I came in to get my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg Edition 2.0T tinted back in 2015 and the work and customer service was great but than as a repeat customer this present day 2021 he was very nasty with very bad attitude sending me somewhere else for no reason. I no longer recommend this sorry place to anyone, its not worth the disrespect. There are other better place to get tints done, if anyone would like to know of better quality tint and exceptional customer service message me and I will gladly give you the information.

I would not recommend Al is a rude and unprofessional. Scheduled 2 appointments last Monday and today April 5th both times canceled. First Monday called me and left a voicemail saying his guys wife he had to take to the hospital the next Monday didnt even call me to tell me. I showed up after taking time out of work AGAIN for them to tell me they can’t do it. He said his guy had to take his wife to hospital cause she rolled her ankle Ok cool but didn’t offer to reschedule my appointment just looked at me said sorry we can’t do it after I said that’s the 2nd time said nothing I can do so I walked out was upset cause I took the time out of work didn’t offer to reschedule. So I let my step dad know who referred me to him that has been going up there for 25 years. So we went up there after getting breakfast Al sitting in the corner already in defense mode. Him and my dad started talking then he starts saying I don’t want to do business with this guy I know where he comes from...what!? ....not to mind you he has only seen me with a mask and knows nothing about me or who I am. I don’t know if it’s cause my beard or long hair profiling me, don’t know what was wrong with him. Like he was on his period or something. But I say you used the same excuse 2 times in a row then jumps up cuts me off starts yelling at us getting aggressive slamming his phone saying I don’t need his business I said cool started to walk away I’m calm as can be didn’t talk loud with him at all. My step dad continued to try to talk to him to calm him down even called him when we left but continued to be aggressive talk over you so you wouldn’t be able to get your message across. they couldn’t service me on 2 separate appointments that I had to miss out on my own job, and we have no right to be upset about that? I will be taking my business to Leo’s touch down the street has 509 reviews with a4.9 rating and it’s 30$ cheaper and I’m sure they won’t try to fight there customers like were in the streets. This is not a professional establishment

Im a new employee, Ive been a car guy since before I can remember. Ive always taken good care of my cars, I wash mine once a week. Now I thought I was cleaning my car, but boy was i wrong. After working for safe & sound i now have a new standard for what a clean car really is. As a car enthusiast I have a high expectation on what a clean car is, and I would recommend anyone to bring their car by and get it detailed. I recently had all of my windows tinted on my 2011 Honda Fit, and Al at Auto Safe & Sound cut me a deal when we agreed my boyfriend would get his front windows tinted to match his rear windows. I chose this business because they had great reviews and they certainly deserve them. For those of you unfamiliar with it, the Honda Fit has so, so many windows and the largest windshield Ive ever seen. Ever. Auto Safe & Sound took care of my Fit by providing great quality tint on all the windows and even put on a stripe at the top of my windshield, all for a very reasonable price. They took great care to select a brand of tint that would match my boyfriends factory-tinted rear windows perfectly, showcasing their knowledge and professionalism - they truly are the best for this service. Since my windshield stripe was part of our deal, and my boyfriends car cannot have a stripe (Subarus Eyesight), he was given a voucher to come back for a free car wash and vacuum. Impeccable customer service, very friendly on the phone and in person, and a great end result! Very happy, and will probably go back to them for any other services I may require in the future.

Came in yesterday for wiring harness was able to get it in minutes versus other outlets like Wal-Mart, target, amazon all over charging and saying it would be a month before I received it. Gentlemen recommended the right harness and it was also the cheapest, hands down fair pricing. I thoroughly recommend this place to anyone serious about audio or tinting. I will be back for my tint.

I had aftermarket headlights installed here as well as getting aftermarket gauges that I already had on the car rewired and working again. After many hiccups with my headlights, and shipping times, and parts not coming all at the same time, the shop was very flexible with me and worked with me throughout the process. They kept me updated on everything, asked questions if needed, and were very thorough on their work and what needed to be done to get everything installed, retrofitted, and working. They did an amazing job and I am very happy with their quality work and the job that was done. Me being a car enthusiast I have been to many shops for all kinds of things over the past 10 years, and I can say this shop is def in the top tier as far as ability and quality of work and expertise. Stopped in for a RCA cable to finish my car stereo installation. They had the part and sold it to me. It was not in a package and these kinds of dongles are a dime a dozen they charged me $10.00 for it.

Came to this business to have some accent pieces on my car wrapped in vinyl. Jeremiah is the installer and does amazing work, definitely a artist and truly enjoys making your vehicle into his masterpiece. I witnessed some of his install and he takes extra steps to tape off adjacent edges to protect it. Then his skill in wrapping is phenomenal. I have more wrapping to do, and will be going back to Auto Safe & Sound to have Jeremiah complete the look that Im going for. Also meet Al and his customer service is spot on. Definitely a great place to have stuff done to your vehicles.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! To say Jeremiah is a master craftsman would be an understatement! I researched several tint shops in the Tampa Bay area before deciding on Safe & Sound. I knew that Safe & Sound was the place to bring my Corvette after speaking with Jeremiah. He explained all the benefits of ceramic tint along with the process for removing my existing tint on the rear window. I was in there today and he spent over four hours removing my old tint and applying new tint. He told me he could do it in two hours, but he spent four hours since he was free for most of the day. He was very meticulous. He even showed me and described his trick to get a nice seal on the dot matrix area. He told me to bring it back in a couple weeks if the dot matrix is not absolutely perfect and he will put vinyl in its place. Jeremiah is someone who takes his craft seriously and it shows. I highly recommend anyone who is researching different tint shops to just stop right now and bring it to Safe & Sound. Make sure to ask for Jeremiah. You wont regret it. Thanks again Jeremiah!

This was expert work from system design, to install, to explaining how the system works.What a surprise to pull up the day of pick-up and my truck was parked right in front, and they had detailed it for free.True professionals, and their expertise is worth every dime.

It was a truck detailing, price highest I ever paid, but the work was average example exterior Crome side mirrors still had spot wax, the small scratches In Paint said they were too deep, but not to metal. The inside deep console pocket not clean etc ... smallish things you could take back and have them do, but it is a inconvenience of time considering money paid.

I took my car in to repair a leak and to clean the mold from my car and the work that Auto Safe & Sound did was amazing. Alvaro will call me often to give me any updates as well as answer any questions I have concerning the leak. When I went to pick up my car Alvaro was able to explain to me in great detail where the source of my leak was coming from and showed me the old parts they had to replace because of the water damage that the leak did. Too much to write. Long story short, went to this place to get window tint. They screwed it up. Ultimately, went to the dealership to fix it, which recommended another place that did an amazing job. Was not offered a refund, but was offered a free car wash. I walked out and accepted my lost.
