I had an amazing experience with Skintellect. I went in to have my Bikini area lasered and I am so happy with the end results! Before the laser treatments, my bikini area was extremely sensitive and hard shave and usually would give me bad razor burn. With the laser treatments I saw results right away and there was a huge improvement in my sensitivity. The employees were extremely sweat there and very accommodating with schedules and questions! My experience there was excellent and I love the results!

I had a lot of stubborn white and black hair growth on my chin, and the older I’ve gotten the worst it’s been. So far I’ve done 3laser treatments to my face from my cheeks down, and two electrolysis treatments to treat the stubborn white hairs on my chin. Luckily, I have very few white hairs remaining; which, thankfully aren’t as bothersome. Stephanie was awesome! She always made sure she educated me on what to expect, how to maintain it, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. All in all she did a TERRIFIC job! I’d totally recommend anyone into doing this. My experience with both were pain free.

My experience is not quite what others have experienced. I will predicate this by saying to please, please, please seek the advice of medical professionals. Medical professionals include actual dermatologist. The services at this location are limited and not quite what one seeking top notch assistance in skin care will receive. Yes, Jody and her team were warm and welcoming to me in the beginning. My needs included hyperpigmentation issues that her laser treatment did assist with. However, when my needs went beyond what her services could provide, her conversation turned to the issues being my problem. This is where my issues begin. First, if you do not think the service you offer to me may not quite meet my needs, I’m a big girl, I can accept that, but when you present it in a way that makes me believe you could care less (after I have already paid over 1500.00 in services) then my tolerance for you is done. Her tone changed in addition to her concern for what I needed. She’s pretentious and biased to certain treatments. Listen to how she pushes certain products more than others and you will understand. I requested to have her remove some tiny moles from my face and neck, and suddenly she did not have time for me. The customer service could extend beyond one or two visits. Jody, I can see when a look in your face turns from one of concern to disdain. Additionally, I felt considering how much time and money I had already provided they would have had a little more understanding for the trip I made to see them (40 miles one way). They did not. And I would have been a lousy 10 minutes late based on an accident on I4. I’ll research better, get an actual doctor, and learn that some businesses could care less about their business.*** a couple of updates! Yes, this business did attempt to call to try to clarify my last experience with them, but it has only been phone tag. The number they used to contact me I texted messages giving a better time to speak, but they may not monitor their messages. I also provided an email (which may be a better way to co tact me), still nothing in five business days. And that’s perfectly fine. I did however find a dermatologist who took care of my mole issue and I’m feeling great. Additionally, the price skintellect was going to charge for the removal was $350.00!!! The dermatologist for the exact same procedure $75.00. I believe with Skintellect I would have been paying for ambiance and their wonderful updated office :-(, and would have lost the gas to travel there. I’m pleased with the office I now visit. PLEASE SHOP AROUND FOLKS.

Im honestly in shock. I have specific hyper pigmentation area that have been treated my several different providers for years with receiving minimal results. After just one treatment with Yody, Im lost for words with the results, which far exceeded my expectations. So impressed that I recently received a similar treatment on my face with continued treatment on my initial area, to help with melasma and adult cystic acne scars. Yody is amazing. She throughly explains the treatments prior to and step by step during making sure youre aware and comfortable. Shes extremely knowledgeable and understands all types of skin. I love this place. I recently had a laser treatment for my stretch marks and surgical scars and after one week, I’ve seen so much improvement. I have tried getting laser treatments at other locations, but had mixed results and even had specialist burn me. My results are still not 100%, because I just had the treatment a week ago and in order to see the final results, it will require time and additional sessions, but the fact that I can see improvement so quickly, has made me realize that Skintellect is the best place in Tampa for any type of laser treatment. The owner is also super knowledgeable and very patient. I probably asked her like 87 questions at this point and I never felt like she was rushing me or that she was annoyed. She truly cares about the well being of her customers and will not try to oversell you on things you do not need.Do yourself a favor and book yourself a consultation with Yody. You will not regret it.

Yody and her team are excellent! They totally transform my skin (my face and my back). I am so happy I decided to try Skintellect out. Before, I went to boutique spas and skin care places that would often do a facials but the results werent what I expected and only lasted a short period. With Yodys PRP (Vampire Facial) results were amazing. I have cystic acne which causes a lot of scarring and I have always been guilty of picking at my acne and causing overall scarring! However, her Vampire Facial was just MAGICAL and for a very reasonable pricing! My back looked hideous and I was always embarrassed to wear revealing tops that showed my back with all the scarring I had and now my back is looking so much better. Stephanie performs the back facial for me and she does a fabulous job. I loved my results so much I recommended them to my husband who did microneedling on his head for balding and within 4 months the treatment made a difference. Overall we are very happy with our results and I know I want to work on other areas in the future. If I do decide to, it will definitely be with Skintellect! I started coming to Skintellect 4 months before my wedding. I started getting the microneedling with my plasma on my face and laser hair removal in my lower legs and bikini area. After three months of the PRP facial there was noticeable difference in face and chest. My skin was overall smoother and brighter. My makeup artist for my wedding applauded me on the texture of my skin, and said she could tell a big difference from a few months before. I also have suffered from ingrown hairs my whole life. The laser hair removal helped with them noticeably after the first treatment. They are quick and relatively painless treatments that make my life so much easier.

Beware! This company owes me a refund of $1050. The owner said she processed the refund but it still hasnt shown on my credit card statement. It has been almost a month since the refund was requested.Also, The service that was paid for did not take place. I had an appointment at 2 pm and they left me sitting in a room for 45 minutes because they took another appointment before my scheduled one. I left. The owner called me at 3pm, when she finally got out of the other impromptu appointment to apologize. That is when I requested a refund.I called the business about 10 days ago and had her on speaker so others could hear. She said she already processed the refund, but that is not the case.
