Nando and his team were amazing when handling my car due to a insurance claim for a blowout with body damage. Speaking with Nando was refreshing and comforting as within a few min I knew I was in good hands. Nando is the owner but will jump in to do the hands on work when he needs to. He was the person that towed my car and put me at ease that my car would be restored to what it was. He contacted me with updated info every 5 days and answered all my questions in between. Once seeing my car after repair I was in disbelief. It looked amazing with an amazing detailed and restoring of my headlights to go along with it. Once looking at my front tires I decided to replace those too and they still had my car back to me within a day or so. I cant say enough about Empires work and Nandos customer service. My husband was so impressed he will be scheduling an appointment for his car.

Had a crazy situation where someone hit me while parked and fled the scene. The right side fender on my BMW was destroyed but luckily I found Empire. I’ve used Empire for years. Nando is a perfectionist and everything always looks great. Handles everything from insurance to car rental. I’ve used them for the ceramic coating for my truck several times. Also he did a custom colored bed liner. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you want it perfect at a fair price check them out.

So, I was in a hit and run. 😒My insurance recommended a big name place and I got my estimate done. The inspector kind of ignored me and my questions the whole time. This was my first time going to Empire and all I have to say is amazing service! The owner and employees are super friendly and personable. I called and the next day I got a appointment for an inspection of my car’s damage. They gave me a quote and told them I was going to be out of town the next week, so I needed it done ASAP. They did an excellent job and great with their customer service. They were willing to take on the challenge as my son wanted a custom upgrade to his bumper. First time doing business with Empire Collision and will be the last time. Choose them to do the work because of high reviews and good word of mouth. But after pricing was not communicated clearly, poor workmanship, (had to return the vehicle on two separate occasions) one to finish work that was not performed and wouldnt of been if I didnt pay close attention and then to correct bad bodywork. Tried working out a resolution with the owner but just heard excuses... Recommend you save your hard earned time/money and find another collision center.

The first day I got my car back it started falling apart and is still falling apart till this day. They definitely arent professionals over here. Very horrible job.
