I called Tire Kingdom late Wednesday and they scheduled an appointment for me immediately. There was something wrong with my tires, I live in Lake Worth but work here in Coral Springs. Kyle helped me fill my tires, rotate them and reprogram the sensor! Great customer service and a huge relief to now drive home with my problem solved!

I received excellent service at this location. I came in last minute needing brakes & tires. I was helped by the store manager Barry. It was the end of the day & they were very busy. He actually pulled my car in and did the work himself so I didnt have to leave the car overnight. He really is knowledgeable and got my car done quickly & efficiently. He really seems to genuinely care about his customers. This will now be my automotive go to place!! Thank you!!

I was treated with respect by Gabriel seeing the need for my tire needing repair so I could go to work. Manager Barry is very personable and he took the time to explain invoice.Im a long-time customer and will definitely return to this location.

I had a terrible experience at the Tamarac location today. The store manager had a nervous breakdown and yelled and screamed at me and my husband. He seemed a bit off when we first came into shop. I had made an appt online and started to ask questions about the tires and adding an alignment. I wanted to know the cost for 2 tires instead of the 4 I had ordered. I said I had only made an appt I did not pay for anything yet. then he told me that he would have to eat the cost of the other 2 tires, and I asked why, the site said they were in stock and no charges had gone thru. Then he freaked out and started screaming at us. He said he could not take this, that I was on his case from the moment we came in. All I did was ask some questions. He got up in a huff and went in the back and slammed the door hard and then yelled Oh My God!!!! I have never had such terrible CS, I know we are all under allot of stress due to covid, but, he was very unprofessional, bordering on scary. We left and called corporate. I have prayed for this man and hope he is okay. But he needs to have a nicer attitude as manager of the shop, and he should apologize to us.

Im always getting tires for both my cars and my work truck from this tire Kingdom location I had an appointment for tomorrow morning to have the tire for my work truck replace I called and spoke to Gabriel to make sure they had the tire in stock for my appointment in the morning he was being very rude and I felt like he did not need my business and at the end of the phone conversation he even hang the phone up on me now. Im going to find a different location to get my work truck and my personal vehicles serviced.

From walking into the door, I was met with great energy and an amazing customer service. Aaron was great with getting things done quickly. I left my car there because I had to return back to work. They took great care of my car and was finish in a timely manner and gave me a call once it was finish. They were very understanding about me coming back to pick up my car once I get off work. Once I picked up my car, I felt like I knew things the way we conversed at a safe distance. This was my first time at Tire Kingdom and I would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone. Overall it was a great fast process and I was given amazing customer service. I will see Aaron and everyone else again for my next oil change!

Amazing customer service !! Out of all the places in the area Tire Kingdom did it. Professional and polite. Price was perfect. The guys in the back shower me what they were doing. It was only an oil change but they took the time to lube up certain joints. For sure my new place of choice. And it only took 45 min maybe an hour.

Customer service was very good. Tire mechanic I was not sure of. All tires had a different pressure amount. Everything else was fine.

Very helpful and friendly. They didnt have the tire I needed, but they kindly and without charge installed my spare for me and checked my other tires. They gave great advice for longevity and maintenance as well.

They are your typical tire shop...But worse. Staff can be nice, but dont expect any real help if your vehicle has a little issue beyond the normal service items that they like to do. Staff (including store manager) will tell you that they cant help you because of liability and they will be fired if they help you. Then they wont even do normal service items to your vehicle, like rotate the tires...even though you have paid for lifetime rotation with tires purchased from them. And theyre pretty rude about it too; doesnt matter if you are a returning customer who has gone to their store with multiple vehicles for years. Go to other Tire Kingdom locations, or maybe pick a different company.

Great Service. I went because I had a flat tire. Sadly were the nail entered the tire it could not be repaired. I needed a new tire. Even though I did not purchase a new tire from them, they put air in the tire that had the puncture. checked air pressure in the others added air as needed. That is what I call great service as they did not have to do any of that. I have been doing to this location for 8yrs and their service has always been great.

I bought brand new truck tires had one of them that need to be rebalanced it’s now the fifth time I’ve had it balanced still needs to be high speed balanced technician was incredibly rude and rude to the store manager when She him asked to fix it and told me to take it to a truck place after I had already bought the tires and paid to have them balanced twice I will no longer bring any fleet vehicles to Tire Kingdom and I will never recommend this store again .1 star is being nice.No I have an unsafe vehicle back out on the road and have to go to some other place and pay again unbelievable

After buying 3 new tires the cap on the tires wasnt been replace.

1 Star is absolutely generous. Went in for an oil change and they refused service due to an issue with my car. After getting multiple opinions from different mechanics, it turns out the issue tire kingdom found was completely non existent. More like tire kingDUMB am I right??? I’ll see myself out.

The single most disorganized and rude people I have delt with in a long time.Couldnt remember what tires needed to be replaced when it was all 4. Assistant Manager yelled at me because I wanted to watch them do the change.Keeping in mind all of this was planned a week in advance.Went back to find the same mess.Had a 1:00PM appt. and didnt get our until after 3:00PM.The person at the desk told me it was because they were very busy. So, why did I bother to make an an appointment?Also, the parking lot was so full that people were parked illegally.

Service and staff are EXCELLENT. But, have they ever heard of a clean environment? That’s part of the experience Tire Kingdom. I’m there at least every three months. Bathroom is excellent! But dust and dirt in the waiting area, on table tops and coffee area looks unkempt. Always! You can expect Good Service, expect good staff, expect a nasty environment. How can u not clean and dust the furniture where you offer so many something to drink? Looks like a month of dust always! I keep going only because it’s closest, others are super clean with these same great service and great staff!

Great customer service. Prices are not the cheapest around, but you wont get the same warranty and service on the tires included as part of the price at the other cheaper places.

Came in for an oil change and they tried telling me about a valve cover leak and spark plugs and my air filter. They told me they can’t change my oil until I get that fixed etc etc I then went to another mechanic and he told me absolutely nothing was wrong with my valve cover or spark plugs he then changed my oil !!! If you go in for oil they will try and hit you over the head to try and fix every little knick knack in your car because obviously they can’t stay open charging 20$ for oil changes. Please if you read this review take your business elsewhere. I get what they doing, they trying to make as much money as possible. I feel that 100% !! But don’t lie to me and tell me BS. Please do not go here for oil changes. Find you a good mechanic with a very good reputation. Do not go here for oil changes! Im trying to look out for you guys! Please be very carful

These people are thieves !!! Read the other complaints similar to mine! If I could give them zero stars I would!I purchased tires on- line from Tire Rack to be installed at this location.The instructions I gave them which was clearly written by hand on the mechanics invoice copy was : 2 new tires to the front, old front tires to the back, dispose rear tires.Since both my rear tires had plugs in them I did not want to keep them on my car.After waiting an hour and a half, I went to my car and immediately noticed that the drivers side rear tire had never been taken off! I went back inside and asked where the front tires rotated to the back ? The guy straight up lied to my face and said yes and then disappeared into a back room. His associate came to speak with me and I asked him to show me the tires that were removed from my car! Sure enough , there was my tire !!! He played it off as being a miscommunication, but there was none. They wee trying to keep my very expensive sport tire.Had I not checked I wouldve driven off with my old plugged tire.Steal clear of this place , they are crooks!

Taking a while. I cancel my order because they told me 2 hours, after 3 hours my car was still in the parking. Maybe is a good place, but I think that the time is quality

So I got up early this morning and went to Tire Kingdom. Reached the store at 6:50 am. I am the only one there. When the store opened at 7, tried to get an oil change and could not because I was told there was another appointment at 7am and one at 8am so I have to leave my car. I am the only one there. Thats bad business. I cant leave my car, I got up early to get an oil change before I go to work. You have to have a mechanic there to deal with the walk ins. I have always taken my car to tire kingdom and never had that problem when I lived closer to Wiles. A walk up type of service is convenient for some people who have a busy schedule and cannot always leave their car.

I absolutely love coming here, I come here for any mechanical issues I have with my car. Everyone is the shop have always been very friendly to me. The manager Julio is awesome when it comes to letting you know what he recommends for your car and keep you up to date on the issues that may arise in the future. Amazing shop! - Update, i don’t know what has happened but this shop has drastically changed. Customer service and a general positive attitude towards ANY customer is lacking. Customer lost.

Have been going to Tire Kingdoms for many years, this particular shop is excellent! Sorroco, Corey and all the employees are courteous, efficient and what I believe above all else..honest!! I don’t ever feel I am being “oversold” about things that aren’t needed.I trust them to do the right thing!

Scheduled a Sunday appointment to have tites rotated and balanced and an oil change on my Yukon. I previously purchased a Lifetime balance package and am trying to keep up with the maintenance. Since I had issues with Tire Kingdom not performing work properly in the past, I was reassured by the associate that all items would be performed properly. Associate called me during the process and stated a nail was in my drivers front tire and I agreed to have it repaired for an additional $32. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed the stem from the patch was in the drivers front tire. Which means the tires were never rotated! And to top it off the my vehicle still had the old wheel weights on them which means they never balanced them either!!! Im honestly curious to know if they even changed my oil that I paid top dollar for. All I can say is what a rip off. I will never do business with Tire Kingdom as a whole ever again.

I highly recommend this location. Im from out of town and and I regularly do business with NTB in South Carolina. I truly appreciate the help and friendly staff. I will never go back considering how much I was charged without being informed of labor, parts, and other services done. Ive been to other Tire Kingdoms in the past and everything was always properly explained. Not only was nothing explained to me before the work was done but the employees decided to add services that was not needed and was not informed to me. I told them I wanted an oil change, new struts, change my transmission fluid along with new filters for both. I was charged for three struts. Where did they put that third strut,considering I only need two. I do not know. I do know I will never go back. That is a fact!

We called the Tamarac store today 10/12/18 at 615pm knowing that store says its open until 7pm. We called twice and an incompetent and rude employee picks up the phone screaming saying we are close we are close. As a business owner. I feel so sorry for tire kingdom to have an employee like that representing their company. First, they are closing before their announced schedule time and second screaming to a customer on the phone without any explanation is unacceptable . I believe tire kingdom should do something about it and I already contacted corporate to choose their employees more carefully.

I had a problem on the 13515 SW 137TH AVE and not even the manager of that Store wanted help me. So after a month trying to get help, I called customer service and they gave me the phone number of this store. this is how I got in contact with Jose Lopez and he was able to help me and solve my problem.

The salesman was very nice but they are one of the slowest stores ive ever had my car repaired at. Horrible communication as well, called to check up on my car and said it was still being worked on after previously speaking with them an hour prior and them saying it was almost done. All i need was a tire change. Its been almost 5 hours. I couldve changed the tire myself if i knew this would happen. Definitely will not be bringing my business back here

First of all they took 1 1/2 hours to change 2 tires with an appointment, then They mounted one of my tires backwards, so go the next day so they can remove and install it properly. They tell me 2 come tomorrow because they have to much work. So Ive now waisted my time and i have waist even more.

Worst experience ever! We drove from Naples FL and had a flat tire we took our car here for what we had hoped would be a patch. We dropped our car off at 2pm on Saturday. They called us later and said the tire was not patchable. Fine so we asked for a new tire. We returned on Sunday to pick up the car which was still not ready. They told us that our rim was bigger than the tire that was originally put on (which is impossible to fit a 17 tire on and 18 rim 🤔). After thinking about it my husband looked at the rim and said thats not our rim, soccoro assured us it was. After finally explaining to her that we know its not ours we actually have pictures of it, my husband looked around the shop and found our rim. Which they were not at all helpful in understanding our situation or trying to help us. They kept telling us that we were wrong and this is what we came in. The gentleman at the front was on his phone the whole time and was not at all customer service.

Got to the shop at 3:45pm for a simple tire rotation and an ongoing problem with one of the tires they sold me and was refused service stating time restraints, now keep in mind the shop closes at 7pm . Was send to another store. I guess they didn’t see any gain in whatever service was to be render to my vehicle. Needless to say , I will not have any other business with this company

Every time I go there to change my oil and rotate my tires, they forget to do something and I end up going twice. I spend a lot of time for something that can be dealt with ease. Sometimes, they cant find my appointment, other times they cant find the source of a punctured tire and I had to go to the shop and point it out to the manager. The last time I went, I had my rear lights on and they said that they were like that when I dropped my vehicle off. They broke something and didnt take any responsibility towards it. I dont recommend going to this particular Tire Kingdom. The lack of experience and professionalism is evident towards everything they do.

Currently inside the store, great staff that has been more than understanding and patient with me even though I cuased a bit of trouble. They are also a busy store so try to make an appointment Id say or come a little earlier bc they close at 6 instead of 7pm like Google says.

I had an appt but it still took an hour and a half to install 4 tires. It wasnt busy. Am I expecting too much? Is this the new normal? My appt was 10am. I got there 15 mins early. Left about 11:35. Everything was prepaid. None of the time was me picking tires or anything.

They company needs to teach the desk clerk how to speak so we can here and understand what they are saying.Not mumbling under their breath.

Tire cost $200 each and they want another $150 each for all sorts of nonsense warranties that you don’t need or ever going to use. When you tell them that you do not want any of these warranties you just want 4 tires and installation fee then they give you the runaround that they don’t have the tire in the stock and they call you. Ots been 3 weeks and no call. so just do yourself a favor buy your tires online.... it’s funny how the reviews are either five stars or one star. That just shows the real customer reviews and fake reviews.

Went there one month ago too get tire qoute for my wifes car and was told $200 more than other places and also was told a oil change would cost $65 the guy that was there was friendly, came back today to do the oil change and was greeted by some woman sweeping the floor at 10am that seemed more important to her and asked her Im trying to the a oil change that I was quoted at $65 a month ago she told me its $95 and thats with a discount the price is the price. And she went back to sweeping. I personally dont care about getting some automated message saying sorry please go to some website this is not the first issue I have had with tire kingdom and many others seem to have the same. Whatever happened to customer service and reasonable prices stop worrying about profit margins and worry about losing your customers cant get margins if you dont have customers....

Although the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean, I do not feel like I got a good deal on service. Had $800 of work done on my car then later found out from another shop that there was a workaround for my problem that could have been done for a third of the price. I was not even given this choice at Tire Kingdom. I felt that Tire Kingdom was not looking out for my best interests.

There is usually a nice pleasant latina that works the front desk here. She was not here today which should have been my first inclination to walk out. My second clue shouldve been the front desk phone ringing and ringing and no one picking it up.. The manager here refused to do an oil change on my car and then in the process damaged my vehicle! WTH no offense to the gentleman that was going to do the oil change before he was instructed not to but this place seems to have gone to the gutter and the customer service was horrifying to say the least. He refused to do my oil change because my vehicle has an oil leak. SINCE WHEN DO AUTO COMPANIES REFUSE SERVICE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS?! Not even so much as a breakdown of things they could do to fix my oil leak or a would you like us to do this or we would have to fix this first NOTHING NADA! A simple We will not be able to do your oil check because theres oil everywhere. RU KIDDING ME?! I took my business elsewhere but not before the manager backed my car into a van. RU KIDDING ME?! YES I just said that again because I literally felt like i was in the twilight zone! I will NEVER come back to this shop until that man is working elsewhere. YOU SHOULDVE DONE MY OIL CHANGE FOR FREE AFTER THAT AS A COURTESY! Reader, youve been warned about this place. As for my vehicle being damaged, I deserve some kind of justice.

I arrived at the tamarac shop 5:34pm. I had already researched online that there is an oil change special and the shop closes at 7pm. Upon pulling in I thought the shop was closed until I notice a few of the garage doors were open and there was one car in the garage. I walk up to the door and the door was locked so the guy opened it. I let him know I was there for the oil change special I saw online and that online shows the store closed at 7pm. He goes Well THIS location closes at 6. With slight attitude. I said all I wanted was an oil change. He said that it would take a lot of time to examine the car bla bla i said i literally want an oil change nothing else. He said it would still take 45 min. So i ask really? Because jiffy lube seems to do it quickly as if it doesnt take that lo gif that is all you are doing. So anyway he refused to provide me service and told me to go to the 441/stateroad 7 location.. I went over there for more horrible service.

Had small nail hole patched on a new tire at this location, it failed 2 days later and started leaking.. Had to bring truck back in but was put into regular waiting queue and had over 10 people ahead of me.. it was gonna take hours for 2nd repair ( after I waited hours for 1st repair, no thanks ), I was also told they do not honor failed tire patches..!I feel bad for the staff having to deliver these corp policys! I wasted my time and $, thanks Tire Kingdom..

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I scheduled an appointment for 2pm which did not matter because it still took 30 mins for them to start working on my car. But from the moment I got there I let them know I was a bit pressed on time because I had to head back to work and 1.5 hours later I went back in there to ask him a simple question and both of the staff including the manager were really rude and I find out that they never even did my tire rotation was which was supposed to be included in the service itself that I paid for and the excuse was that I was pressed for time. This location is not one that I would recommend to anyone and its not one that I will ever go back to.

The manager Jose Lopez was rude and dismissive. He was more interested in drinking his protein shake than he was in finding out why I had an issue with my car. I came in because of brake noise this should have been an easy fix right? Wrong...the tech who assisted me told me he did not hear any brake noise during the test drive when I offered to go on a test drive with him he then came up with another reason and said well you need new rotors if you want the noise to stop (the noise you just said you did not hear) I informed him that the rotors were changed a few years ago at the Sawgrass location he said I have been here for five years and I graduated at the top of my class so I know what I am talking about. At which point Jose Lopez intervened into the conversation being very aggressive and began to put his hands in my face and progressed towards me as if to intimidate me physically. Telling me not to be disrespectful! As a woman I took immediate offense to this because I now have two grown men screaming at me. I left the store in tears and filed a complaint with the Corporate office. The agent on the phone was helpful, but the issue is not resolve if I could give this location zero stars I would. Next stop is the BBB. No one should fear for thier safety at any company in hind site I should have called the police.

Needed a new tire for my Acura TL and I was in and out in under an hour . Total cost was under $150! They were polite and professional and they made a tire blow out as painless as it could be .

I bought 4 new tires and one of them was messed up and when I took the car to tire kingdom in commercial blvd, dude told me car will be ready in 30 minutes when i came after 3 hours they didnt even touch the car yet. . The service is so bad and slow and it will be the last time I deal with tire kingdom. Their service sucks. They did bad the alignement and they dont wanna fix it. Bad experience ever. I wont let my people go thereo. They made me spent 4 hours on wait and they dont fix the problem when they give me the car the chair was dirty

I would honestly give this place a0 stars. You always hear skeptical stories about mechanics, how shady they are, and my experience has clearly proven so. I attended my appointment to get my tires rotated, alligned, and balanced, when I picked up my car my allignment was off completely and called back immediately to get it fixed. They refused to take in my car right away, and when I asked for the next day availability he said his men would be out on training! After getting my steering wheel aligned a week later my car started driving off balanced only to find out one of my tires had a HUGE DENT. Called customer service to file a compliant, and since my tires were originally about a year old I went back to Goodyear where I have a warranty for my tires only to find out that the tire with the DENT is not my original tire. They number from my warranty SKU numbers do not match whats on my car currently. They seriously have switched out my original tire and replaced it with something at their shop ! How unbelievable, the audicity to steal my tire and replace it ! DO NOT GO HERE ! Shady place, go somewhere safe.

So made a 11 am appointment for a simple oil change 2 hours later go to do paper work and they argue with me about our account have to wait 20 more minutes to redo paper work even tho when i made the appointment they had no trouble finding our account .I have been coming here for oil changes for 7 yrsI will will go else where and charge it and get reimbursed from my companyBecause the sales guy has piss pour attitude and doesnt want to be there well i work Saturdays also if you dont like your job find a new one

Went in to have my brakes checked, $300.00 later i was told i also needed my shovks and struts replaced, an additional $700.00 took it to another shop and was told they are ok, two other shops told me this

Im giving this a five based primarily on Corey at the front. We were on our way over to Fort Lauderdale to stay in the hospital with my Dad and blew a tire on 75. We had to drive back the next day and I couldnt find tires anywhere. I finally found them at this store and made an appointment. The nurse I hired to come in was late so I called to reschedule. The person I spoke with didnt put my new appointment in just cancelled the first one. When I got there Corey helped and got our car in. He told me at the time they were a little slow and it did seem like it took awhile however he more than made up for it. I would go here again as long as Corey was there.
