I just walked out with two uneven eyebrows. One is clearly skinnier and higher than the other. Never again.

They need to hire more people like ruby. I normally come in and get my eyebrows done by ruby and she does an amazing job but I needed them done yesterday so I settled. The lady that did my eyebrows insisted that I tweeze my brows (when I do not) & told me that is the cause of my ingrown and she is not able to remove all the hair. Keep in mind I always get my eyebrows threaded here so clearly she isn’t knowledgeable on what she does and she was just trying to make an excuse to be lazy. Then on the other brow she was so aggressive it left a scratch.

This place is great for eyebrow threading.. very less wait time usually..I get my facials done here as well, Ulka does an amazing job!

When you go to Badars you HAVE to have Priti do your threading. Not only does she slay every single time, her energy is amazing/caring . I can sense the envy of people around her because everyone wants to be prettied by PRITI ❤️❤️❤️❤️Also, Kadija has amazing customer service and keeps an upbeat attitude every single time for the last 3 years that I’ve been coming here.I don’t come here often for nails but when I do... I will sit in Tina’s chair. She takes her time and is sooooooo funny.I recommend this place to everyone in the area!

I live in Riverview and literally went to 3 shops near me who all turned me and my two daughters away due to being full or booked. I drove 40 mins away to Badar (where I used to go before I move). They were a little busy;however, they immediately sat myself and my two daughters (17yr and 5yr olds) in pedicure chairs and started in our pedicures as soon as they were able to. I love the fact that Badar has a lot of nail techs so your really not waiting too long even if they are busy and I love that they have multiple things going on in the salon. One side does hair, one side does nails and the other side does eyebrow threading and they also have a specialist who works in the hospital that comes and does mole removal and other things. Long story short, when all the other shops were too full or busy and turning ppl away. I was able to count on Badar who worked me and my two daughters in. Happy customer!! Most likely will be returning ☺️

Very rude! Me and my lady walked in without a mask and the man at front seat was very rude. He pointed to the door and said “no mask no service!” Kinda like get the f out! At this point even if I had 10 masks…..I would not even consider coming back to this place again! Rude/disrespectful/need to learn how to talk to people/you are not God! Very bad biz.

I saw people reviewed about their appointment mess after going there. It is very upsetting that its not me first time, other people experienced same. After taking appointment for haircut but they made me wait for 1:30 hr and they were not showing any hurry to do the work. Sorry to say this, their sluggish movement will make u more upset. They work in a speed as if we go there having whole day in our hand. There is no difference between having appointment and walk-ins, i saw people came after me and was done with their work. Everybody value their time. They shd understand that , 10-15 min delay is under tolerance but not 1:30 hr. I hope owner take this complain seriously and make positive changes to do better customer services.They do good haircut but such unprofessional attitude will motivate people not to go there anymore.

I have been going here for years but Saturday was my last time going! They refused to honor a buy five get 6th wax free. They said promotion expired 12/31/2020. However there wasnt any mention of that on the card and they insisted I pay for the service. I had no knowledge of the change and was last there in November 2020. This important information should have been disclosed. As a frequent customer I feel the card should have been honored. I hope they enjoy the money received on Saturday because I will not patronize there again!

Professional staff and good customer service. I got my eyebrows threaded for the 1st time. It was an experience bug it came out good and i would donit again.

Employees are attentive and service is quick. There is usually never a waiting line. Usually out in 5 minutes or so. Place is always well staffed. Plenty of parking outside.

Honestly I’ve had AMAZING services from here, and then I’ve had straight up awful. You kinda gotta gamble with this place to see when you’ll actually get a great service. All and all, if you know a place that does great services already stick to that place.

The lady rushed thru my pedi with red nail polish. It’s a dark color and I am light skin, the color was running and she just continued to smear in the color around the nails. It looks unprofessional and sloppy and when I went to the guy at the front he just kept saying “im so sorry” and I asked if he would please say something to her about it because i was unsatisfied although I was still willing to pay. All he said to her was “no good” and charged me $20 instead of $25. Not going back for any services and I have been a customer for years.

***UPDATE: 9/21/19 Visit.I decided to give Badars another try. Even tho Basmai chipped my Left eyebrow. But this time I did my research! Read a ton of wonderful helpful reviews. Thank you fellow guides! Based on the plethora of great reviews for Jimishu, I decided to go with her. Let me tell you, I instantly knew I made the right choice when I walked in and asked for her. I was told it would be a wait. As she had a girl in her chair and two more waiting. I waited and she walked over after she finished the 1st first lady in her chair. She pointed out who was here before me and told me I would go after them. I told her no problem take your time. Once it was my turn again she came over. Brought me to her chair and asked what I was looking for. Before I could finish saying I want to clean up my evrows but leave the left one end alone as I am trying to grow it back. She pointed it out. Said someone took off the end of your left eyebrow huh? She said no worries I see the hairs are growing. Give it 2 to 3 weeks. I said yes it was the other girl. She told me where I pointed to Basami. She said hmm. No worries. I will fix. And fix she did. Thank you Jimishu. You have me sold! No one will ever touch my eyebrows again!Last visit:I love the place so many stations and super clean. I was in and out in like 10 mins for eyebrow threading. Cost $10 plus left a tip so all in all not bad. I had Basmai work on my brows. She was very nice and pleasant but she nipped the edge of my ebrow so thus the 4 stars. She told me no worries it will grow in 3 wks. I was like ummm thank you?!? Lol 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ mistakes happen. Next time Ill try someone else.

I went on Friday for a pedicure and manicure, my pedicure is fine but my manicure is awful. it was painful while she was doing the manicure and by the time Sunday came I had hangnails on every finger and the paint was already coming off.

I literally cried after they were done with my eyebrows. I Went for a clean up and they messed up my shape and didn’t even give me an arch . Save yourself and don’t go here. I regret it so much .

Came to Badar’s after not having gotten my brows done in 6-8 months due to a poor shaping provided to me at the last place i got my brows done. From this day i knew i couldn’t get my brows done without knowing who would be shaping them and how good of a feedback this person has. It is for this reason i decided to check the feedback of Badar’s, and saw that a woman named Jimishu was most recommended on the page as having done excellent work on brows. I called immediately as my important event was the following day, and the owner answered in no time - he told me to come in that moment to get my brows done and I did! I’m so glad I went with Jimishu, (opposite of desk on far right side), she was so kind and caring enough to understand what i was looking for and the type of shape i wanted for my brows. She even went through pictures of different brow shapes with me and asked how much I wanted to be taken off of my brow during the shaping process. I will definitely be coming back to Jimishu! She works Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10-6. Thank you Badar’s and thank you Jimishu for your excellent work!

Eyebrow threading great. Nail technicians are terrible. Extremely rude. And when you tell them that you are unhappy, you are ignored because they don’t understand what you are saying. They will just nod their head yes. Will never return. Not even for the brows. It’s not worth the frustration.

Went to this place because of the great reviews. I specifically told the lady do not take much off my eyebrows and she made them very thin!! Very upset since I told her exactly how I wanted them. Then the cashier charged me $40.00 instead of a 4.00 for my lip waxed on my credit card. She refunded me, but this is a very unprofessional mistake to make. Be careful when going here. Very unsatisfied.

They get 5 stars for their eyebrow threading. I never wait more than 5 mins and you dont need an appointment. I love the eyebrow staff all of them are amazing. The hair salon part is very expensive but they do a good job. The nail salon part is not so great I quit having them do my nails almost 10 years ago because everyone I liked do my nails was not at that location for long for whatever reason.

I go here for my brows and the sisters are great. I tried the nail salon bc it was convenient. Not a bad job and not to expensive. Although I am use to a more appealing decor this place is just straight to the point. My nails held up for about 2 weeks but my gel polish chipped in a few days. The pedicure was very simple was and polish basically. Very nice crew though! I would probably go back out of convenience.

The place is great and its very professional, however if you have thick beautiful eyebrows avoid with all your heart the lady to the last seat on the right side. She messed me up!! She left me with thin mismatch eyebrows. NEVER again!!! The best one to go to for thick nice eyebrows is second to last on the right side. She leave you looking right!! 😎But be warned dont ever go to the last seat on the right😭😠

OMG I think eyebrow threading hurts so bad. Pretty gave me the best least painful experience ever. She was quick and cleaned my eyebrows as asked. She did not thin them like everyone else always does. Thanks pretty for listening to my wants taking care of my needs and explaining all of the services offered. I got them done in December by Pretty and remember her name 3 months later. What a stand up job and great impression she left

I have been going to Jimisha for eyebrow threading since I moved to Tampa a year ago and she never disappoints. She does great work and my eyebrows are always perfect when I leave. She takes her time to make sure they come out this way. Not to mention, she’s a sweet person to talk to. I highly recommend coming to see her!

Ive gone to this location for about 3 years for eyebrow threading and havent had a bad experience. The facility is very clean and the staff has always welcoming to me. I go to different people just about each time, and the great quality is pretty consistent. I always recommend this location for eyebrow threading. Price is very reasonable ($10 for eyebrow threading). Love this place

This place was beyond confusing from the moment I walked into the door. I called to make sure they did eyebrow tinting which they said they. I got there and there were two doors neither one of them said whether it was for the salon or the eyebrow, when I walked in everybody looks confused as I asked questions and told them what I wanted. I went over to get my eyebrows done and tinted, only to find out later as I got home the color I asked for was not the color I got and it looks like I literally did this by myself. When it came to me getting a pedicure I added my son on which the lady walked off while the water was running and it spilled everywhere. They did both of our feet did not make sure that he was comfortable in his chair while he slouched down so she could grab his feet and work on them, I noticed that none of the tools that they used were sanitized nor did they bother to scrub and clean the tub and foot area after the previous person. As I waited for the nail technician because apparently nobody there who does pedicures knows how to do nails she did a person after a person after person to say oh you say you no want nail. No you did not understand nor did you try to clarify so we sat there for over two and a half hours getting eyebrows and two pedicures without my nails being done which was 1of the main reasons I was there. It is now after the time and all the other nail salons are closed. Now Im stuck waiting until the next day to get my nails done. First and last visit

Eye threading - in and out in under 15 minutes. Walk-in with no issues. I thought the entire facility looked extremely clean. Love my brows; the threader was super gentle, and I cant believe it was only $10. Much better than any high(er)-scale places Ive ever been. Michelle (nice lady at the desk) was a doll.

This place is the worst. I heard about this place from a friend and she had nothing but good things to say so I decided to try it out. The first time I went, the lady didn’t follow my instructions which left me with uneven eyebrows. I chose to go again thinking that perhaps it was just that one lady in there who does a bad job with eyebrow threading. However, the second time was equally as bad and I will never spend another cent at this establishment. Their threaders need to be trained better to avoid messing people’s eyebrows!

Very good service. Staff is very good. The staff at the front desk is very good. Very clean and neat. Haircut employees are very kind and helpful and so are the nails and eyebrows employees.

The price is right.The wait was zero.The only reason Im rating it as okay was because of the experience. Maybe she was trying to give me my moneys worth, but she took all the hairs off /around/ my upper lip, as well. She was threading right under my nostrils. I didnt even know there was hair there. Very poor quality work. Went in for dip nail manicure. When finished all my nails were different length and shapes. Two days later the top coat peeled off. When I went back in, I was told I must not have had it done there! You have to be kidding! My sister went at same time as me and same thing with her nails. The only thing I can day good is that the plane looked clean. Never will I go back

I used to LOVE this place bc it was so hard for me to find somewhere that I could trust with my eyebrows. But I showed up at 8:15 and they locked the door in my face and told me they couldn’t help me even though they close at 9pm. Very unfortunate that they run there business like this. I was very impressed and have been a loyal customer for three years with Badars and this was a major let down. I drove all the way from st.pete and am catching a flight in the morning. I guess it’s time to find a new shop to get my brows done. Unprofessional

I cant speak for the most recent review, but I have always had a wonderful experience at this salon. The staff are experienced, helpful, and nice. The ambiance of the salon is calm and relaxing. In all of the years Ive been coming to this salon, I have never had an issue.

Eyebrow threading----- Been coming here for over 10 yrs!!! Arpita is amazing at what she does and you can tell she really loves what she does! In my eyes she is the most experienced one!! If you are really looking for a great experience give her a try!!! They also have two sisters that are also very good at what they do which are Ruby & Naima , but outside of those 3 particular ones my experience has not been that great so its why I mention them by name! I like to be very honest when it comes to reviews!On a separate note, the cashier Michelle has always been the best they have ever had there in customer service!!! Its very hard nowadays to find great customer service like hers!! Keep up the great work Michelle!!! Truly hope they are all recognized for their amazing work!!!!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over three years. It takes me longer to find parking than the amount I spend actually getting service. Im in out less than 5 minute. The service is reasonable $10 and I tip $5, just because I honestly go once a month.

This was the most awful eyebrow experience ever. Im a makeup artist and I completely understand the importance of symmetry. I had Rita and she completely ruined the shape of my brows. I deliberately grew my brows out for 4 months with the intentions of getting them threaded. Id heard great things about this place and decided to check them out. Worst mistake ever!!! I was left with thin uneven brows right before I left to go on vacation. I was mortified! Needless to say, I will never return to them. I hope others have a better experience than I did! I think Rita needs a bit more practice in this field of work....

I walked in and knew from the start this would not be a good experience. They may be excellent at eyebrows, but their nails and customer service need work. I was clearly a new customer, but no one gave me any direction on what to do or where to go; they barely acknowledged me. I sat and waited for about 15 minutes before a nail tech came over to the station I was offhandedly directed to. She was pleasant, but my nails turned out awful. Ive been doing gel manicures for over 5 years now and have never had them turn out so bad; globbed around the edges of my nail and thin and streaked along my nail. Funnily enough, shortly after my manicure started, other customers came in and were greeted cheerfully and asked what they were in for. This place was recommended to me, but I wont be returning, and I give the second star for the rating reluctantly. My hunt for a good nail salon in Tampa continues...

I went to get my nails done about 3 months ago and liked the lady who did them. But while I was there, a customer came in who needed one nail to be fixed. One of the techs refused to do it and the lady had to wait until my tech was finished. Yesterday I called to see how much highlights were, the unprofessional woman, who answered was very rude and inpatient. I asked a question and she gave attitude. I didnt ask for that. If you want more business; you need better customer service.

This place is horrible they dont listen to the customer and do their own .I went for eyebrows there and Jimisha took out as much hairs she wanted to and left my brows like a very thin line and says that it was perfect.When I started telling her about that and she started arguing with me.I am totally upset and not coming to this place again, and I am telling this to my friends this place is total horrible mess and its not good at all so , dont go there.
