We had impact windows installed yesterday (3/17/21) I can’t recommend Windows Wall enough. The crew arrived around 9:00 am and worked until 6:30 pm to install 11 windows. The crew was very professional, polite and very skilled. They moved items close to the windows and had plastic everywhere while they installed the window. When the installation was complete they cleaned the area and replace items before they moved to the next window, They left our house in excellent shape by cleaning everything up. The windows are so well made our house is VERY quiet. This company is a customer “First” company. They promised to take care of everything and they did! We highly recommend them.

Attempted to set an opportunity for Window Wall to earn my business. After far too much hassle to set the sales appointment, I gave them one last opportunity to stop by on Friday 9/10/21 (redemption day) at 1:00 pm to earn my business. Rich asked for 3:00 pm; I informed him a prior company that did the same thing his company was doing has that time slot and 1:00 is the time I will give to him. He informed me we wont be able to work together. So be it. These two people just passed on a 10 window cash deal.I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a company that does this type of work. Find one that understands that the customer IS the boss and they work for the customer.

They installed 10 windows in my mobile home and did a great job. I wanted them to also do my sliding glass door. The measuring tech didnt measure correctly and the door wouldnt fit in my home when they arrived with it. They worked with me for a solution and Rich Miller did everything he could to make it right. Everybody makes mistakes, but these guys tried to make it right.

Besides the quality windows with affordable price, the service is phenomenal and consistent from the sales team to installation team. Dont forget its life time warranty :)... If there is one thing I can help them to be perfect is they forgot to clean the lanai where they used to unpack/store their stuff during the process although they cleaned inside good enough.

Started with a meeting with Rich... Wonderful and very easy to work with! Then John, the project manager, another calm and wonderful man to work with! This was their first installation at the On Top of the World condo complex, but I am sure won’t be their last! All of our neighbors were asking who did our windows!! There were some issues with the windows themselves (manufacturer issue, NOT Window Wall) and John was quick to reassure us they will be replaced and he will come out to the site to make sure everything is up to his standard, which is better than the industry standard! So while we wait, we appreciate that they keep in touch with us and let us know what is going on. Throughout the whole process, which was complicated by COVID, they made things happen and again. And, while we await the replacement windows, we are still feeling totally reassured that this company stands behind their promises!!

Were turned down by first window company we dealt with but WindowWall made it happen for us. Arrived on time, started unloading the truck and started unloading the truck. I love how they introduced them self’s one by one. VERY careful on damages that could be done. After the first window was installed they stopped and checked to see if I liked the work and show me how to operate it. if I was still in business I would 100% hire all the installers on the spot.
