ATZ CORAL SPRINGS APPLIANCE CARE CAME TO MY HOUSE TO REPAIR MY REFRIGERATOR.THEY DID A PERFECT JOB.IT WAS NICE RECEIVING THEIR SERVICE, AS EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH AND COOL.IT WAS ALSO NICE TO FIND OUT THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND MUCH LESS THAN I EXPECTED.THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN!!

We had our oven today fixed by ATZ Coral Springs Appliance Care and we are very happy with their service. The repairman was punctual, kind, prompt, very skilled and just overall awesome. Keep it up! We were very happy with the service!

Our stove seemed to be broken so I called ATZ Coral Springs Appliance Care to fix the issueFrancis came right away to our place and dealt with the problemHe taught me the causes of the matter! Impressive service!

Called for service on my Microwave oven. I was told someone would be out to do repairs between 4pm-6pm. At 5 o’clock I called them, the woman that answered said she would call the technician, and he would call me. No one called, no one showed up. Poor business practice. Do not use!

I am happy with the work and prices and can recommend them for sure!! ATZ Coral Springs Appliance Care found quickly what the problem was with our fan-forced oven and fixed it promptly. We would highly recommend him to anyone. Also a big thank you to the two friendly guys at spare parts department who were very helpful.

I picked the company based on their reviews. I can’t rate their service because they never showed! I booked the appt and they said they’d be here same day, then they reschedule for the following week. I was fine with that. The day of they called to tell me that they would need to move my time back... I was ok with that as well. Then the tech never showed so I called them at 6:30pm and rescheduled for the following day. They apologized and said “rest assured, it will be fixed tomorrow”. The tech was supposed to show between 10-12. It is now 6pm. I never received a call or anything. I called and told them that I wanted to cancel because they never showed and the lady did not offer an apology, a fix, a credit or anything. Just cancelled the appointment. They are obviously not concerned with keeping a customer. Very disappointed.

It was a great work the technician did with our broken dish washer. He was a fast worker but he did his work very well. I definitely have no complaints about his service.

A dear friend of ours recommended this company to us and I am more than impressed to them. They really do their job well and they are very courteous. The job was done right, the price was more than fair, and the service was excellent. I will be calling them yearly to come clean the pipe and can highly recommend them -- particularly the technician who came to our job.

Don’t bother calling. Tech came to house to troubleshoot refrigerator intermittently not cooling. He opened the door, stuck his hand in and said it seems like it’s working. I can’t fix it. And charged the $80 call out fee. It’s still broken. Worst customer service from tech and owner.
