These guys were straight to the point to satisfy all my needs, when everyone else failed. The gentleman that towed my boat trailer was very professional and took care of my boat even though it was scrapping the ground. Worth every penny!

This is really a tow company that jacks your vehicle and then hold it hostage for money. They disconnected my location services so I couldn’t even find it. No signs of what number to call what a scam business.

They told me that I had to pay cash to the ATM to get the money. They told me that they were going to wait for me for 15 minutes. 5 minutes and they took the car to force me to pay 200 dollars

WARNING! SHADY BUSINESS BY NIGHT. I was visiting Tampa with my friend and her car got towed without cause. It was 7pm and they told us if we wanted our car back tonight, we had to pay $200 in cash! They insisted on cash. We showed up at the location, which was very sketchy. The entire lot was poorly lit and the man who met us took us inside the lot wanted the cash before we saw our car. We refused and asked to see the car, in which he said only one of us could go with him. There was no way we were splitting up in the area. While my friend dealt with him, I called the police. He took almost 5 minutes to process my friends ID. Then he had us walk across the street to a second lot, where some guy was waiting in an idling tow truck. The guy leading us spoke two words to the guy in the truck, who never got out, and then showed us our car. We stayed on with the police the whole time, because more than once he tried to seperate us. We were three young girls, and there was no way any of us were following this dude alone, in the dark.

This is the most crooked place Ive ever dealt with hands down. They towed my car from my apartment complex. I have the proper sticker for parking. Would not release my car without paying $220. I will be following up with my complex to see about reimbursement. Just an unnecessary inconvenience and headache.

Saw an auction in the paper selling a motorcycle. Went to get the bike and it was a pile of metal. Completely demolished. Couldnt use any of it even for parts. Wouldve thought they couldve mentioned something when I called in and inquired on it. Drove 30 minutes for nothing

I had scheduled an appointment with them to have a driver arrive at 9:00 AM; the morning of they changed their plans and story to arrive at 11:30 AM, costing us time and money, since our crew is sitting around waiting for them to show up. They were recommended by a different company; since they did not have the capacity to handle this job. What a horrible mistake; avoid these people if possible!

Be careful of these scammers for anything you are in the parking lot but you are in the car and they make you get out of the car and then make you go get the money and they take the car to their parking lot in Florida 3800 so you have to go there and pay my brother more the same thing happened

WORST experience EVER! The guy is dishonest, called me obscene names, and taunted me saying I was a cry baby. ALL because he quoted me a price to retrieve my van, and then when I got there changed it!! Ive never had my car towed before, and I have to say it was a HORRIFIC experience! He keeped calling me names..as I has told him he was dishonest, and lied to me. Then as I was walking to get my car, he had the nerve to say: I hope I get to tow your car again someday What kind of a person that represents a business would say such a thing, no less call their customers obscene names, after I just forked out $155 to get my car out!! This place doesnt even deserve 1 star!!

This towing company is an absolute joke... Never have I seen such unprofessional sloppily dressed cursing individuals in my life... They showed up with Dirty faulty equipment and scratched up my imported vehicle...when you get to their establishment they have you wait in a 3-foot by 3-foot closet size lobby... Insane...when I asked to speak to management they took possession of My key and would not let me speak to anyone until I paid them up front before I could even file my complaint... Run away if these people show up to tow your vehicle they are the absolute worst.

They are very rude they towed my car from my apartment complex and I had just bought it because it didnt have a plate I would never expected this to happend. My mom tried to pick up my car from them the day after they towed it and they wont let her pick it up even with my authorization all they care about its money.
