Arrived promptly. Driver was very helpful and personable. Car was very clean. I highly recommend this company.

Would not recommend this company. Reserved a cab online with an hour notice. My cab never showed up. I called them after they were a few minutes late and the guy who answered said i see your reservation in here, but none of my drivers picked it up. What good is your online booking service, if no one responds to them?

I booked on line... Called to confirm my early pick up. Had a verbal promise and confirmation. No call, no show, no answer next day. Thankfully we had a car to take to the airport. Had to leave it there for 10 days. Horrible.... Avoid.

Very odd operation. I called to get a ride home from the airport. His vehicle was totally unmarked - no signage that it was a taxi, and no special tag. Just a regular auto. We had to get to an elevator bank and take our luggage up to the floor of the parking garage where he was parked.He parked free for an hour, rather than picking us up where all the cabs, limos, and buses get their passengers. The driver took cash only - NO option to use a credit card.Will not use them again.

On time and courteous service was provided. I will use this service again the next time I am in Tampa.

This is not a professional service and avoid this company at all cost!!Due to a death in the family, I had to leave Tampa on short notice. Airplanes tickets booked and with bags packed, I selected this company while conducting a cursorily search on the internet. I had never used a taxi service in the Tampa area before, but I have used taxi services in multiple states within the US, as well as in several European and Asian countries, so I thought I knew what to expect. I was completely and utterly wrong. First, the driver reeked of sweat and dirt. The stench (a smell of someone who had not washed in several days/weeks) permeated the air. The inside of the vehicle reflected the driver, dirty and smelling of months of neglect. If were not for the emergency and the possible of missing my flight, I would have sent this individual and his unmarked vehicle on their way – the proverbial “rock and the hard place”. However, through my misfortune, I have an opportunity to inform every person whom might need a taxi service in the Tampa area to stay away from this “so-called” taxi service.
