I called 10+ places and visited 5 others before finding these guys. All I wanted to do was trade in a watch for a different watch. Something I thought would be a simple thing to take care of. I kept getting met with awful stock, low ball offers on my piece, outrageously high prices on their pieces or a restriction that I could only trade up and not down if I found something I liked that was worth less than my current watch. None of that none sense here. I came in, found a couple of watches I liked, tried them all on and worked a deal leaving with a new watch and a check for the difference in less than 45 minutes. Great people, great experience. I’ll make the drive across the bay any day to visit again. See you all soon

Wha do you do when you start the day realizing you are missing a stone out of your engagement ring setting? You go visit Associated Watch and Jewelry Buyers and you are in good hands. Mabel Burns assessed my ring and noticed not only was I missing a large side sapphire, but the setting had two breaks in it. I am lucky I still had my main diamond. She was happy to have her master jeweler rebuild the setting and replace the stone, however she also gave me other options as I didn’t love how my setting was easy to catch on things, thus causing the damage over time. Mabel allowed me to express what I was looking for and was able to show me some new settings. They were right on. So many decisions, I brought my husband back later in the day and we both fell in love with the same setting.. The master jeweler put my diamond in their setting, and even made a necklace out of the halo part of the past setting as it had meaning. What a bonus. On top of that my husband saw a beautiful necklace in the display case and had me try that on. Guess what? My anniversary gift is already in his hands for later this year. One stop shopping for so many occasions in so many price ranges and tastes. No pressure, instead great insight and vision to match the perfect jewelry for each customer. You won’t be disappointed with the personal attention to every customer. As we were picking up the ring we ran into s friend’s son who just bought an engagement ring. So many smiles, and milestones they are a part of.

Terrible Service. I called and spoke to someone who said to bring in what I had and I would get an offer. The “manager” never gave me an offer, showed up and he took two looks at a 2k ring and told me to take it to whoever offered me the most. Why would I be here if I had another offer.

They were really friendly and prompt when I initially took my ring in to see how much they would buy it for. Joe was very honest and advised me to try selling it on my own first, so I could get more money for the ring. He quoted the price for me on a business card and signed it, and told me I could bring it in later for the same price. I took the ring to several ther stores and tried to sell it via the internet, but joe offered me the best price. I took it back a couple weeks after our initial meet, and he honored his original quote.

I walked in with a perfect clarity diamond earring I either wanted to sell or find a match for. The guy told me it was a $20.00 stone and that I should just sell it to him because Im going to just get mad driving around looking for a quote. I didnt and went to Continental Jewelers and they gave me options.. trade in, upgrade or I could sell it for $300.00. What a joke this place was. Everything in their is a joke... DONT USE THEM.
