I got my phone fixed on March 9th before going back to school. The next day I noticed my phone was fixed incorrectly so I went back and the man was nice but did not do all he could to fix my phone. Now my glass is separating from my phone to the point that I can see the inside of it. This is covered by their warranty, however because I cannot make my way back to Tampa to get my phone fixed I cant get my phone fixed. So to get my phone fixed CORRECTLY I must pay $120 again. I recommend not wasting your time here and going straight to apple- where you will get quality service and a correct project.

I recently visited this location and was greeted and attended to by April from the very beginning she was very professional and answered all my question. She made great suggestions from my new case. I am satisfied with my purchase and the way I was treated at this location.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, our phone was handed back in a worst condition than when we took it. If you have an iPhone, go straight to the Apple Store and if you dont, go to someplace that has an actual guarantee on their work. My wife is a stay at home mom and so needless to say, her phone is vital in case theres an emergency with the baby. Her screen cracked and we took it here. From the same night, we started noticing a change. Although the screen was replaced, the phone was overheating (never saw that warning sign on an iPhone) and an 100% battery was now dying in an hour. We had never experienced this before we got our phone fixed by this place. When I took it back, the employee Shane Sparks immediately said thats not our responsibility, before he even heard the full story! This guy may know phones but hes obviously never learned customer service which is vital for any Small Business. I was told to go back home and do a software update. He then told me if that doesnt work Mani (the owner) will go to the Apple Store with you to get this fixed (seriously?). After doing the update, everything remained the same. I didnt have time to go back and forth so I just went to the Apple Store directly. After paying $130 to get the screen replaced (phone has been perfect since) I go back for a refund and show Shane and Mani my Apple receipt. I was then told we need our screen back for a refund. I jumped through their hoops, go back to Apple, get the screen and when I return to Cellairis (4th visit), Shane Sparks (who claimed to be the manager) says he has to call the owner, claiming this isnt our screen. I asked to speak with the owner twice and Shane rudely said no both times (he was being this rude with other customers right there). After wasting another half hour waiting for Mani to contact Shane, Shane makes his own calculations on what to refund me and gives me $50 less than what I originally paid!! Mani needs to teach Shane about customer service. Mani, if Shane wouldve allowed me to speak with you, Im confident I wouldnt have had to leave this review on this site or any other site. Make sure if you ever hear anyone thinking about going to any Cellairis (ESPECIALLY THIS ONE in Citrus Park), you let them know youre potentially paying money to have your phone returned in worst conditions and without any true guarantee.

Excellent service, grate price for my IPhone 6 screen repair. Shane was grate and very helpful.

They do not properly replace damaged screens. You are better off filing an insurance claim because you will have to do it anyway when the screen separates from the device within a couple months after they repair it.

I was attended by Ray athe the cellaris at the mall and by far the best experience ever .very nice guy.and handsome. You have to promote him !!

I broke my iphone 6 screen and I took it to a place in Armenia ave and adtwr I got my phone back the touchscreen never worked property so I was in the mall and I showed tbe problem to Isa in Cape phone repair and she openes the phone and reconnect the new screen and everything worked great and she didnt charge me anything.
