Tampa Estate Sales was absolutely wonderful. Brandon and his team were friendly, professional and responsive from the first phone call until we received a check in the mail mere weeks later. All questions were answered in a timely and courteous manner. We contacted a lot of companies about liquidating the contents of a loved one’s home in South Tampa. The home has been in the family since it was built in 1924. The stuff accumulated spanned several generations. Sadly, most companies simply wanted to cherry pick the most valuable items out of the house and we had no idea how we were going to face the daunting task of clearing out everything else. Other companies couldn’t meet our timeframe. Tampa Estate Sales came to our rescue. I will forever be grateful to them for the high level service they provided. Thank you Tampa Estate Sales!

I have been following Tampa Estate Sales all around Tampa Bay for years. I always look for out their advertisements and try my best not to miss a sale. Unlike many of the companies in town that seem to sell the same kind of stuff all the time, or even move stuff from location to location, you never know what you’re going to get from this team! Sometimes it’s a house full of awesome antiques, sometimes it’s a mid-century modern haven (my personal favorite), sometimes it’s contemporary and very usable, but most often it’s an eclectic mix that can sometimes feel like a time capsule. I’ve seen Tampa Estate Sales sell doll collections, camera collections, primitive tools, tons of art, and so much more. They also recognize me and what I like to buy (vintage purses and jewelry), so I get personal attention that I really appreciate. I know lots of my fellow estate-goers also follow this company, and I hope that others will post their favorable reviews!

This company saved my sanity! I was unexpectedly responsible for getting a loved one’s home ready for sale in a super short timeframe. But I live in another city and couldn’t travel to Tampa in time. I called around to several companies, but only Tampa Estate Sales was willing to work with me to get access to the house, provide an inventory and photos, and get the contents sold and house completely cleared within two weeks. Every other company I reached out to couldn’t work on my timeframe or wouldn’t make sure all contents of the house were cleared. Their professionalism, graciousness, quick response, and level of experience are second to none. If you call Tampa Estate Sales, they will take care of you.

I cant say enough good things about this company. My mother, sisters and I have been estate sale-ing forever. When Mother passed away this May, we all agreed on exactly who we were going to call. In our time of need, we reached out to Brandon and he took all of the pressure off of us from the initial call, and especially when we visited with him in the house. As Mother got on in age, she was unable to keep things as pristine as she had when we were growing up, and she totally refused any help. As a result, dust and cat fur covered many of her belongings. It was so overwhelming! But once we have Brandon the key, we really didnt have to lift a finger, and all of the important photos, papers and family momentos were set aside for us. Mothers townhome was left spic-and-span. These people are just so dedicated to their shoppers AND the families. I only wish I could give them 10 stars!

I reached out to Tampa Estate Sales in order to help me clear the contents of my mother’s apartment in Holiday, Florida after she passed away. I had travelled in from California for only a week and was turned away by company after company who said they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) help. The apartment wasn’t big, but it was very full. I was just so overwhelmed! I truly feel that these folks were sent to help me in my time of need. They let me cry on their shoulders and answered my seemingly endless questions about who I could call in Florida for things like disconnecting the power or how to get my vehicle titled over to someone else (they actually ended up helping me sell my mom’s Buick). These people are more than just a company – they are a resource for people in need. I felt very comfortable because I knew they would treat my mother’s things with respect and that they would honor the value of her possessions.
