Janet & Daisy did a FABULOUS job today! WOW!!! Best clean I have had so far! Their attention to detail was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. Added 2 rooms that do t usually get cleaned because I had houseguests for past 2 weeks while on vacation. The team not only cleaned the room but put the clean sheets onto all the beds and remade them beautifully. I loved the towel art and the rugs looked so cleanly vacuumed that I didn’t want to step on them! Thank you ladies!! I hope to get your team every time!!! WAY TO GO JANET & DAISY!!!

The best teams are 8 and 9. Great work! I have been a home cleaning customer for 4 years now. I chose Cleaning Authority over another local company because of their cleaning processes and rotations, their value, and their green cleaning products. The Cleaning Authority is insured and licensed. I just didnt take their word for it. I asked them to produce the paper work during our initial meeting. TCAs cleaning process maintains a clean environment so heavy seasonal cleaning is a thing of the past. The cleaners pay attention to details--big and small. Thus, I no longer have to worry about my home not being clean due to unexpected health or work emergencies. The Cleaning Authority is reliable and dependable. The pandemic has caused some staff changes, but my new cleaning team is AWESOME!

I had an amazing team at first, and they even got to know my dogs, I trusted them in the house alone, etc. But they started having a high turnover rate and the quality went downhill quick! However, when I attempted to cancel, a quality assurance manager (Crystal) called me and asked what it was that I was unhappy about and how they could make it right. She offered to send an experienced team back out, with an inspector FREE OF CHARGE! I did a walk through of my home with the inspector and we went over all the important areas to me. They were amazing, kind (to me and my 3dogs), and did a beautiful job. I will continue to be using their service now. Kudos to their management team too! 👏🏻

Cleaning was excellent! They are very consistent in every aspect. I’ve use individuals in the past and they are less consistent (sick, late, etc). A company like this has many teams. So if someone quits, etc, they still come through!

Have been with the cleaning authority for a couple years now and I absolutely love them! Stopped during covid but recently resumed services. Team #2 was great! They are always very thorough and always want me to check their work! They are very friendly to my pets as well! Would highly recommend!

This was my first visit from The Cleaning Authority. Ada and Nicole were on the team that came. They were really professional and friendly. The first cleaning is a detailed cleaning for half of the house. The cleaning was terrific! After my first cleaning, I’m looking forward to working with this company.Update 7/18/21 - Maria and Yohanda took care of my standard clean last week and did a great job. They were friendly, professional and did a thorough cleaning. Very happy!

I am very disappointed by the service I received. The initial A clean was half done the house was left dusty. I never received B clean. I was charged. I am a service person working out of the country, I tried to use the app to reschedule when my door would be repaired. I called several times but could not do the long wait times. Now I am being told I am charged for when they came and couldn’t get in. Maybe a move in clean they are better but not on going service. DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD ON FILE THEY CHARGE WHAT THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT!!!

I started working with the cleaning authority before COVID so even though we have had several breaks in my service with them they have been great. The most recent service for a deep clean with Yolaunda and Xiomarie was phenomenal. They really took their time cleaning every area in my home and it was refreshing. I will continue to be an ongoing client of The cleaning authority and although they prices are pretty higher than others it is definitely worth it. Also, ask for Yolaunda and Xiomarie....theyre the best team i have had thus far!

The staff are very polite. They have a routine each cleaning to make sure they touch on various things each time they come to clean. Polite and courteous.

I like the service. I have dogs and I think the ladies are a little afraid of dogs. I made this clear when I signed up. Just wondering if it would be better for the crew to not be afraid. Again, the cleaning is fantastic.

This was the initial of a regularly scheduled standard cleaning. The team was punctual, professional and hard working. They have done an outstanding job. We will definitely stick with this company.

Today was the first time I used this company. Everything from the initial quote to the end of service was nice. They even sent out a quality inspector to make sure our home was receiving a quality clean. What I live most is that it took the pressure off of me of having to spend an entire day cleaning. What would have taken me all day, took the cleaners just a couple of hours. I’m extremely pleased.

Team 3 did a fantastic job cleaning our house today. They were courteous, wore masks, were very thorough and left our house sparking clean and smelling wonderful. A supervisor even stopped by and walked around the house inspecting the ladies work. It was great.This was my first time using this company after switching from Molly Maid after my favorite girl left the company due to the way they treated their employees. I loved the initial consultation, the ease of doing everything thru their app and their methodology for ensuring your house not only gets a regular cleaning but deep cleaning on a rotational basis as well. I hope they co to use to impress me.

The cleaning team (#12) has consistently done an excellent job at cleaning our home. Our shower doors are sparkling with no spots or streaks when they are done. Our living room area rug was not only vacuumed, but they cleaned under it to make sure they didnt miss any dirt! Our tile floors are vacuumed, then mopped. They also wipe down our blinds and photo frames. They pay attention to details! It is a delight to watch them at work and even more so, to live in such a clean home after they leave!!!

The Cleaning Authority has been wonderful to work with. They are on time, efficient, and careful about my Dads belongings. I have to also say they are very accommodating to my and my Dads schedules.

The house is clean. The primary service is always good. However, the administration is inconsistent on advising when their staff will arrive. They provide an estimate but sometimes the day is wrong or a time is listed but the arrival differs by hours.It makes planning much harder than it should be.The most recent visit was bad b/c a big jigsaw puzzle my son was working on was swept aside ... so they could clean underneath it? I have spent the last hour trying my best to put it back into the state I believe it was in. But I don’t understand why they would move the puzzle at all.Otherwise, I do want to note that the thoroughness of the clean is always terrific.

Two ladies that came were on time, efficient and did an excellent job. A Quality Inspector even came by while they were here to insure they were doing good job. I am very happy with this service.

I love coming home after they come to a clean house. They deep clean a different area each time. Today I am putting my feet up on the ottman that was vacuumed on the top and all sides.

The cleaning team does a super job. However, I discovered that the tips I have been adding onlne are not getting to the team. I am taking the issue up with the owner but will be delivering the tips in cash to the team from now on.

Just got my house cleaned by Carmen and Elise team 6 hope this is their names. They did an excellent job cleaning my house paid attention to little details were very polite and very fast. Cleaned a 3-bedroom ,2-bath, family room, dining room and full patio in little over an hour and it was perfection. Thank you so much Cleaning Authority and team 6.

They did a wonderful job.

Currently I am not very happy with the quality of service for the price. They dont arrive when they tell you they will be there, and forget trying to call a supervisor either they dont call you back or it takes several days. Ive had them come twice now both times were not the schedule times nor did they thoroughly clean the areas for the deep cleaning that they said they were going to do. I have spoken with the supervisor in regards to these concerns and Im giving them one more chance to see if it truly improves if not three strikes and theyre out. Which I feel is very reasonable as I should have never had an issue at all.
