We have been using Maid Brigade for the past couple months, and they’ve been amazing! They are very quick as they move throughout the house, and leave it incredibly clean and fresh after each service. The ladies are a joy to have around, and they do the cutest things in the kid’s rooms - cute ways of folding their blankets and towels, and fun ways of arranging their stuffed animals. The office staff has been great to work with as well, and everyone has been incredibly accommodating and responsive. I’m a working mother of two, so having a reliable and professional group to work with has been hugely helpful. I did a lot of research on the cleaning services in my area, and I’m so happy to have chosen Maid Brigade!

The Main Brigade team 4 always arrives on time. They are nice with my dogs and will do small special requests. Very pleasant and easy to work with. They also smile a lot which I like, especially when I try to talk Spanish.I recommend them.

I absolutely LOVE Maid Brigade. I have used them for 30 years, first in New York and then in Tampa since we moved here in 2009. Our Tampa Maid Brigade team is ALWAYS friendly, thorough, and so willing to go the extra mile. It is a pleasure to have them in our home – and our house just sparkles! This week we added a cleaning for our RV (at a very reasonable price!!) and the team did such a wonderful job that I am making everyone take off their shoes before entering because it is so beautiful I dont want to add back a speck of dust!

I am thrilled with the wonderful service that I received with todays first visit of deep cleaning my home. The team of two ladies that arrived today made my house look better than I can. Better than any service I have ever used. My home is clean...it smells wonderful. The refrigerator and oven are sparkling clean and my home has been sanitized with the Pure Mist system. Towels and TP have been fancy folded throughout. I am very happy. Taking it all in and looking forward to their return in two weeks. I am so glad to have found Maid Brigade.

I am really happy with this service. I recently moved to the area and was dissatisfied with the original cleaning service I had hired. Maid Brigade has been super helpful, thorough and professional. They did a tremendous job with our new house! I originally thought the bi-weekly price seemed high but after seeing the results of their work I think it’s worth every penny.

We have contracted Maid Brigade several times in the past 7 years for deep cleaning. They are always on time and do an amazing job. They work tirelessly the whole time they are here, clean the whole house from top to bottom including fans, light fixtures, kitchen cabinets, blinds and windows plus a lot more. Team 2 is the best!

We regularly use Maid Brigades services and could not be happier. They work around our 4 pets, and always do a thorough job. Highly recommend!

They charged me $190 for 2 hours 45 minutes of work. Pieces of furniture were left without being dusted. There was visible debris on my tile and wood floors and dog fur on the carpets and furniture. When I called the first thing they said was we dont give refunds and became frustrated with me because I wasnt willing to leave work and drive home so that they could send the cleaning crew back over. Very disappointed in the service provided not to mention the customer service. Eventually they did offer me a $15 credit.... and I cancelled my service contract.

The team did a great job and were thoughtful, on-time, and the whole process was enjoyable!!!Will use again!

South Tampa. Had them for 5 cleanings. They didn’t sweep or mop my floors! They wouldn’t do basic things. Different crew every time so I had to talk through everything each time. Was tired of asking them to do the basics of their job

We have a house that was recently renovated. We have moved in, but it has t been deep cleaned. It was such a relief when the crew arrived and said, “we will clean everything”. They did a wonderful job. We have 2 dogs, a cat and a 18 month old. Our house has never looked so good. I’m very happy with this service and I recommend the Maid Brigade.

However, Id be ashamed not to post a review of Maid Brigade.Maid Brigade replaced another local cleaning company that had just been there 2 weeks before and who I had to let go. The ladies from Maid Brigade were fantastic and their attention to detail was exactly what wed hoped for, but unfortunately not expecting anymore due to prior service. They were just plain fantastic and our house gleamed after they left.

Maid Brigade Team 2 have been the best cleaning team we have ever used. They are polite, courteous, always show up on the day they are scheduled and always on time. This last week, I had a Maid Brigade for the deep cleaning service for the bi-annual, 5 week in-law visit. This is the first time is 25 years my mother-in-law did not offer to “help” me clean for the holidays because every square inch of my house was sparkling!! The team from Maid Brigade has been routinely cleaning our home for several years and I will never change! I have had several very nice independent cleaning ladies over the years. Nothing compares to a team cleaning! It is convenient to schedule and change, if something comes up. They have always arrived when scheduled, which is very important to us. The quality of service is the best- my home is spotless top to bottom for everything in sight. The price is competitive, and I trust the cleaning team in my home. Owner Carrie Knight has been great from the first visit with quote and Angelica does a great job of making sure we stay on a routine cleaning schedule. Bonus: My cleaning team is friendly, they know my house and family, and don’t mind working around our kids or the dog when we are all here at the same time. Wow, I had Maid Brigade out for the first time to do a deep clean an Team 2 Angie & Ana showed up promptly and went to work. I was amazed at their efficiency and speed at which they worked. They cleaned every nook and cranny of our home, dare I say they cleaned it as if it was their own! Right down from the baseboards to our chandeliers and lighting fixtures. I am sick at this time and they ended up taking care of me bringing me items, drinks, brought our Amazon packages in off the front porch. I felt as if I had two extra mothers looking after me. In closing, they removed all items from our fridge and completely cleaned it out and reorganized everything, cleaned our double stoves, and to top it off they let my two pups out onto our patio and vacuumed/cleaned our puppies wood crate, talk about going the extra mile. Maid Brigade of Tampa Bay is superb! I needed my home to be pristine for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary Party then cleaned afterward. They also clean my home routinely during the school year. They always pay great attention to detail. They bring their own supplies and good green cleaning products are good for our home environment. They always send a team of two to clean, usually the same two ladies who know my home, kids, and dog. The teams of ladies are warm and friendly! Maid Brigade is a fabulous cleaning service! After moving to Tampa in 2016, I was looking for a reliable cleaning firm and a friend introduced me to Maid Brigade. After speaking with the franchise owner to discuss my preferences, a cleaning plan was established. The first appointment was a deep clean where the team took care of everything from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. When I arrived home, I entered to a fresh smelling and sparkling home. Their attention to detail was incredible. They touched every surface and left nothing undone. I was very impressed! I now have my cleaning team come once per month to handle the deep cleaning for me. They actively communicate with me to assure I am prepared for them and that I am satisfied with my service. Their customer service is outstanding, their products are very high quality and their workers are professional and highly skilled.

After a less than stellar experience with my prev cleaning service, I was a bit apprehensive at paying so much for a new service. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how meticulous the ladies were with my home. Im incredibly picky about neatness and organization. They left everything exactly in its place and immaculate. The little touches with the towel fans and the toilet paper roses were very charming. Thank you for a spectacular job!

Maid brigade has integrity. They do a very good job but once they accidentally broke something at my house. They were upfront and immediate in their honesty and they ordered me a replacement (for a unusual vintage item). All I could say was “thank you”.

They did a decent job but broke something every single time they came. They were always rushing to get done so were careless. Each time I would email customer service and ask them to tell their people to be more careful but it kept happening.

Maid Brigade provides an awesome service, for a fairly good price. They are easy to schedule, very friendly when I call their main office and the cleaning groups they send out are always efficient, personable & hard working. Most of the time they always do something a little extra like folding the towels in different designs or leaving a little something behind that makes us smile. They even do things I said were not necessary like cleaning dishes in the sink or completely make the bed. We love their service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs it.
