As a life long martial artist I was incredibly surprised and pleased with thier ability to teach my son realistic martial arts in a child like manner of games. I was watching instructors with skills I just do not have. My son was learning things at 3 and 4 years old that adults have trouble learning. Now at 10 years old he is still attending class with passion and working towards his 3rd degree black belt. I highly recommend this martial arts school to all that are seeking fun but real self defense for thier kids or even themselves as they also teach adults.

Great place for the kids to learn martial arts, Master Chris is very knowledgeable and AMAZING with the kids. A lot of variety of different activities and skills for the kids to learn.They also do after school care, separate from martial arts.They also provide parents night out where you can drop the kids off for a fun activity and then pick them up later that night.

At first I had no idea what to expect from this sport, but I knew I definitely wanted to add some variety to my current workout routine. I only knew that it could be challenging and great for self defense. First thing that comes to mind when thinking of Mana Martial Arts, is how knowledgeable and comfortable the instructor makes you feel with not only the structure and pace of the class, but how invested he was with ensuring that you grasped the idea behind the techniques. I would highly recommend it to those of you looking to get into martial arts.

My sons experience at MMA has been amazing. He has become confident and committed to all his activities because of this class. My son looks forward to every class and is excited for every stripe he earns. Master Chris is a great instructor who integrates skill, discipline, and fun into every class. I know my son will remain interested in learning martial arts as well as self-defense skills that will be useful if ever he is in danger. The anti-bullying skills these children learn are invaluable.

My son has been going there for over a year and half and absolutely love the place. Even after a year and half, he is eager to go for his lessons every day! Master Chris is a seasoned black belt who works great with kids. His regular classes are perfect for kids or adults.Their summer camp experience is the best that can be had in Tampa. Kids are kept engaged, and the training is great for all who attend.

My son has been a student here for over 6 years. Hes always learning new techniques while building leadership skills, self discipline, and self confidence. I signed my 2 year up for a class at Mana Martial Arts hoping to establish some great foundations for listening, following directions, and learning new ways to channel his energy. I didnt know what to expect, especially with a room full of 2 and 3 year olds but Master Chris was infinitely patient with the kids and gave each and every one individualized attention. It took a few classes for my little guy to finally start getting it but when he did you could see how proud he was when he broke a board or performed the correct punch or kick. Had we not moved we would undoubtedly still be enrolled. I cant recommend Mana Martial Arts highly enough.

We have attended both the classes and have visits at the daycare. My daughter loves the classes and is becoming more and more confident. Have recommended to many people!

My kids been going for years. master Chris has patience and teaches moves that are most effective. mixed martial arts consists kick boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, judo and wrestling.
