I don’t know anything about cars whatsoever but Danny had the best customer service and was the most trustworthy person I’ve met in a long time and made me feel super comfortable about everything him and his techs were doing to my car to try and fix the situation I was having with it. Long story short my 2011 Tahoe couldn’t fill up gas properly and the gas pump at any station would kick back like if the tank was full every .50 cents or so, ultimately it would take me close to 20 minutes to fill up my car from empty to full which was very annoying. Ocellos saved me $450 since the dealership was charging that much more to fix the issue and I’m not sure they really even knew what the problem was to begin with. (wish I could get my $180 back from the fake diagnostic the Chevy dealer did 🙄). Ocellos took the time to properly diagnose the problem like a good mechanic should and take the appropriate steps on trying to fix it. I don’t think anyone likes coming to the mechanic since it means somethings wrong with your car and you gotta pay something to fix it but if any car I have now or in the future acts up you can bet I’m coming back here.Thanks Danny!

Had a slight problem with my car and asked if they could fix right away because I was with someone who had just had a chemotherapy treatment. They told me to come right over and they would fix. We were in amd out in 15 minutes. They were the best!

Ocello’s is extremely fair on price and they do great work very quickly. After being overcharged by the dealership to replace a side-view mirror, they were able to save me $150. BSM worked and all. They even followed up a week later to make sure it all worked. Definitely coming back to them for any future repair needs.

Amazing car shop. Honest, affordable and they actually fix your car not recommend a bunch of false items to be fixed. They take care of your vehicle like it is theirs. They have gone above and beyond to take care of me even when I was super short on time. I would give this shop more than five stars if I could and I will continue to bring all my vehicles to them.

I recently had to get my brakes done and the shop I went to (a popular chain) took all day long and then after I got my car I received a text saying my car is ready for pickup. Smh..so I was skeptical about going anywhere to get my car fixed when my tire rod broke. But luckily after some online research I found Ocellos. So many 5 stars and good reviews so I decided to go for it and Im so happy that I did. Not only are they informative and nice, but they do fast work dealing with extended warranty companies like the one I have. I got a call a couple hours later and the car drives like a dream now. Im even going back today to see about my a/c because it takes a long time before the cool air comes out. Ive recommended this place to everyone I know with a vehicle. They have a customer for life here.

Well - here I am again. The 2nd time within 2 weeks. This time, for my battery & alternator. I guess when it rains, it pours!I called the same day-& got very lucky.( busy day- Saturday). I explained what was happening with my car over the phone- they said come down . My hunch was partially correct.New battery needed, but the cause of the battery going was a bad alternator.Justin came to my rescue by properly diagnosing the problem & fixing! I wasn’t happy about having to pay for it all- but I can tell you they are honest & explain everything! After receiving poor customer service at a shop up the road this morning, I brought my car to Ocellos Automotive Center to fix my tire that had a nail in it. I wish I had a stopwatch... from the time I walked in, pulled my car to the side, paid and was back on the road -- It had to be under 10 minutes! They plugged my tire at the entrance to their garage.I would have liked to give Ocellos Automotive Center a 4.5 rating due to them not offering patches, but 1/2 stars arent available. I rated up as they did get my in and out in under 10 minutes for just $10.

Extremely accommodating, called my after factory warranty and got the entire service covered. Danny was the best!

This review is long overdue (work done in July), but better late than never. Plus, Ive had more time to drive it - so I can say with 100% satisfaction that the work done was legit.30 weeks into my pregnancy, my car stopped on the road. We called around for quotes and received outrageous prices, some charging boatloads just to even look. We had previously gotten a different car fixed there after a quick, over-the-phone diagnosis, so we checked with them.The pricing was great, lower than any other place we called! As a new mom, I appreciated that he took the time to explain the work and show me exactly what they had done. Ocellos went above and beyond on my car and I havent had any issues since. Only quality work and great communication here.

I came in to Ocellos today to get a few things done to my car before heading out of Florida on a road trip. Danny explained everything to me in great detail and absolutely did not put any sales pressure on me to have any work completed! He gave me an honest assessment of what to do any why, and for that I was very grateful. That is NOT the end of this review. While sitting in the waiting room, a young man came in who had serious car issues and not a lot of money. Danny went above and beyond in his handling of the situation. Not only was he 100% professional, he was 100% a gentleman in working with the young man and ended up giving him a break to the tune of hundreds of dollars. I felt as though I was going to cry as I witnessed this extremely compassionate interaction. He allowed this man to leave with his head held high and his dignity intact, and this is the kind of humanity that is needed in this world. I am now a lifetime customer of Ocellos because of Danny. This is a man who can be trusted with far more than my car. Amazing.

Excellent Work I Take My Business Car For Service

I went to this location on 10/16/2020 once i was quoted on the job that had to be done the price was high for the parts which i kinda expected for a volkswagen, so i decided to call vw dealership directly to compare and the parts were literally about 75% way cheaper than what this people said it was i thought it was crazy! What i found very unproffessional was that he got mad and even had the audacity to ask me than why you bring your car here? As if just because is there im suppose to take their business. It seemed like they were trying to make me pay the price of 2 for 1 part of each that i needed. What i learned out of this experience, if you get quoted in any independent dealer lile this, go and research on your own, dont take it just because they say it, you will be surprised of the information amd prices you find.

1st time here. Prices are good. They do an inspection on your car and explain everything thoroughly. No pressure and fair estimates.

Went today and asked for an oil leak eval. Danny brings me into the garage and spends 30 minutes with me going over my vehicle with me. Long story short, he doesnt charge me for his time since it was closing time and he wanted me to come back next week to give me his recommendations since he needed more time with the vehicle. I have dropped my car there twice for major repairs. Its more than 10 years old. They were very professional, I was kept me informed during the repair and my questions were always answered completely. Also, the tech will completely check your car for any issue they find and it is documented along with the estimated charges. If you choose not to have all the recommended work done then they respect your decision and they dont hassle you or try to push/sell you. Im extremely satisfied and Ill be going back again.

I would give Danny and the staff there 10 Stars if I could. My experience there today for the first time was wonderful. I had my daughters car towed there because the car started and then shut off and would not drive. The car was towed there about 1:30 and I definitely wasnt expecting to get it back the same day. Danny called me about a quarter to 5 and said come pick up your car its ready . I said really? He said yes Ill be here waiting. Danny was very honest and now they have a customer for life. I highly recommend them.

First time there. Took wifes Toyota Highlander to get the passenger side power window motor and regulator. It was repaired and the price was what was quoted. Everyone was very friendly.

Recently, I called at closing time when a warning light appeared and they were gracious enough to allow me to pass by so they could immediately diagnose the issue. I received amazing service from Justin and the Ocellos team. I had an internal leak on my passenger side that I took to several different mechanics a year ago. I finally gave up after paying hundreds of dollars to different mechanic shops JUST TO LOOK at the problem. Justin took his time, and really observed all the possibilities. I ended up having three different leaks, he found them ALL. He fixed one, but a few days later it rained and I noticed it leaking again. I took it back and he found two more leaks. I did not have a chance to meet the owner, but I hope this review reaches him. You have an amazing team! Both front office staff were so sweet and beyond fair. They worked with getting me the best deal and also assisted in figuring out the best solution without me having to completely empty my bank account. LOL. May you all be blessed this holiday season. You all gave me the best Christmas gift... A dry, non-smelly car :-)

Guys told me a bunch of lies to fix my oil leak in my Mercedes!! Charged me $1,000 to fix my oil leak and after I paid he says it still may have a leak!! (Really!??) took my car home (still leaking) guy says bring it back if it’s still leaks.. take the car back & the guy tells me 500 more!! Damn con artist (took it somewhere else and got it fixed for a lot cheaper)

After the tech looked over the vehicle Danny explained everything to me so I can understand, took me out to my vehicle to show me the issues and concerns and than explained to me my options on how to repair and maintain my vehicle. I have been to other shops before and never have I had this type of service. He and the team are amazing and would strongly recommend this family owned shop to all of my family and friends. Dont come here. The last couple trips we had some shady quotes but the most recent one was the final straw. They gave my husband a quote for $900 to replace a water pump, 2 sensors and a coolant flush after his car had overheated. I looked up the cost of parts, did some math on labor and couldnt find why they were charging an extra $300-400.Fortunately we were able to get a 2nd opinion elsewhere and it turns out the ACTUAL issue was a faulty thermostat...a part that only costs $16! They didnt even look to see if that was the cause! They scam and try to get you to take their offer, dont let them bully you!

I called this morning to see if they can make my car a check up! Everyrhing very nice ! He told me to bring my car, so I told him that my husband was going now with my car. He went and he felt ignored, he told that I called, and they told him to come in two hours because they were full. (When I made the call was like 20minutes before)

I work for Ocellos as a secretary, bookkeeper and controller for the business. Rob and his staff are honest, knowledgeable, professional at fair prices. It is a pleasure working here and what great customer service they all give to each and every customer and they always leave here happy. They tell you with whats wrong with your vehicle and what you will need in the future since they do a full inspection to keep you safe on the road. I tell all my family and friends about bringing their vehicles in and sometimes even strangers for their oil changes and whatever else they may need.

Can never just get an oil change. I know what my car needs and I shop for those repairs. Last time I visited, I was told crack in engine, this time, my wife told needs tires and brakes. No mention of the front axles needing to be done. Amazing how they will not allow you to leave feeling okay and without them trying to get more money from you. They just caused a rift between myself and my wife. I told her just get the oil change and they convinced her otherwise. We get our tires at Costco or Tire Kingdom on sale. Thanks.

Had to get a new AC compressor and hoses and the dry was done very professionally with much better quality than the original parts. I have an old classic Cadillac that I feel very comfortable bringing to the shop.
