These elevators work like others they have their ups and downs but seems more so Downs than anything our elevator is a 3300 it constantly breaks our technician takes two to three days to come out before hell tell you its going to be needing a part and that will take another 3 to 5 days it seems and then when you call to find out what the status is all they can tell you is that youre on the list I dont know if being that the companys name is Schindler that they should tell anybody that theyre on the list...Other than that if we could find other people to work on this type of elevator we would switch companies but no one seems to know how to work on any of Schindlers equipment so nine times out of 10 if you have a Schindlers elevator on your property your Schindlers customer for life

Our Elevator went out ( medical office for often elderly patients). Offices are Upstairs. I called 7 different #s including our local contact who manages repairs. He gave me a #, but it was for Time Warner to sign up for internet service (?)This is a multi national company, yet no on answers the phone???? very surprising.

The elevator in our five story building has been broken for 22 DAYS. It was reported to Schindler the first week in September. We were told it would be repaired by September 16th. Not only was it NOT fixed on that date, but Schindler has refused to respond to phone calls or emails. They were invited to attend our board meeting today to explain the problem and the solutions and did NOT show up or communicate in any way. At this point we wonder if they have gone out of business. Buyer beware.

If i could give zero stars i would. This company is super unprofessional and hardest to get ahold of. Theres no clear line of communication with this company between them and clients. Would absolutely not recommend this company to maintenance or service your elevator.

Been trying to get elevator repaired for 4 weeks. Twice I was told that the tech would be out within a few days, tech never showed. Have since left 3 voice mails with the service dept and have not received any response. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

They take way to long to respond to elevator
