I really enjoyed meeting David and felt he did A very thorough evaluation. I did not feel rushed. My hearing test was the most detailed yet. Stephanie was vey helpful at the front desk. I had to purchase batteries and she was very efficient. I was very pleased with my appointment.

I’ve been a client of Miracle Ear for many years. I’ve contemplated moving my business to another provider because there were so many different fitters and they never did a good job. After My first fitting with John, I realized how inadequate the previous services had been. John spent time explaining all the nuances of my hearing aid to me. I think my first appointment with John was close to an hour, which was the longest time I ever spent there. Each subsequent visit with John have given me more knowledge of how I can better utilize my hearing aids. I can now say that I’m a very satisfied Miracle Ear user, thanks to John and Nora.

This was my first time here. I felt very comfortable the minute I walked in the door. The receptionist greeted me by my name and was very friendly. I filled out some paperwork and was called back very shortly after my paperwork was complete. Alexia was the audiologist who tested my hearing. She was very knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do. I was very satisfied with Miracle-Ear and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get their hearing tested.

I recently relocated to the Tampa, FL area and my custom hearing aids had run their course and it was time to replace them. The employees at the West Kennedy location; including Shawna Barber (Regional Manager), Laura (Office Manager) and Alexia Lantigua spent a lot of time helping me figure out which solution was best for me. They let me sample and experiment before placing my order and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Melody didnt just sell me hearing aids, she made sure I understood how they work and how to take care of them so I would get optimum use from the hearing aids. Very unprofessional and rude from my understanding this is a FREE HEARING TEST .. I went because I was concerned about my hearing but he didn’t even give me one. He asks questions as if your retarded rather than heaving hearing loss. After the very poor customer service I didn’t even want it anymore not that he was offered I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
