I came last year to replace a phone screen. I was not made aware that there are third party screens and also screens from Apple. I figured that all screens were the same, so I opted for the cheaper option. The service was great and the repair time was very quick, so I was satisfied. However, I noticed upon leaving that my phone had a filter seemingly over the screen. It was tinted a weird blue shade. My 3D-touch also had stopped working. I figured that it was just a small bug with my phone, and did not say anything. A couple days went by and nothing changed, so I originally left a one-star review. Someone contacted me immediately and explained what had happened, and they replaced my phone screen with the better one at no cost.Long story short: they had great customer service and great communication (minus neglecting to explain the differences in phone screens, but hey, it happens). Prices were very reasonable, too!

I highly recommend this location for cellphone repair. Daniel was very helpful, ordering a replacement lense for the camera on my phone. Called promptly when it arrived earlier than expected and only a few minutes for labor. Very reasonably priced and an overall satisfactory experience.

They repaired my iPhone’s audio ic issue on the same day and it was more affordable than what other shops were quoting me for the same repair. I also appreciated the extra safety measures that were in place due to COVID-19 (reduces hours, only one customer at a time, gloves, sanitized area, and creating distance between employee and customer). I would definitely bring my phone back to them!

Highly recommend!!! They fixed my Iphone8+ screen for an AMAZING price. I drove almost 30 miles just to go to their store and it was hands down worth it. They will be my only go to store for mobile repairs!!! Not only did they fix my screen in only 10 minutes, but they gave me a deal, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. I even sat in the store and talked to them for another 15 minutes after my phone was finished. They are awesome people!

I had my Galaxy S7 Edge repaired here several months ago. The overall experience was positive as far as the the service goes. However, I am unhappy with the end result of the repair. The problem isnt necessarily the fault of the store, but I feel that some critical information was not shared with me before repairing this phone.I brought my cracked S7 Edge, referred here by a friend. I expected to spend maybe $80 or so that he spent to repair his iPhone. Unfortunately my broken S7 Edge would require a new glass with LCD due to the design of the phone. So understandably I was quoted $200. Now I wasnt sure if I wanted to spend all that much to fix this older phone as opposed to getting something else. I discussed the repair in detail with the owner there and she kind of helped me make my decision to repair it or not. I asked if there were any difficulties in repairing this phone. She said they could fix it, no problem.I went ahead with the repair. I left the phone and they said they would have it done the next day but I was going to be away for a few days. I picked it up like 3 days later. The phone looked great and I was very happy with it. About two weeks later a very faint pink vertical line appeared about a half inch from the right side of the screen all the way from top to bottom. So I powered off the phone, powered it back on and it was gone. Another day or 2 later and the line was back! This time it wouldnt go away.The next day I stopped at the store and spoke with the gentleman there that does the repairs. I figured maybe something was wrong with the screen, maybe they would warranty it. He said he wasnt sure and he would talk to the owner. I left the phone with him. He called me a few minutes after I left and said that she said they wouldnt cover it because it is a common problem with this particular model phone. So I said OK, but a common problem with this phone, why didnt anyone tell me? He placed me on hold. When he came back he said they would change the screen again as a one time courtesy. But the only other screen they had was a different color from my phone. And changing the screen again would most likely not make the line go away. I decided not to have the screen changed. I went the next day to get the phone. I spoke with the owner and she offered to contact me if they ever get the correct color screen and they would change it again.Some time has passed since then. About once a week a new row of pixels joins the pink vertical line. So now it is about an eigth of an inch thick and it got super bright. Using this phone at night, its blinding. I dont know if it can be fixed but at this point I simply regret fixing the phone for $200. Had I known about this common problem up front, I would have junked it.

I cracked my Lg G8 ThinQ screen and had to get it repaired. I was quoted about $20 less than competitors. The service was good and the person I talked to was friendly. When i first came in it seemed like he didnt know what he was doing which was a little concerning but I still did the repair. When the screen did get fixed I had no problems though. Its been a little under a month since I got it fixed and I had noticed my screen cracked in the same spot as where it was before which was why i had gotten it fixed. I went in and they say the warranty doesnt cover it which I understand but at the same time. I have had my case and screen protector on the entire time i have had it since getting it fixed. The crack was underneath my screen protector which is how I know i didnt drop it and crack it. Not bad service overall but not worth spending $250 to repair it when it cracks less than a month later when you do nothing to crack it. The only possible thing which couldve cracked it was the pressure of my case which shouldnt happen and would be on either how they installed it or the quality of the glass that they bought.

Please do not conduct business with this unmerited company. I recently had my iPhone 7 fixed though this company, in which they guaranteed a 1 year warranty on the service provided. Following a few months of working properly, the initial problem returned causing me to contact Mobile Tech for possible days to get my phone fixed. I was constantly told by Dan and other in store rep that they didn’t have credentials to fix it and I would have to wait for the owner to arrive. After receiving the same response on the phone for an entire 2 months, I decided to stop by the store to get further assistance with my phone. Upon arrival, Dan told me that my warranty was voided and Mobile Tech refuses to conduct service with me. I was simply told “My boss said he doesn’t like the way you talked to me on the phone, so he doesn’t want to fix it!” After this response, I simply asked for a copy of my warranty agreement. Dan responded with “we deleted your information” and called the Tampa Police Department (3 dispatch responder arrived) in additon to 2 of his friends with loaded hand guns. I’m a 23 year old college student who has never been in any sort of trouble but was treated like a complete criminal that day. Companies such as Mobile Tech should really reconsider the way the conduct business and treat customers. I honestly thank God that my visit to Mobile Tech 2 days ago didn’t end with another senseless killing of an innocent black man.

I thought I had finally found a good repair shop. dont get me wrong the place is good and the people are amazing but I feel like the techs dont know what they are doing sometimes. I brought my Samsung galaxy s4 in there to fix a cracked screen. it was done pretty fast. everything looked amazing when I got it back. the next day I notice that my screen was coming up from the rest of the phone. I brought it back that Monday because they are closed on Sundays. the girl looked at me like she saw a ghost or something. I told her that my screen is lifting from the rest of the phone. she took it back to the techs and he said hes never seen this before and fixed it for free. after leaving and getting home the screen was lifting again. the next day I brought it back and they all looked confused to how this keeps happening. the tech took it back and fixed it again but then proceeded to tell that if it happens again Im going to have to replace my housing on my phone, which I feel like they should replace for free because my phone wasnt like this before I brought it to them. needless to say I wont be a future customer there. had too many problems with my phone and them trying to get me to pay out more money to fix their mess up.

I contacted Heather Anderson because I dropped my Iwatch and the screen broke. I got two quotes from other cell phone repair companies where I was told that it would cost me $149 or $199. When I talked to Heather she was very honest with me and told me that because it was an older model they could repair it for $100 but that I could also buy an used one for $100. I really appreciate her honesty and I have referred her to few of my friends. This is the kind of business you want to deal with, people with integrity that are not trying to make quick money from you!

I went to this place as their policy stated they have a 90 days warranty on their repairs. I took my phone as it was not charging properly. They said they replaced the charging port. Few weeks the issue reoccurred and they soldered it and they were charging me almost $50. I said why as it is under warranty so they waived it and told me if it happened again they were not repairing it. One week later it messed up again and they refused to rectify repair. The owner came out and said I AM THE OWNER here and we are not repairing it. It must be something shorting out the port and we are not fixing it again. I went to Cell Specialist on Fletcher avenue and they took care on me within one hour. They told me AND SHOWED me that humidity caused the issue. Now this is where I will be going if I have any issue with my phone. CUSTOMER SERVICE there was outstanding. Thank you Cell Specialist for fixing the real issue on the phone.

This shop is quick, friendly, and economical. They fixed my screen in 20 minutes before they closed for half what Apple would have cost. We will definitely return.

So I broke my iPhone 7+ the week after I got it. I called almost every repair shop in town and everyone was going to charge me anywhere from $250-350 just for a glass repair, yea I know sounds crazy right ??! .. Well my friend told me about this place and said they have the lowest prices in town. So I was quoted $90 for the glass repair and thought this has to be a scam .. NOPE not at all the most wonderful repair company Ive ever been to with the lowest prices and top quality screens !! Dont listen to the bad reviews, this place is the place to go with a broken phone !

Best price and great service you cant beat. Been coming here for a while.. always bring my phones here to be repaired even its a little bit of a drive for me. Called around my area and everyone was asking $120-$160 to repair iPhone 6s Plus screen, mobile tech price is $80. Went in on Saturday to have my screen replaced and when I got home, I noticed it was acting up a little. Sunday my phone was possessed lol ( phone kept doing thing on its own, couldnt pick up or hang up calls, apps kept opening on its own etc) but couldnt bring it back because they are closed. Monday morning brought it back and they replaced the screen without any issues. Great customer service! 😊😊

I Took my iPhone 7plus in To Get fixed...It was $70 Which is a great price, but i see why it’s only $70 shortly after I got home...The home button on my iPhone locked and I couldn’t press it. Also my phone started going in and out of apps typing word, pulling up Siri, etc without me touching the phone. It was so bad I couldn’t even use my phone. Wasted My Time & Money...

Went there today due to my s3 was having issues. If it was the screen (cracked) $50..two hour turn around time. However, it was the LCD that was the issue, so the price was higher. The job was done in under two hours and they were very polite. Great service.

Forget the couple of bad reviews. Ive fixed multiple screens here over the last couple years and they have always been perfect and professional. Compared to other small cell shops they are leaps and bounds better.

They have fixed our phones multiple times and so far we havent had any issues. I would highly recommend them. We have two teenagers who crack their screens frequently and they have bern awesome.

I referred to mobile tech when another shop messed up my wifi and bluetooth on my iphone. When I arrived everyone was helpful and willing to find out the reason my phone was not working. Next time I have any kind of phone issue Ill come here first. Really nice people that cared about fixing my phone unlike the last place.

I thought this would be my to-go-to place for phone repairs and etc. but my experience did not go well, the time to fix my LG G2 screen was a couple more days than expected which isnt a problem however upon receiving my phone back I noticed the digitizer not being right, with black dots appearing on screen in places i dont touch following a screen crack after putting it in my pocket after a couple days later. This is unfair and misleading to think that a good repair could be affordable, I would have paid for a quality repair if I would have known how my experience would be. I do not think this store means any bad but I will not return or review good until I am shown that this could be fixed on there behalf.

Normally I dont have any issues from these guys and theyre all really great ppl, however this last time dealing with them has really changed my mind. I took my Samsung galaxy s5 here to have a cracked screen repaired. They repaired my screen pretty quick however, as soon as the tech handed me my device I noticed my screen was sticking out and a bunch of stuff on the rim of my phone. I immediately made the tech aware of the issues before leaving. The tech stood there for about 5 minutes pressing my screen down and then handed it back to me and told me it would stay down and then the receptionist jumped in and said the substance on the rim of my phone were scratches that were already there. I then addressed the receptionist to let her know my rim was not scratched prior to me bringing my device in being as though Id just had everything repaired through my warranty and the phone was pretty much new. After i shared this info they both looked dumb founded and then the tech began trying to wipe it away. They realized it was glue, but just an example of how they tell you anything for an explanation. I left and put my phone back in its case. A few days later, the back arrow on my phone started acting weird like working and not working on and off, so something told me the screen was lifting. So I take my case off for the first time since the repair and sure enough the screen was lifting. This time it was lifting high enough for me to see under it. I took my phone back to mobile tech because Id already made them aware when they initially repaired it and they assured me it would not happen again . This time the tech tells me my rim was bent and that they told me that when I got the phone after the first repair which was a lie. I told him I know for a fact it wasnt and when I brought my phone in though it was cracked my screen was not protruding. The tech debated with me for about 5 minutes and the receptionist jumped in trying to explain like she was a tech which was very irritating. Finally the tech goes to the back to see what he can do. Comes back with my phone still trying to blame me for why the screen is sticking out and hands me my phone. Guess what? The screen is still sticking out! !! So I hand it back to him and tell him the screen is still out and this time I show him by lifting it with my nail. He goes back to the back comes back with my phone and tells me he straightened my frame and that he is positive the screen will not lift again. I take my phone put it back in my case. This morning Im trying to use the back arrow on my phone again and it is malfunctioning yet again. I take my case of and the screen is lifting yet again. I call up there and speak to some guy who is still not owning up to the fact that somewhere they did something wrong with my device and tells me to come in yet again for them to add an extra layer of glue. Also they got glue inside my top speaker. I feel like they did a rush job in the first place. I am 110% dissatisfied with this experience and will use another repair shop in the future. They used to do great work Im not sure what happened.
