$620 buyer fee? Never ever again. Dealers are having a hard enough time without the greed

Driver here. Love the staff. They are big on safety. I love this considering l was hit 3 times in 13 months at Manheim. Which left my health in bad shape. I felt safe here. They care about everyones safety. If it rains it floods in some areas.

We purchased one vehicle that was showing two keys in the picture and also in the description, and in the bill of sale, but arrived with only one, I call them to find out where the other key and the guy from the Key Department (Alfredo) says they not guarantee another key, if has one is already good enough, thats very annoying. Dont make sense at all.Very disappointed with them.

Gate staff rude and cars all over the place. Kind of funny how they used to keep them in order when they needed to know where they were. Prices high and customer service low.

When you do purchase one of their low quality vehicles, you never get the title for it. I always have a problem with their title. Power of attorney missing, no lien release attached or just never received title at all. Then when you reach out to them to resolve the issue NOTHING gets done. Dealers beware and stick to Your Auction or Manheim.

Take your money elsewhere!!! They dont care about the customers, high fees,not a care in the world for the vehicles Ive had multiple problems with them over the years and enough is enough if werent for Brandon Ford and Lakeland Toyota nobody would even bother wasting their time there people tamper with vehicles often because nobody cares,good luck finding your vehicles, cars dont have gas on auction day,flat tires on auction day,one time they didnt have enough drivers for the lanes, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE there is barley any inventory for a reason.

The auction fee are so high that I did not know I had a partner .. they range any where from 12 % to 15 % They are OUT OF THERE MINDS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont waste your time going there we were close for covid 19 and they Charge us $600 On late fee and resold unit. The unit was purchase for $2500 and they charge $2,185 in Loss of resale😡 .

Buyers fees are too high. With such high fees you would think the place would be in better shape and more organized. More than half the vehicles at yesterdays auction didnt have run number stickers on the windows. The vehicle were not parked in an orderly manner. What a mess!!!

$350 buy fee on a $2,400 purchase.The fees are the most expensive I have seen in the auction business. Decent inventory they must charge the sellers less.Its hard to make it in the used car business without the auctions gouging us.

Hard to get a jump start bring your own as employees are too busy to help you as a Dealer. Also be very careful on green light as it onluy counts over $2500 oh and buy fees are too high.

Used to be good, i was buying a lot of cars, spent thousands of dollars, i dont see the good dealers anymore selling their cars over there, i think they gone somewhere else, they wont even help you out when it comes to hotel and travel, their customer service is not that great, Adesa Atlanta is the worse auction i had ever been to. New management comes from there, do not expect nothing good from her either she could care less about your business, as the mentality is the same as Adesa Atlanta

The worse place you can make business with , they have a krab cars and the mangment there are soo rude i dont think should anybody deal with them ; manheim auction is way better than them with everything

Fees are the highest amongst auctions but staff is excellent other than cannot get a jump when looking at cars with dead batteries.

Not a good auction to buy from , they wont answer phone calls , they wont call you back , they spend hours to find the car you just bought ! I called them 4 times just to have them find my car so I can send the towing guy to get it , witch he already went to get it before but he couldnt find the car , he asked the gate people they told him he have to look for it !!

Fees are too high and they allow Lakeland Toyota to run their Buy Here Pay Here lot garbage under the same name think its called okay cars through Lakeland Toyota so you never know what pos your going to get buyer beware.

Not a bad auction. Convenient location. A clear preparation. The auction fee is too high, they can take 350 dollars for a car worth 1,500. They go reluctantly and not significantly at discounts. There are not many dealers and it’s quite possible to buy a car successfully.
