trust their work ethic.

Great job! Everything went smooth the salesman showed us the window and how everything worked, came back a couple times when the workers were here. Installers were in and out in a day. Cleanup was good. We changed a window that didnt open to one that did, that was no problem. New windows really make a difference our house is much quieter, our front room doesnt get hot anymore. We would recommend Armorvue. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful.

The ordering was easy, and the windows were delivered in a timely manner. At first everything seemed great.Then it came time for the installation. The crew came one day, and then never showed back up. There were multiple excuses as to why the crew never came back. Meanwhile my house was exposed to the elements for an entire week.The company had to end up going with an outside installer to finish the job.My husband and I are still doing finishing touches to the hack job that was done to the wood in our sun room.I am extremely disappointed with how this process went, and could not recommend this company to any others unless theyve hired a new crew.

Windows came in ahead of schedule and they worked with me to do the install despite my schedule being a challenge. Ray and Jose were awesome on install day. Ray recognized immediately that one of the windows wasnt the correct size and I received a phone call from the company president to apologize and say they already ordered the replacement. Ray and Jose were very kind, tidy and checked that everything met high standards. And Ray have me a tutorial on the windows when they were done. My neighbor told me my house looks 10 years younger. Russell walked us through the entire process from start to finish with replacing our doors and windows. He answered questions, and addressed our concerns prior to installation. Also, the installation crew was very clean. When we saw scratches on a window, they ordered a new one and replaced it within a few weeks. We were told the installation would take 3-4 days; however, they were done in 2 days with maybe an hour or two on day three. Impressive! The quality of the windows and door is very good. The installers of their door was mediocre at best, but after sending out different carpenters, I must say the door looks wonderful. Russell and Lester were both good guys to work with.

5 estimates over the past year, some companies would not come out because we only had 2 windows. We went with Armorvue. The salesman showed us the window and how it blocks heat. We thought replacing our bedroom windows would be to expansive because they were set in concrete, he showed us how it would work and even showed us how they would be installed so we ended up buying 4 hurricane windows. They took care of the permit and even did all the paperwork for our HOA. Russel was our salesman, the installers were great. They did have a hard time with one but figured it out and we are very happy. We recommend this company to our neighbors.

The first door installation had a few minor challenges, however Russell arrived shortly after the installation and has committed to resolve all the concerns. We bought 14 windows and a sliding door from Armorvue earlier this year. We were the first job they installed so there were a few mistakes ... nothing to bad and they took care of everything right away. We only gave 4 stars because everything wasnt perfect, but when we had a problem they fixed it and we are very happy with the end result. Thanks to Lester and the installers. The manager even delivered our warranty in person and made sure everything was ok. We will recommend this company they did a good job.

Since our house was built in 1953 this was not your standard installation. All the openings were unique and everything had to be custom built. This is where Armorvue did its magic! The crew had prior knowledge and experience that allow them to overcome every potential problem my old house threw at them.After the install was completed, when the Clearwater inspector came it was a simple walk through-no problems-job well done.

My lanai had flimsy clear plastic windows and since I am on the 2nd floor there was a railing that blocked the view of our beautiful courtyard. I wanted to get hurricane windows so I called some companies off the computer. Russel drew me a picture of what my porch would look like with new windows and told me they could remove the railing! They took a while to get here but they finished today and its even better than we expected. The men that installed my windows stayed after and showed me how they worked. I paid my money down then forgot and sent another check it was funny when rusell called me and said stop sending us money you are all paid up. I think another company would have taken it! I love my view I would use armor windows again

Armorvue did a great job for me. I told other companies I wanted impact windows, but they kept trying to sell me nonimpact because it was cheaper, and they were not required in my home. The two men I spoke with from Armorvue explained both options and gave me what I wanted. One screen didnt fit right, it took a while, but they replaced it and everything is fine. I would recommend this company.

The Bible Baptist Church of plant city florida was looking at putting new windows in the parsonage as the original 40 year old single pane windows were well past their usefulness.Armorvue was one of the many windows companys we contacted. Many would not put residential windows in the church parsonage because they considered the church to be a commercial business.However, this was not the case with Russell at Armorvue. He assured me that it would be no problem.Russell and another associate, Levi came out and met with me at the church property. After showing them around rough measurements were taken. Two days later I was given a bid. Russell and Levi worked out a great plan and a great price for the church! I was really pleased. Russell stated hed be happy to come out and show the windows to the church members and answer any questions. We asked him to attend our regular monthly business meeting. He showed up promptly and had a window for everyone to see. He explained about their windows, how the process would go, what his recommendations were and why. Every question every member had was answered without hesitation. Afterward, Russell did not pressure us into ordering windows. Which we greatly appreciated. He followed up with me and I explained that as I had been more in the process than the members had I had given them a month to pray about it. He was very understanding. This was the biggest purchase the church had made under my pastorate.The next month we voted to purchase the windows. The very same week, Levi came out and we signed the contract. The next day we got a phone call to set up for specific measurements. The installer worked with my wife and 5 kids throughout the measurements and installation for her schedule. The windows came in the 6-8 week time frame.The installer showed up promptly. They used drop clothes and made flawless installation. As a house painter I was impressed with their cleanliness. The caulk work was average. I usually see this in other houses when we do repaints. It is not straight. We use tape and tape the edge of the window, apply the caulk, wipe and smooth with a wet rag, then pull the tape. Leaves a straight line on the edge of the caulk. It is an extra step and most painters dont do it and none of the window installers on the new builds I have painted do it either. Honestly, if I had not started painting for this company I would not have known otherwise!The installer was great. He talked with my kids. Made sure they stayed back. They cleaned everything up. Let me keep the old windows for scrap metal. He put them exactly where I asked him to. They cleaned and vacuumed every where they were. I w as impressed.The only hitch has been that we failed inspection with hillsboro county. The inspector said the window install is the best he has ever seen, but the window in the bathroom did not specify that it was tempered glass. Because it is within x amount of feet from a water source it has to be tempered glass.Russell contacted me and said the window sash that will be brought out is currently being made. It takes about 2 weeks to get from factory and then it will be installed. Once the window is installed they will call the county for another inspection at their cost!The whole experience has been greatThe windows are great and easy to open and clean. We no longer hear the neighbors at night from across the street. We had a down pouring of rain and we didnt hear it at all.We are looking forward to comparing the electric bill next summer. What a great experience! Thanking God and His providence for the Armorvue add in the paper we saw!

We did our window/door homework and evaluated several manufacturers. Armorvue impressed us the most as far as the quality and cost of the windows and doors. We replaced 5 large sliding doors with the hurricane impact glass. The new doors are not only beautiful, solid and easy to open/close but they also keep the house cooler. The first installation team did not meet our expectations and after they installed one door, we contacted Armorvue. Our issues were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. The second installation team, led by Ron, was fantastic. We are extremely satisfied with the quality, service and the price of the doors. Armorvue replaced a door for me. Out of all the estimates I had, the Armorvue salesman was the only one that had a sample, so I knew exactly what I was getting. My door was old and the frame was in bad shape, but the installers did a great job. I would recommend.
