My transition wasn’t an easy one but with great customer service and a excellent management team, the stress of relocating was reduced. Avenida Suites has plenty of options to choose from to meet your financial and housing needs. Literally all you have to do is move right in and settle into your new spot hassle free. We use Avenida for long-term furnished condos in Tampa and our employees rave about the rooms. Secure locations, parking, pool, gym and other amenities are exceptional. Much better than chain hotels when you are staying for an extended period. Service is timely and weve never had an issue. The staff is always willing to work with us. Thanks for great service!

Great experience with Avenida Suites. My daughter and I needed a place to stay for a month, as she was moving to Tampa for a new job. They found us a place 2 miles from her work, making the commute each day so easy. Staying at Millennium was fabulous, almost like being at home. The apartment had everything we needed.

Overall, our unit has met our needs well and the community amenities have been great. The only suggestion we have is to update the living room furniture as its a bit worn. Other than that, great unit! We would recommend Avenida to others and use your service again as needed.

Of all the corporate housing companies I have dealt with, Avenida has definitely been the more efficient and their housing has definitely met and exceeded my expectations. I was looking for temporary housing for my parents and the staff made it so effortless, I knew my parents would be in good hands and they were! My parents raved about the girls at the office and how accommodating they were. When they checked in, they were unable to access the web (they are not tech savvy) and a staff member personally came to show them how to log in! It made me feel at ease knowing that my parents had a great staff to tend to their needs.

Having a great time with our short stay of only 2 months. It is wonderful to have a pool, rooftop deck and fitness facility included here. Great to be able to walk to all sorts of activities and the shuttle to the beach and downtown is perfect!@

I typically never go out of my way to write a review, but working with Sandra was so phenomenal, I had to make an exception. I recently stayed in Avenida Suites in Tampa. It was an amazing experience. Previously when I stayed in short term accommodation they were functional. At Avenida Suites I was blown away by the comfort and coziness, a real home away from home. The attention to little details, such as (unlit) candles next to the bathtub, made me feel at home. The shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion was of good quality and large in size. The welcome basket had just the perfect goodies, including fresh milk (instead of creamer or LL). The Super king bed was heavenly and all the soft furnishing including towels and bedding of the best quality.Thank you I can absolutely recommend Avenida Suites, whether you stay one night or a fortnight.

Easy to work with, responsive and helpful. Only four stars because of pricing comparison with similar apartments in the same complex; I was paying the same as my neighbors for a lot less space/ smaller apartment.

My company has been working with Avendia Suites for about 4+ years now. They have a large selection of corporate housing to choose from. We have contracted furnished units in a few different locations, including out of state, and have always been pleased. The staff is attentive and always professional. The apartments and furnishings are top notch.Avenida Suites is perfect for corporate housing. I never have the need to look elsewhere.

Loved the apartment and the process was almost seamless. The check-in process when trying to receive my keys was a bit rocky but I tried to get them early. Other than that, everything was extraordinary!Thank you!

The apartment had been neglected and was in need of repair. The TV in the bedroom was missing a cable box, and thus did not work. The mattress was sunken in the middle and needed to be replaced. The light bulbs in both the kitchen and bathroom were either broken, burnt out or did not match. The bathroom shower head was a really cheap. The door needed to be re-keyed as it was difficult to work. The fridge was dented. For a 30 day rental in excess of $4,000, the unit was an embarrassment. Look elsewhere.

Avenida are an awesome bunch of very nice, helpful people. The apartment they put me up in as part of my relocation was very nicely maintained and had exactly what I needed in order to get settled in. The location was a very short commute to work, shopping as well as several excellent places to eat.

During our transition from an two year, overseas assignment we used Avenida Suites for our temporary housing in downtown St. Petersburg. The apartment was perfectly set up to make us comfortable while we looked for permanent housing.

My wife and I were very disappointed in the condition of the property, the cleanliness, the furnishings and the amenities. I wouldnt stay there again and I feel your company was over charged for the condo. It wasnt ready for occupancy. We are very unhappy with our stay and cant wait to get out.

The location we rented in downtown St. Petersburg was nicely furnished and had all the comforts of home. The apartment was on the fifth floor and with two dogs, the elevator rides got to be annoying throughout the day. The apartment was located downtown and was unusually loud at all hours for a corporate relocation. There were often loud drunk outside people from the numerous bars nextdoor, which made it feel unsafe at night. The police department is out in the front of the building and with the high crime in the area; their cars are constantly going in and out with their sirens on. It is also almost impossible to get in the parking lot when there are events at Tropicana Field, since the field is in your backyard and the parking lots are off the same road as the parking garage. The apartment and furnishings, which Avenida could control, were very nice, but the location was better suited for a 21 year old than for a corporate relocation.
